As Dexter, Masuka, Angel and Bobby arrive at Alvaro's restaurant to celebrate Dexter's first crime scene, they are suddenly pulled away with a meeting, leaving Dexter stranded and consequently sitting by himself.
"Anyone sitting here?" A young man asks. Dexter, being as awkward as he is, says yes.
