Summary
Gi-hun tries not to give in. He tries, despite his poor heart begging him to give in. There was a time wherein he thought he loved him. Young-il. But it's difficult to see him as he is, as In-ho.
''You take one step towards us and I'll-''
In-ho holds out his palm as a peace offering. ''I'm not here to take her away from you. Nor am I here to cause you any more harm.''
He frowns, can't help it. ''Then why are you here? And why did you press the-''
''I'm here to finish the game. I'm going to make sure a minimum of one person is going to fall over the edge within the ten minute mark.'' In-ho sighs and Gi-hun notices how tired he looks. ''And that person is going to be me.''
Or, In-ho takes Gin-ho's place in the last game to save him. (Except they both live to see another day.)

Summary
Never before had Gihun felt such a mix between a deep feeling of gratitude and an immense sense of defeat. It was a crushing sensation. Something he could not fully grasp yet, because there was no logical reason to explain why. Gi-hun swallows the want. Ignores the longing. Squeezes a little tighter on Young-il’s shoulder to check if he’s real.
“You can’t be here,” Gi-hun says, rough, hushed enough for the bystanders to not catch. They probably still do, the silence in the dormitory deafening.
“You weren’t supposed to be here,” Young-il says in return, leaning his head on the wall. He sighs and closes his eyes briefly. “You weren’t supposed to find out like this.”

Summary
Namely, Marinette is struck by how normal he looks.
Then, she processes that his eyes are green. Like, really green.
Adrien Agreste, despite what his brand is determined to paint him as, looks like any normal guy Marinette could run into on her commute home, which would be incredibly endearing if something about him didn’t seem so, so familiar.
Or, in a universe where they never met in collége, recently-hired Gabriel intern Marinette Dupain-Cheng finds herself knocking on Adrien Agreste's trailer door.
