    Summary

Dream's favorite part about being a hero is fighting crime and keeping the city safe. It's definitely not getting to fight the- admittedly hot- supervillain Blade- no, definitely not.

    Summary

Techno doesn’t know exactly when he stopped hating his rival, Nightmareーwhether it was when he learned that the masked man only intentionally hurt villains worse than him, or when he had bought Techno a coffee when they were supposed to be fighting because the pinkette had pulled an all-nighter the night before, or when he learned that he had rescued his roommate Dream from being kidnapped by Quackity, another hero who Techno doesn’t try to hide his resentment towardsーbut he can’t argue that he’s been fighting the man for fun for a little while now.

Apparently, he doesn’t know a lot of things, because he also doesn’t know when he started to fall in love with his roommate. He and Dream had been complete strangers when they were assigned as roommates their freshman year, but as time went on, and they started to talk more and more, Techno would dare to call them friends.

Or: The Blade, the strongest hero in the city, and Nightmare, the number one chaos-causer, find out that they're a bit closer than they thought

    Summary

“Have you ever seen the sky, Sapnap?” he asks, running his fingers along the edge of one screen. Underneath them, the server hums, and it almost feels like his palms tingle.

George stays quiet. Eventually, Sapnap has to admit, “...No. Never. Not—not outside of vids and shit.”

“Yeah,” Dream breathes, staring hungrily at the map showing him where the compound opens up to air and nothing else. He knew that the Empire was rich, but it isn’t until now that he realizes how rich. “Me neither. When am I ever going to get a chance like this again?”

Wilbur hires the Dream Team to kill the one thing standing in his way: the rulers of the Antarctic Empire, the oldest conglomerate in the city. This has consequences none of them could imagine.

    I am FLOORED
this is a true masterpiece and I'm absolutely in love with the server-
I love you, because you are love. This is- It's such a wonderful line from the end poem, no wonder it was used there all the time, because this work deserves something as wonderful as it is in it.

    Summary

Ink jumped up, surveying his work critically with his hands on his hips.

At last, he grinned, face breaking out into a wide smile, eyelights shifting in colors and shapes faster than a carnival ride. He resisted the urge to do a little jig then and there, instead reaching back to draw Broomie.

He couldn't wait to show his friend what he’d created, just for him!

(Ink is many things. He is an artist, a monster, a friend. He is a rival, an enemy, a close confidant, one who tells the truth, one who lies, one who has hopes and dreams.

Ink is many things. And he himself is the one who made it that way, who forged his identity with nothing but some paints, a brush, and HOPE for something different, something better.)

    Summary

He looked up at the sky. Boundless, impersonal, empty, indifferent. Very, very big. With flashes of stars.

It's another filthy AU, it must be destroyed! But...

The sight of the stars drew him in.

The galaxy shimmered, stirred. It was slowly rearranging itself in detail, living as the inanimate could live. The void unfolded below, neither asking nor offering, simply existing. The cold space wind walked goosebumps across his bones. The flowers glowed fluorescent and swayed measuredly like waves.

Suddenly and unexpectedly, like an omen, a starfall began. Stars fell, fell, threw themselves down in a last momentary, dazzling dance, simple and beautiful, showering hot sparks and rapidly filling the cold sky with hot flashes of the sincerity of their tails.

He watched and watched, and could not look away. The power of the majesty of space called to him, the danger made something inside shiver. He spent over five hours there, almost without moving.

So something beyond emptiness, pain, and anger was born in the glitchy soul.

    god that's- that's so cruel
I can guess that it occupied because it wasn't behaving the same way any au would-
    god it's so cruel.
I really hope that Ink and any other creator will recreate this beauty anew. That somehow Ink would let Error know when it's time to delete and then start again and that Error won't feel this bad- this empty and wrecked
It's a natural cycle for space anyway, ain't it? Everything rebuilds itself, everything goes through birth and death
