She only caught a few words "...name...Izuku..." which sounded familiar but eluded her somehow. Adapting to all these changes left no time even think about familiarity. Her mother's face came back into view as she spoke directly to her other baby. Her voice was subdued and slow enough for her to make out the words.
"And you, my darling, will be named Ishi. Midoriya Ishi."
Oh, she thinks, I should've recognized the green hair.

GOOD LORD THIS IS HUGE AND THERES SO MUCH POLITICAL INTRIGUE. all important clan heads knowing just how THOROUGHTLY tobirama planned the makings of this goddamn village is so sweet.
theres no justice or redemption for hashirama's treatment of tobirama (yet) either. finally madara is beginning to see what an absolute bamf tobirama is, but definitely they're just friends at this point.
my fave scene is the house of representatives with tobirama screaming the equivalent of "ur mom suck me good and hard in my jorts" and then dipping lmao
