Summary
On instinct Astarion looked up through his lashes and winked. When he moved to uncover himself, leaving just a bit over his hips in a tease, pain shot through his little body. That’s right, he’s not in his elven form and Gale was most likely not attracted to bats. At least Astarion hoped he wasn’t.
Plan B: become utterly adorable. -

Astarion's eyes brightened, "That's the difference between us, Gale." He licked his lip and curled a hand through brown hair, loosening his half-bun, "I don't care if we're caught."

Summary
It took a moment for the Elf’s words to fully register. “Ancunín? Wait. You’re A. Ancunín?”
Gale’s fluttering heart slammed down into his stomach. He dropped Astarion’s hand, his own smile becoming more strained. Of course his entitled deskmate would be attractive; he was likely used to getting anything he wanted through charm. Well Gale wasn’t falling for it.-
Gale cannot stand his coworker Astarion and Astarion cannot understand why his coworker Gale is being such a dick.

Summary
Roses were beautiful. There was no doubt about that. Their pristine image along the many booths showed just how much everyone put into choosing which flowers to try to sell for the Grand Revel.
Everyone searched for the perfect rose.
Not Gale.
His eyes were caught on a different kind of flower. Many petals, bright purple with a starburst of orange in the center.
Asters.

Summary
Baldur’s Gate’s most feared food critic meets a chef who absolutely ruins his ability to be professional. Astarion should be writing a scathing review. Instead, he’s writing what are essentially love letters disguised as food critiques while losing his mind over Gale’s devastating knife skills.
(Modern AU – No Vampires, Just Restaurants, Culinary Tension, and a Kitchen Staff That Has Had Enough of These Two.)
"You see," Gale explained enthusiastically, those damnably capable hands demonstrating his latest technique, "the key is knowing exactly when to apply pressure. Too soon, and you'll ruin the delicate balance. Too late, and you'll miss the perfect moment of... release."
Astarion took a very large sip of wine, his enhanced elven senses picking up every nuance of both the vintage and Gale's intoxicating proximity.
He had spent centuries perfecting his poise. A life of control, of calculated indulgence, of knowing precisely when to give and when to take. And yet, he was gripping the edge of the counter like a man drowning in the very thing he had spent weeks pretending not to crave.
