In the faraway city-state of L'Manburg, corruption runs rampant. President Schlatt and the Glorious Heroes supposed to be the defenders of the city, work together to launder the money of the taxpayers through fake charities and donations to the Hero Organization. However, thanks to the very effective propaganda campaign run by Vice-president Punz, the population of the city isn't aware.
That's where three young orphans, Tommy, Tubbo and Purpled, come in. Just recently moved to the big city, they'll do their very best to save this city from the forces of evil, even if that means being seen as villains.
