Summary
“So-” Aaron began, but was cut short.
“Say it again and I will kill you.”
Aaron nodded uncomfortably.
“What happened that night?” Andrew asked, his eyes turned to the sky.
“A lot.” Was all Aaron could say without his voice cracking.
“Hmm.” Andrew hummed understandingly.
Aaron wanted to tell him, he really did. But he was scared, scared it might trigger something for Andrew, and scared it might trigger something for him.
(Or: Aaron is mistaken for someone he is not and has to figure out how to pick up the pieces in the aftermath.)

Summary
“Yes.” He nods as he says it. His voice is quiet. He cringes at how hopeless it sounds. He can almost feel Kevin’s frown.
“Something tells me that's not entirely true. Jean, should I be worried?” Kevin’s voice is pinched with annoyance and concern.
“Just…” He sighs tiredly. “Stay on the phone with me.” Jean pauses. “Please.”
At first there is a tense quiet before it is broken by a soft reply, “Okay Jean. I’ll stay.” He wonders if Kevin is remembering the pain. If he thinks something really bad has happened.
Jean starts to feel sick. That must be the pills setting in. He presses the knife to his skin and takes a breath. Kevin's voice stops him.
“You don’t sound like you're hurting..” He sounds confused.
“I am not.” Jean replies simply pressing the knife harder down.

Aaron looked at the ground. So many things were going through his head. His chest felt heavy and he ached all over for his brother. For the innocent little boy who was ruined at the cruel hand of evil men.

Summary
“Holy shit Drew.” Kevin said quietly.
“Yup.”
“It was more than just Drake then.” Aaron said bitterly, it wasn’t a question so much as a statement.
“Yup.”
“I’m sorry.” Nicky said reverently.
“He’s not.”
