This is unfortunate, because Evbo IS an avian. And he gets the sense he's really bad at being one.or, evbo is a duck avian who doesn't know basic wing care. or anything else about being a duck.

Rage is a very, very tricky thing because at first, it seems simple. You don’t get what you want—you get angry. Someone insults you—you get angry. Someone tries to fight you—and well, you get angry. Simple enough, right?
Well then, what about when there are no warning signs? What about when it’s like a switch being flipped? What about when your local superhero has just saved you from a near death experience and he places a hand on your shoulder and tells you that you’re ‘safe’ and then you get angry.
What then?
Miles slaps the gloved hand off of him.

sob this is beautiful and so validating because emotions are messy and not enough people can convey that through writing or even try in the first place abd you did that beautifully tysm for this
