Summary
In high school is when he realized. In high school there’s several groups, there’s people who’ve met their soulmate, people who will meet them soon, and the people who still have years left on their timers. Yoongi and Namjoon fit into the first group, and he starts to get it when Namjoon begins attending the same high school. Namjoon rides the city bus to school with him on the first day, and Yoongi isn’t sure who’s more nervous. Once there, he finds himself prying Namjoon’s schedule from his fingers and comparing it to his own. Then in the class period before lunch, where he gets to see the younger for the first time since they parted that morning, he kind of gets it.

The zombie apocalypse happened a long while ago, long enough for Jeongguk to have spent most of his life on a boat floating just our of reach of the shambling corpses that have claimed what used to be his home. An incident leaves him fending for himself, and he's not very good at it and is pretty ready to simply give up until he's saved by a few guys who know a few more guys and well, he's hit bedrock so the only way to go is up as it were.

grinning jeongguk turns around to them with the keychains in either of his hands. “i got you keychains,” he exclaims. he thrusts tiny saturn into namjoon’s hands who actually looks delighted about it and then there’s yoongi staring rather unimpressed at him as soon as he hands him an even tinier pluto.
“aren’t they cute,” says jeongguk, “i thought they’d fit so well because of the,” he vaguely gestures around between where namjoon’s shoulder and yoongi’s chin are on the same height, “don’t you dare say height,” yoongi hisses. jeongguk silently mouths it and yoongi threatens to throw pluto in the garbage once they’re outside.(or: jeongguk is spiderman, falls in love with two people at the same time who just happen to love him back and gets stabbed on the way there)
