Summary
One of the fragments of Wei Wuxian's soul, splintered during the first siege of the Burial Mounds, uses the energy released by the Yin Tiger Tally and flees backwards through time to another moment where Wei Wuxian was close to death – after the fall of Lotus Pier, at the hands of Jiang Wanyin.
Knowing how his first life will end, Wei Wuxian decides to hide his survival, and leave the cultivation world behind.
(UPDATED to add a bonus chapter from LQR's point of view as he learns that he will be gaining WWX as a nephew-in-law. And the Lan sect gets an accessibility revolution!)

Summary
Thor watched as Thanos's merciless grip around his brother's throat tightened, the life draining from Loki's eyes as the mad Titan crushed his neck; as he pierced his best friend’s heart, slaughtered his people and took away the only family he still had left. He watched as the flames consumed his home, reducing everything he cherished to ashes, while the Grandmaster’s ship crumbled into oblivion.

Summary
Los días de Luo Jiu estaban contados, y aún así, él estaba decidido a esperar a Luo Binghe, hasta que volviera de su contienda que ya duraba dos años para dedicarse a gobernar el mundo de los demonios con él.
Pero cuando un Omega cultivador de la tierra de los humanos visitó, asegurando que el Emperador mismo lo había invitado, el piso bajo sus pies comenzó a deshacerse. Luo Binghe ya no estaba luchando una guerra: se encontraba seduciendo Omegas sobre todo el continente, mientras la Emperatriz que gobernaba por él perdía poder a medida que la mordida en su cuello desaparecía cada día.
Finalmente, Luo Jiu se vió obligado a admitir que las advertencias de Sha Hualing eran ciertas: Binghe se arrepentía de haberlo mordido, y era cuestión de días antes de que un motín de los demonios lo arranque del trono, para acabar con su cabeza en una horca.
