MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL
NEW YORK GIANTS
vs.
PITTSBURGH STEELERS
MetLife Stadium - East Rutherford, New Jersey
Sean McDonough: 74 degrees, just a light drizzle as we come to you from MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. 80,000+ fans are here as NFL Kickoff 2020 continues with the Giants home opener! Out onto the field come the Giants and they have quite the task facing them to start the season as they take on Yuma Tsukumo and the defending AFC North champion Pittsburgh Steelers as we kick off our 51st season of Monday Night Football! Hi everybody, welcome to MetLife Stadium and season 51 of Monday Night Football. Alongside Jason Witten, I'm Sean McDonough. Lisa Salters will join us on the sidelines later as our season begins with a doubleheader for you. First we have Adrien Agreste and the Giants taking on the Steelers, then we'll take things to Denver as Kim Possible and the Super Bowl champion Broncos begin their title defense against Allen Walker and the Titans just after 10 tonight. I'd now like to bring in my partner, Pro Bowl tight end Jason Witten. Jason, these 2 teams both won their respective divisions last season - Giants took the NFC East at 11-5, Steelers won the AFC North at 9-7, but both fell in the Divisional round of the playoffs; Giants losing a heartbreaker in OT against Marco Diaz and the Rams, Steelers falling to the eventual Super Bowl champion Broncos. What has to change for one of these teams to get over the top?
Jason Witten: We're seeing one of those changes right now for the Giants, Sean. There's a new sheriff in town for Big Blue, that's former Patriots special teams coach Joe Judge. He has taken no prisoners early on, making his players run laps if they make mistakes in practice. He is essentially a throwback to Tom Coughlin and the players have responded well to the change with an unbeaten preseason at 4-0.
Sean McDonough: And we shall see how that translates to the regular season as the Giants win the toss, they'll defer; Kari Tsukumo back to return and the road to Tampa and Super Bowl LV is underway in East Rutherford! Kick will sail over Kari's head, so Pittsburgh will start at their own 20. As Yuma Tsukumo gets set for his first snaps of the 2020 season, we take a look at how the Steelers are on offense presented by GMC...
QB: Yuma Tsukumo (7)
RB: Yuya Sakaki (28)
WR: Rio Kastle (19)
WR: Shay Obsidian (88)
OL: Bronk Stone (66)
OL: Gong Strong (77)
OL: Sylvio Sawatari (51)
OL: Skip Boyle (55)
On 1st and 10, it's Tsukumo...looking Obsidian's way...it's gonna be incomplete, but there's yellow on the field.
Jason Witten: Look like there are holds against Dunbar and Della Robbia, possible illegal use of hands on Kelly Hamdon, the cornerback, #31.
Sean McDonough: Let's hear it from Shawn Hochuli...
Shawn Hochuli: There are 3 fouls on the play, all by the defense. Holding - #70 defense, penalty is declined. Holding - #92 of the defense, that penalty is also declined. The cornerback shoved her hands in the face of the receiver as the ball was in the intended target's vicinity. Therefore, it's Illegal Use Of Hands: Hands To The Face on #31 of the defense. That penalty is accepted. It's a 5 yard penalty from the last spot of the ball, automatic 1st down.
Sean McDonough: Holds go against Dunbar and Della Robbia, Hamdon gets nailed for Illegal Use of Hands...
Jason Witten: Watch Odd Della Robbia and Will Dunbar get their hands full of Gong Strong and Bronk Stone, respectively. Here's the hands to the face call...there's the push off from Hamdon and the refs are gonna get her for that. Obsidian not too happy, he was looking for Defensive Pass Interference.
Sean McDonough: Gonna bring up 1st and 10 from the 25. Tsukumo, looking to his right, has Rio Kastle in his sights, looking for the long ball....AND HE'S PICKED OFF! RIGHT INTO BOURGEOIS ISLAND! CHLOE HAS IT AT THE GIANTS 14! She's by Kastle! Gets away from Strong! Just Yuma to beat! Slips past Tsukumo at the 30! The 20, 10...THAT'S A GIANTS TOUCHDOWN! 89 YARD PICK SIX!
Jason Witten: That was just a bad throw by Yuma Tsukumo. You don't see him make those often, but he did right here and Chloe Bourgeois made him pay...got a little Darrelle Revis action going from Bourgeois, gets the Giants on the board.
Sean McDonough: Extra point makes it 7-0 Giants.
But it wouldn't be too long before the Steelers would get on the board. A 9 play, 76 yard, 6:56 drive would result in a 31 yard Blair Flannigan field goal to make it 7-3. That's where the score would stand after 1. The 2nd quarter would begin with an exchange of stalled drives, but the Steelers would break through midway through the quarter with an 11 play, 92 yard drive, capped off with this play.
Sean McDonough: 2nd and goal from the 6. Handoff goes to Sakaki, has an opening...and he's in! STEELERS TAKE THE LEAD!
That made it 10-7 at the half. The Giants would start the 2nd half with possession and this play...
NEW YORK GIANTS - 7
PITTSBURGH STEELERS - 10
Start of 3rd Quarter
Sean McDonough: Back here at MetLife Stadium as we start the 3rd quarter. Giants down 10-7 as Blair Flannigan gets set to kick things off, Couffaine back in her own endzone to return. Couffaine will take it, has blocking ahead. Couffaine to the 40, gets a block from Kante! Rose Knight with a block! Gets by Flannigan!
Jason Witten: Here we go again!
Sean McDonough: JULEKA COUFFAINE IS GONNA START HER SEASON WITH A BANG! TOUCHDOWN GIANTS! 108 YARDS ON THE RETURN!
('Back In The New York Groove')
That gave the lead back to the Giants at 14-10. Later in the quarter, after an exchange of stalled drives, the Giants went on a 10 play, 78 yard drive lasting over 8 minutes. Adrien Agreste would cap things off with this play...
Jason Witten: I'm looking for Agreste to go to Dupain-Cheng on this 3rd down, Sean.
Sean McDonough: 3rd and 6 from the Steelers 18. Agreste with time, fires far sideline for Cesaire, corner of the endzone....TOUCHDOWN!
('Back In The New York Groove')
Jason Witten: There's the touchdown salsa!
That gave the the Giants a 21-10 lead heading to the 4th quarter. But the Steelers weren't done. After a 42 yard touchdown pass from Tsukumo to Shay Obsidian and a 39 yard field goal from Blair Flannigan, the Steelers pulled to within 21-20. A stalled Giants drive set things up perfectly for Yuma to play hero and spoil the Giants home opener. He marched his team down the field in less than 2 minutes on 9 plays, setting things up for this...
Sean McDonough: From 41 yards out to win the game, it's Flannigan. Snap is good, hold is good, kick is up and...THROUGH THE UPRIGHTS! And the Steelers have just spoiled the Giants' season opener, coming from 2 scores down to win it in dramatic fashion, 23-21!
That'll do it from MetLife Stadium!

SUNDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL
NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS
vs.
SEATTLE SEAHAWKS
Gillette Stadium - Foxboro, MA
Al Michaels: 70 degrees, light rain, Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, Massachusetts, 66,000 on hand to see the Patriots' home opener as Dan Kuso leads his boys into battle against Arnold Shortman and the Seattle Seahawks with so much on the line on Sunday Night Football! Good evening, everyone. Welcome back to Sunday Night Football. Al Michaels, Cris Collinsworth with you. Michelle Tafoya will join us later. Week 1 for these teams took drastically different directions. The Patriots blew out the Dolphins 35-10 in Miami while the Seahawks lost to the Falcons 23-16 in Atlanta. Coming off a tough loss, Seattle is back on the road, deck stacked against it against this very tough Patriots team. What do the Seahawks have to do in order to flip the script and get to .500 here tonight?
Cris Collinsworth: I talked with head coach Pete Carroll and he said to me that he asked too much of Arnold Shortman in last Sunday's game against Atlanta. Tonight, he's gonna let Arnold run the game his way, call the plays he's comfortable with and throw to his targets. So we'll see if that game plan works. If it doesn't work, he says he'll let Arnold make the call on what to do from there.
Al Michaels: Seahawks won the toss, they will defer. Olga Pataki sets things up from her own 30. Hydron Zenoheld will return for New England, he's set up near his own end zone. And we're underway in Foxboro! This will go over Zenoheld's head and the Patriots will start from the 20 as in will come the 13th year quarterback from Michigan - Dan Kuso. Threw for 310 yards and 4 touchdowns last week against Miami. 1st and 10 from the 20. Kuso dropping back, fires near sideline, has Kazami open...contact as the ball was getting there! Ruth McDougal made the play and there's a flag down in the vicinity of where McDougal made the tackle, right around the 34.
Cris Collinsworth: Looks like defensive PI.
Al Michaels: Tony Corrente is our referee tonight, let's hear the call from him.
Tony Corrente: Pass Interference, defense #56; spot foul, automatic 1st down.
Cris Collinsworth: Watch Ruth McDougal, #56, lower-right of your screen right there...she gave Shun Kazami, #87, a little shove out of bounds as the ball was making its way to him. You can't do that, the refs will nail you for pass interference every time.
Al Michaels: It'll be a 1st and 10 from the 34. Handoff goes to Marakura, goes nowhere. Caudell was right there to make the stop as we take a look at the Patriots on offense...
Dan: Dan Kuso; quarterback - Michigan
Marucho: Marucho Marakura; running back - Florida
Shun: Shun Kazami; wide receiver - Georgia
Runo: Runo Misaki; wide receiver - Michigan
Ren: Ren Krawler; linebacker - Texas
Ace: Ace Grit; linebacker - NC State
Billy: Billy Gilbert; linebacker - Oregon
Keith: Keith Clay; Linebacker - Georgia Tech
Al Michaels: 2nd down and 10 from the 34, again they go to the ground and Marakura will pick up 6, brings up 3rd down as we look at the Seahawks defense.
Jamie O.: Jamie O. Johannsen; linebacker - Texas
Wolfgang: Wolfgang Caudell; linebacker - Ohio State
Ludwig: Ludwig Van Dyke; linebacker - Alabama
Jack: Jack Wittenberg; linebacker - Oklahoma State
Curly: Curly Gammelthorpe; safety - Georgia
Lila: Lila Sawyer; safety - Virginia
Helga: Helga Pataki; cornerback - Louisiana State
Ruth: Ruth McDougal; cornerback - Southern California
Al Michaels: On 3rd and 4, Kuso will fire a quick screen to Misaki along the near sideline, goes for 8 and a fresh set of downs.
Cris Collinsworth: That's just what Dan Kuso will bring to a football team - toughness, tenacity and spirit. Quick little out route from Runo Misaki, Dan Kuso placed the pass perfectly, got the Patriots a 1st.
Al Michaels: 1st and 10 near midfield. Handoff goes to Marakura, gets 3 out of it, sets up a 2nd and 7 inside Seattle territory. Seahawks line up in the dime, they show blitz. Kuso has time, looks far sideline...AND WIDE, WIDE OPEN IS RUNO MISAKI! FORCED OUT OF BOUNDS BY LILA SAWYER AT THE 20! GAIN OF 29!
Cris Collinsworth: Seahawks defense looks disjointed to start the game. They've let Kuso and this New England offense get to them and it may prove costly on this opening drive.
Al Michaels: Patriots with the best red zone offense again last season, 66,000 in attendance about to see why. Kuso lines up under center, throw to the near sideline and the pass is...CAUGHT! SHUN KAZAMI! TOUCHDOWN PATRIOTS!
Cris Collinsworth: Well, one of Kuso's favorite targets did it again as you see Shun Kazami breaking free of Ruth McDougal, calls for the ball along the near sideline, Kuso was ready for the call and Shun Kazami with great length, leaps for it, gives the Patriots the early advantage...and there's the spike afterwards!
Al Michaels: Chan Lee will make it 7-0 following that extra point.
That would prompt Arnold and his boys to come out for their opening drive. They'd start deep in their own territory and would get as far as the Patriots' 35 on 7 plays and just over 5 minutes. But then...
Al Michaels: On 2nd and 6, Shortman...looking for Sid Phillips...AND HE'S PICKED! BARON LELTOY WITH HIS 4TH PICK OF THE SEASON! JUST SHORTMAN TO BEAT AND LELTOY WILL HAVE HIS 2ND PICK SIX OF 2020!
(New England Patriots touchdown horn)
TOUCHDOWN PATRIOTS! 68 YARDS!
That would make it 14-0 Patriots. Arnold would have better luck on his 2nd drive of the game. He'd start at his own 20 following a touchback and after 9 plays and nearly 6 minutes, he'd wrap up the drive with this...
Al Michaels: 3rd and 3 from the 11 for Seattle. Shortman, has time...fires to Gerald Johannsen....AND HE'S IN FOR A SEATTLE TOUCHDOWN!
That made it 14-7 after 1. A Chan Lee field goal made it 17-7. Then as the 2 minute warning approached, Arnold led his squad down the field on 8 plays through a no-huddle offense, finally finishing with this play...
Al Michaels: Possibly the last play of the half coming up as the Seahawks line up in the I formation. Shortman with time...short screen to Lloyd and Rhonda Lloyd with blocking ahead! She's gonna dance her way in...FOR A SEAHAWK TOUCHDOWN!
That brought it to 17-14 at the half. The 3rd quarter would begin with an exchange of field goals - Chan Lee from 46 yards out, then Olga Pataki from 54 yards. 6 minutes afterwards, Dan Kuso would take the ball 74 yards on 9 plays, ending in a Runo Misaki touchdown to make it 27-17. The Seahawks would respond in the 4th quarter as Arnold Shortman would get it to Sid Phillips for a 26 yard touchdown to cap an 11 play drive that took over 8 minutes off the clock.
This set up a last ditch attempt to tie the game by the Seahawks.
Al Michaels: Olga's career long is 61 yards, she did that last week in the loss to Atlanta. This one from 50 yards out to tie the game and force overtime. Snap is there, hold is good, kick is up....AND BLOCKED! MIRA CLAY WAS THE FIRST TO GET THERE! SHE TRIPS UP OLGA PATAKI, BLOCKS THE KICK AND PATAKI IS DOWN IN A HEAP! Patriots just won the game, but at what cost to the Seahawks as their star kicker looks to be headed to the injury list...
That'll do from Foxboro!
Final Score:
Patriots: 27
Seahawks: 24

Seahawks: 50 plays, 319 yards, 21:40 time of possession

FOX has this game - Kevin Burkhardt is alongside Ronde and Tiki Barber with Matt Yocum patrolling the sidelines. Let's go!
NFL ON FOX
CHICAGO BEARS (1-1)
vs.
ATLANTA FALCONS (1-1)
Soldier Field - Chicago, Illinois
Kevin Burkhardt: There you see historic Navy Pier in downtown Chicago. Today it serves as the backdrop for today's NFL on FOX action as we come to you from legendary Soldier Field in Chicago as the Chicago Bears, led by 3rd year standout quarterback Timmy Turner out of Duke, take on Kira Yamato, now in his 13th year out of Boston College. Hello, everyone. Alongside Ronde and Tiki Barber, I'm Kevin Burkhardt. Boys, both teams are coming off of difficult overtime losses last week. Bears lost to the Giants here at home, Falcons lost at Dallas last Sunday. What do both teams have to do to have a bounce-back performance this time around?
Ronde Barber: The Bears need a breakout game from their leader, Timmy Turner. He was not on his best last week against New York and that pick in overtime cost his team. He needs to learn from that game and not throw any passes he shouldn't be throwing.
Tiki Barber: Same thing happened with Kira Yamato. One errant pass against Dallas cost his team, defense couldn't hold steady and allowed the game winning field goal. The Falcons can not allow any lapses in concentration on offense or defense because if they do, the Bears will pounce all over them.
Kevin Burkhardt: Should be a great game for sure. Falcons won the toss, they will defer. Chip Skylark back deep and away we go! Skylark takes it deep in his own end zone. To the 20, has blocking ahead. Loses a tackle, gets it to the 50. Just Ramius to beat, gets another block! Gets by Ramius!
Ronde Barber: GOODBYE!
Kevin Burkhardt: Kick it to Skylark and he'll burn you! It almost figures! TOUCHDOWN BEARS!
108 YARDS FOR CHIP SKYLARK! BEARS STRIKE FIRST!
Ronde Barber: There goes 'Chelsea Dagger'!
Tiki Barber: And how did the Falcons' special teams let this happen? Good blocking up front and the quick-footed, elusive Chip Skylark found those holes, spun free of the tackles...not much Murre Ramius could do against the speed of Skylark. 108 yards, Bears draw first blood in week 3.
Kevin Burkhardt: Extra point from Bucky McBadbat is good, gives the bears a 7-0 lead.
The ensuing Falcons drive would start from their own 20 as Kira Yamato would try to lead his squad back from an early special teams gaffe.
Kevin Burkhardt: Kira Yamato, now in his 13th year out of Boston College, will start things off from the 20. On 1st & 10, handoff will go to Butlers, picks up 4 as we take a look at how the Falcons are on offense...
QB: Kira Yamato (8)
RB: Melvin Butlers (28)
WR: Sammy Tsukino (83)
WR: Serena Tsukino (81)
OL: Amara Tenoh (77)
OL: Hunter Steele (90)
OL: Lacus Clyne (59)
OL: Patrick Zala (66)
...2nd down & 6 and again they'll go to the ground with Butlers, gain of about 3. As the Falcons set up on this 3rd down, we take a look at how the Bears are on defense...
LB: Vicky Griffin (97)
LB: Denzel Crocker (83)
LB: Jorgen Von Strangle (95)
LB: Skip Sparkypants (92)
S: Sam Manson (45)
S: Trixie Tang (29)
CB: Paulina Sanchez (26)
CB: Star Benson (34)
...3rd down & 3 from the 27. Yamato dropping back, has time. Looks to the far sideline, has Sammy Tsukino open and Sammy gets drilled by Trixie Tang! Pass falls incomplete, but there's a flag!
Ronde Barber: Looks like Defensive Pass Interference.
Tiki Barber: Taking a look at this play right here from Tang, doesn't look to be helmet to helmet contact, but I did see a bit of a push-off by Trixie Tang, #45...that's probably where they got her.
Kevin Burkhardt: Walt Anderson is the referee today, let's get the call.
Walt Anderson: Pass Interference, Defense #45 - spot foul, automatic 1st down.
Kevin Burkhardt: That'll bring it out to the 40. Time for a Visa Game Break, let's go to Los Angeles and Curt Menefee.
GAME BREAK
In New York, the Giants are having their way with the 49ers as Adrien Agreste fires a deep strike to Alya Cesaire 58 yards for a touchdown, then on the next 49ers play from scrimmage, Manny Rivera is picked off by Chloe Bourgeois for a 44 yard interception return touchdown - Giants lead 21-3 early in the 2nd quarter.
Meanwhile in Buffalo, Dipper Pines has his Bills on the move, but ends up getting picked off by Sabrina Backintosh, who takes it 71 yards for a touchdown, Rams lead the Bills 17-14 after 1.
Kevin Burkhardt: Thanks, Curt. Fresh set of downs for the Falcons following the pass interference call...and movement prior to the snap. Here's Walt.
Tiki Barber: Walt Anderson laughing for some reason.
Kevin Burkhardt: Here comes the call.
Walt Anderson: Dead ball, false start - offense, everyone but the center. 5 yard penalty, still 1st down.
Kevin Burkhardt: That's why Walt was laughing.
Ronde Barber: Hunter Steele, you're off the hook!
Kevin Burkhardt: 1st and 15 now following the penalty. Yamato, dropping back...has Serena Tsukino near sideline wide open, Paulina Sanchez drills her! Flag comes in!
Tiki Barber: Looks like defensive interference again.
Kevin Burkhardt: Walt Anderson, take it away.
Walt Anderson: Personal Foul, Pass Interference with Targeting - defense #26; 15 yards from the spot of the foul; by rule, #26 is disqualified and the play is under review.
Kevin Burkhardt: Just like in college ball, instant replay can overturn a targeting call and if they overturn the targeting call, they can also overturn the 15 yard penalty.
Tiki Barber: Now this is a 'with Targeting' penalty, so you're also looking at another penalty, in this case it's Pass Interference. Do we have a defenseless player?
Ronde Barber: Survey says....we do! Was there helmet to helmet contact?
Tiki Barber: Looks like it...that's targeting.
Kevin Burkhardt: No doubt about it. This is targeting, let's go to Walt.
Walt Anderson: After review, the call of targeting is confirmed. #26 has been ejected from the game.
Kevin Burkhardt: Just like that, Paulina Sanchez is gone! She'll be eligible to return next week when the Bears head to Indy to face the Colts. Ember McLain will sub in for the Bears at corner as a fresh set of downs comes for the Falcons. 1st and 10 from midfield. Yamato...throws near sideline for Sammy Tsukino, has a block from Steele and he's off! Gets a block from his sister! Sammy Tsukino is gonna take this 54 yards...FOR A FALCONS TOUCHDOWN!
That got it to 7-7 after the first quarter. The 2nd quarter began with an exchange of field goals: First Murrue Ramius from 55 yards out, then Bucky McBadbat with a chip shot from 38 yards out. On the next Falcons drive, Kira led the team 84 yards on 13 plays in over 6 minutes, ending with a 12 yard strike to Serena Tsukino to make it 17-10. But the Bears would answer back just before the half as Timmy Turner would find his older brother figure, Chip Skylark, for a 78 yard touchdown to tie the game at 17 heading into halftime.
The 2nd half wouldn't begin well for the Falcons. Corona DePass would fumble the kick return, leading to a Trixie Tang touchdown. Then, the Falcons would turn it over on downs, leading to a 9 play, 68 yard drive ending with a Timmy Turner strike to Chip Skylark. Then...this.
Kevin Burkhardt: 2nd & 9 from midfield. Yamato looking to his left, has Serena Tsukino along the far sideline....AND HE'S PICKED! TANG AGAIN! LOSES A TACKLE! JUST YAMATO TO BEAT! TRIXIE TANG GETS BY YAMATO AND SHE'S GONNA STOMP HER WAY IN FOR THE TOUCHDOWN!
(Chicago Bears touchdown horn)
AND THE FIRST TO GREET HER IS HER BOYFRIEND, TIMMY TURNER! 5TH INTERCEPTION BY TANG THIS SEASON, 2ND PICK SIX! 61 YARD RETURN!
Ronde Barber: She just did a Lambeau Leap! I don't think that's allowed here at Soldier Field!
That made it 38-17 Bears after 3. That's when Yamato went off. First, 55 yards to Sammy Tsukino. Then he went 49 yards to Melvin Butlers and he capped off 21 unanswered points with a 37 yard strike to Serena Tsukino to force overtime.
Walt Anderson: Here are the rules for overtime - each team will get a chance to possess the ball unless the team that has possession first scores a touchdown. If the team with the first possession doesn't score a touchdown, the other team will have a chance to score. If neither team scores a touchdown or doesn't score at all, we'll go into sudden death. Regular timing rules apply as if we're starting a new game and all reviews will be initiated by the replay booth; no coaches will get challenges here. Kira, you are the away captain. Call heads or tails.
Kira: Heads.
Walt Anderson: The call is heads. (he flips the coin) It is tails. Timmy, would you like to receive or defer?
Timmy: We'll receive.
Walt Anderson: Chicago has chosen to receive the opening kickoff of overtime. Kira, choose which end zone you'd like to defend - north or south.
Kira: South.
Walt Anderson: Falcons have chosen to defend the south end zone. Good luck to both teams in the overtime.
Kevin Burkhardt: Those of you expecting to see Ash Ketchum's Cowboys take on Arnold Shortman and the Seahawks in Seattle, Joe Buck and Troy Aikman will have that game for you after we're done here. Chip Skylark set to return for Chicago. Had that 108 yard kick return to start the game. He'll take it in his own end zone. Gets it to the 30, loses a tackle and gets absolutely rocked at midfield! Skylark now...slow to get up. Flags are down.
Walt Anderson: There are multiple fouls on the play, all by the return team. Holding - #95 return team; Holding - #66 of the return team; Illegal Use of Hands, hands to the face - #95 of the return team; there's also Illegal Block In The Back - #45 of the return team. All those penalties will be enforced from the end of the return.
Kevin Burkhardt: Chip Skylark down on the field, appears to be favoring his right leg. Training staff carting him off the field, time for a break. You're watching the NFL on FOX.

Back here at Soldier Field, you saw earlier Chip Skylark getting carted off the field by the training staff after a brutal hit on a kick return to start the overtime. Matt Yocum has more for us.
Matt Yocum: Kevin, I just talked with head coach Matt Nagy and he tells me that Chip suffered a compound fracture in his tib-fib region. He is doubtful to return and will potentially miss significant time, at least 4-6 weeks. You also saw Timmy Turner jogging off the field after the injury to Chip Skylark, who he considers an older brother to him. I talked with Timmy and he says he's done for the game to support his older brother figure. Danny Fenton and his sister Jazz have subbed in at quarterback and wide receiver, respectively. Tough losses for the Bears as we start the overtime, Kevin.
Kevin Burkhardt: Thanks, Matt. 2 difficult losses for the Bears here in the overtime. 1st and 10 from the 20 following the penalties as in will come Danny Fenton. Short screen will go to Star, great game for her so far - 198 yards rushing, no touchdowns, 84 yards receiving including that short screen for 6. Brings up 2nd & 4. Handoff goes to Star, gets 3 on that one, brings up 3rd and less than a yard.
Tiki Barber: And this is typical of Danny Fenton - short screen, get the running back loose, keep the defense honest and then go for the kill with a big touchdown pass.
Kevin Burkhardt: They keep it on the ground with Star, possibly enough for the 1st as in will come the chain gang here.
Ronde Barber: I think they got it here...
Kevin Burkhardt: And indeed they do. Fresh set of downs for the Bears here. 1st & 10 from the 30. FENTON BOTCHES THE SNAP! Quick reaction by Danny Fenton, he has time! Airs it out to his sister! Big gain! Gets it to Falcons territory to the 47! Gain of 23!
Tiki Barber: Right now this Falcons defense looks out of sorts, they're just not on the same page here.
Kevin Burkhardt: 1st & 10 from the 47. Fenton looking to his right, finds Jazz again! Loses a tackle! Gets it to the 10 before being pushed out of bounds at the 8! Bears got a 1st & Goal from the 8! Fenton, to his left, looks McBadbat's way....AND HE'S PICKED! DANNY FENTON JUST GOT PICKED OFF BY DARIEN SHIELDS IN THE END ZONE! SHIELDS GETS BY 2 DEFENDERS! GETS BY FENTON!
Ronde Barber: Oh my goodness!
Tiki Barber: THE COMEBACK!
Kevin Burkhardt: THE BEARS HAVE BLOWN A 21 POINT 4TH QUARTER LEAD AND THE FALCONS ARE GONNA COMPLETE THE COMEBACK AS SHIELDS STEPS INTO THE END ZONE FOR THE GAME WINNING TOUCHDOWN! 106 YARDS FOR DARIEN SHIELDS! HIS 1ST INTERCEPTION OF THE YEAR, HIS 1ST PICK SIX AND IT'S A BIG ONE!
Tiki Barber: DANNY JUST THREW HIS HELMET DOWN!
Kevin Burkhardt: There are flags on the play, however. Let's get the call from Walt Anderson.
Walt Anderson: There are 2 fouls on the play. Pass Interference - #79 of the defense; after the play was over - Unsportsmanlike Conduct - offense #9. By rule, both penalties offset. The result of the play is a touchdown, the game is over.
Kevin Burkhardt: There it is! Falcons complete the comeback from 21 points down in the 4th quarter to win on the road 44-38 over the Bears!
That'll do it from Soldier Field!

THURSDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL
DENVER BRONCOS (3-0)
vs.
NEW YORK JETS (1-2)
Empower Field at Mile High Stadium - Denver, Colorado
Joe Buck: 77,000 wild fans have packed Empower Field at Mile High Stadium in Denver as the unbeaten Broncos look to continue their winning ways while the New York Jets look to get back to 500, but to do that, they have to take down Kim Possible and this high powered Broncos offense that looks to be well on their way to back to back Super Bowls with still a long way to go in this young season. And we welcome you to Denver for Thursday Night Football. Good evening everyone, thank you so much for joining us here. Joe Buck, Troy Aikman with you, Pam Oliver will join us later. Broncos destroyed the Buccaneers in Tampa last week, they come back home to face a Jets squad that lost a close one last Sunday against Indianapolis. Troy, I'm gonna turn to you. What do you like out of what you've seen so far this season?
Troy Aikman: I've been real impressed at the development of Ben Tennyson. He's been taking his time, making more of his passes and not throwing into double coverage as often as he did last year or the year before. Problem this time is that he's up against the same stifling Broncos defense that led them to a Super Bowl title last season. He's gotta find some way to stay out of Steve Barkin's clutches and skirt the magnet hands of Tim Possible who already has 11 picks this season, 5 of which have gone for touchdowns. This will not be easy for Tennyson by any means.
Joe Buck: Broncos won the toss, they elected to defer. Sherry Chin will be on the return and we are underway in Denver! Chin takes it in her own end zone. Loses a tackle, gets it past the 40, to the 44 but no further as in comes the 3rd year player out of Oklahoma, Ben Tennyson. 2 touchdowns in the loss last week against Indy, 5 total on the season. He'll set things up from his own 44. Play action on the first play from scrimmage, looking the way of Yamamoto...AND HE'S PICKED! On the first play from scrimmage, Ben Tennyson gets intercepted by Tim Possible! His 12th interception of the year and Possible will take it 68 yards to the end zone....FOR A BRONCOS TOUCHDOWN!
Troy Aikman: 6th pick six of the year for Tim Possible and this is just his MO - clog the passing lanes, force you into making a bad throw and that's exactly what Tennyson did, he walked right into the trap that Tim Possible was setting, fell for it hook, line and sinker. Tim Possible showing off his elusiveness, got by all defenders, Broncos out to the early lead.
Joe Buck: Broncos take a 7-0 lead after the point after.
The next drive would go much smoother for Tennyson and the Jets after starting from their own 20, going 58 yards on 10 plays, ending with a Clio Rodriguez field goal from 39 yards out. After a 3 and out by the Broncos, the Jets would capitalize to start the 2nd quarter, capping off an 11 play, 74 yard drive with this...
Joe Buck: Ben has time, short screen to cousin Gwen...TOUCHDOWN! Jets take the lead!
But that's when the Broncos would pour it on. After tying the game on their next drive, Tim Possible would intercept Ben again, taking it 77 yards for a touchdown to make it 17-10 Broncos. Clio Rodriguez would make it 17-13 at the half but from there...all Broncos.
In the 3rd, Kim Possible fired 4 touchdown passes - 2 to Bonnie Rockwaller and 2 to Tara Queen to make it 45-13. This was part of a 42/50, 422 yard performance from KP. As for fiancee Ron Stoppable...he came up with 2 touchdowns of his own in the 4th quarter, including this dagger...
Joe Buck: Midway through the 4th, Broncos lead 52-13. Broncos at their own 34, 6th play of the drive coming up. Handoff will go to Stoppable, finds a hole to the right and he has blocking ahead! Slips two tackles! Gets by the secondary! To the 30! 20! 10! 250 yard rushing day for Ron Stoppable!
(Denver Broncos touchdown horn)
HE'S IN FOR A BRONCOS TOUCHDOWN!
Troy Aikman: Did Ron just lose his pants?
Joe Buck: He did. Flags are down, let's get the call...
Tony Corrente: The result of the play is a touchdown. After the play was over, the running back lost his pants - unsportsmanlike conduct, #7 on the defense. That 15 yard penalty will be assessed on the kickoff. That is #7's first foul towards potential disqualification.
That made it 59-13 and just added more insult to injury as the Broncos torched the Jets. Ben Tennyson would find Julie Yamamoto late in the quarter for a 16 yard touchdown, but it would be insignificant as the Broncos cruised to victory.
Joe Buck: Victory formation for the Broncos right here, KP will take a knee and that'll do it! The Broncos will go to 4-0 as they demolish the Jets 59-20 here at Mile High!
That does it from Denver!

CBS has this game with Ian Eagle and Rich Gannon on the call, Evan Washburn is on the sidelines. ROLL IT!
Ian Eagle (voiceover): The story of Raider Nation was born in Oakland, just outside of the San Francisco Bay. It's where legends like Madden, Gannon, Sapp, Upshaw and Stabler have called home and ingrained themselves in the minds of the Raiders faithful. Last year, the Raiders closed the book on their story in Oakland and 3 weeks ago, opened a new chapter in their legend...at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. Now, with the famous Vegas Strip in the background, the 4-0 Raiders look to stay unbeaten as Tyler Bowman brings his Kansas City Chiefs to town, looking to spoil the Vegas party. It's the Raiders and the Chiefs - NEXT ON CBS!
NFL ON CBS
LAS VEGAS RAIDERS (4-0)
vs.
KANSAS CITY CHIEFS (3-1)
Allegiant Stadium - Las Vegas, Nevada
Ian Eagle: For over 50 years, the Raiders made their home in northern California. Today, their legacy continues on the intersection of Dean Martin Drive and Al Davis Way with the famed Las Vegas Strip in the background. A packed house here at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas - 72,000 silver and black clad fans are here to see their Raiders in action against Tyler Bowman and the 3-1 Chiefs; Raiders look to remain unbeaten on the year as we bring you an AFC West matchup right here on CBS! Hello again, everyone. Ian Eagle alongside former Raider Rich Gannon, Evan Washburn will join us later. Rich, you spent the last 6 years of your career in the silver and black, but it was in Oakland. What's it feel like now that the team you gave so much for is now in Vegas?
Rich Gannon: It's a surreal feeling. I spent 6 years playing for this team, for owner Al Davis and the Raider Nation is a special group of fans, I can't thank them enough for their support over the years, but now it's time for a new chapter - the Urumeshi in Vegas chapter - to begin. Back to back home wins against the Saints and Patriots got things going, the Raiders are 4-0, let's see if they can make it 5-0.
Ian Eagle: Well, we're about 3 hours away from finding out. Chiefs won the toss and will defer, kick is up and we're underway in Vegas for the first time on CBS! Edward Elric will take it in his own end zone and thinks better of returning this one so the Raiders will start from the 20. In will come Yusuke Urumeshi, absolutely dominant last time out in the win against Buffalo.
Rich Gannon: 37 of 54, 319 yards, 4 touchdowns and no interceptions - he was in complete control of the game from the outset, Ian.
Ian Eagle: On first down and 10, they'll put it on the ground with Alphonse Elric, picks up 4. Brings up a 2nd & 6 as we take a look at the Raiders on offense presented by Chevrolet...
QB: Yusuke Urumeshi (4)
RB: Alphonse Elric (20)
WR: Izumi Curtis (81)
WR: Gray Fullbuster (11)
OL: Roy Mustang (66)
OL: Von Hohenheim (70)
OL: Winry Rockbell (77)
OL: Kazuma Kuwabara (61)
Chiefs line up in the dime as Urumeshi drops back, has time, fires along the near sideline to Curtis on a screen, he'll get 8 for a first, fresh set of downs coming for the Raiders as we get a look at how the Chiefs line up on defense, again presented by Chevrolet...
LB: Miguel Santos (97)
LB: Kaz Kalinkas (83)
LB: Theodore Roachmont (95)
LB: Minoru Kamiya (92)
S: Maggie Lee (45)
S: Chrissie Lum (29)
CB: Andy Arlington (26)
CB: Maya Santos (34)
1st & 10 from the 32, Urumeshi again, looking for Fullbuster, falls incomplete, Arlington on the coverage, but there's a flag.
Rich Gannon: Looks like a hold on Andy Arlington.
Ian Eagle: Let's get the call from Shawn Hochuli.
Shawn Hochuli: The cornerback grabbed a hold of the receiver's jersey and twisted it. The call is Holding, #26 of the defense. 5 yard penalty, automatic first down.
Ian Eagle: They get Andy Arlington with a hold here, 1st penalty of the day here, brings up 1st & 10 from the Raider 37. They'll put it on the ground again with Alphonse Elric and he'll get 7 on the cutback. 5th play of the drive coming up, 2nd & 3 from the 44. It's Elric again on the counter, gets 2, brings up a 3rd and 1.
Rich Gannon: The Chiefs have flat out failed to stop the run game of the Raiders on this drive right here. They need to stop this play right here.
Ian Eagle: On 3rd and 1, it's Urumeshi. Pocket collapses, has to air it out. Rushed throw to Fullbuster...COMPLETE FOR 11! FRESH SET OF DOWNS FOR THE RAIDERS AND THEY'RE INTO KANSAS CITY TERRITORY!
Rich Gannon: This has just been a slow, methodical drive by the Las Vegas Raiders right here, Ian.
Ian Eagle: 1st & 10 from the 45 of Kansas City. Urumeshi again, looking Fullbuster's way, throwing into double coverage, Fullbuster...HAS IT! GAIN OF 26! RAIDERS IN THE RED ZONE! 8th play of the drive coming up, Raiders in the red zone. Urumeshi, looks to Curtis, corner of the end zone....TOUCHDOWN!
IZUMI CURTIS! RAIDERS ON THE BOARD FIRST!
Rich Gannon: Little to no defensive pressure there, more like a defensive breakdown and a miscommunication between Maya Santos and Maggie Lee led to this touchdown. The Chiefs can't afford miscues like that. I'm certain Andy Reid is going to lash out at them on the sidelines.
Ian Eagle: Extra point is good, makes it 7-0.
The first Chiefs drive would not go well, despite a good rebound from starting deep in their own territory. After 7 plays, this would happen at midfield...
Ian Eagle: Bowman, looking for Garmadon....AND HE'S INTERCEPTED! RIZA HAWKEYE HAS IT! BREAKS 2 TACKLES! HE'S BY BOWMAN AND INTO THE END ZONE FOR A RAIDERS TOUCHDOWN!
(Las Vegas Raiders touchdown horn)
A Kansas City field goal made it 14-3 after 1. The 2nd quarter started slow, but Tyler Bowman would launch a quick strike to Lloyd Garmadon halfway through to pull the Chiefs to within 14-10. However, the Raiders would strike right back...
Ian Eagle: On 3rd and 1 from midfield, it's Urumeshi...looking for Fullbuster...DEEP BALL! FULLBUSTER! HE'S GONE! TOUCHDOWN!
(Las Vegas Raiders touchdown horn)
That made it 21-10 at the half. The 2nd half didn't start too well for KC...
Ian Eagle: Krystella Adams will take it in her own end zone, gets it to the 30...DOWN SHE GOES! SHE LOST THE BALL! JEAN HAVOC TAKES IT AND HAVOC WILL PUNCH IT IN FOR THE SCORE! TOUCHDOWN RAIDERS!
(Las Vegas Raiders touchdown horn)
That made it 28-10 Raiders. Tyler Bowman would then drive the Chiefs 84 yards on 13 plays, concluding with a 16 yard pass to Tom Majors to make it 28-17 halfway through the quarter. That's where the score would stand after 3. Bowman would do it again as he hit Tom Majors for a 27 yard touchdown to start the 4th to make it 28-24. But then the Raiders would seal it with this after an 11 play, 64 yard drive...
Ian Eagle: 3rd down and 4, Urumeshi with time, short pass to Alphonse Elric...AND HE'S IN!
(Las Vegas Raiders touchdown horn)
TOUCHDOWN RAIDERS!
That made it 35-24 and a Tyler Bowman interception would end it...
Ian Eagle: On 2nd and 7, here's Bowman, and his pass...IS PICKED! HAWKEYE AGAIN! RIZA HAWKEYE IS GONNA TAKE THIS 74 YARDS FOR A TOUCHDOWN!
(Las Vegas Raiders touchdown horn)
2ND PICK SIX OF THE DAY FOR RIZA HAWKEYE!
That made it 42-24 and all but locked the game for the Raiders.
Ian Eagle: Raiders in victory formation here, Urumeshi will take a knee...and the Raiders will go to 5-0 as they win 42-24 in Vegas!
Rich Gannon: There's Elvis! Right on cue!
That'll do it from Vegas!

ARIZONA CARDINALS (4-1)
vs.
DALLAS COWBOYS (3-2)
State Farm Stadium - Glendale, Arizona
Sean McDonough: Packed house here at State Farm Stadium - 72,200 are here as an NFC battle is about to take shape, it's the Arizona Cardinals at 4-1 on the year take on the 3-2 Dallas Cowboys right here on MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL! Hello again, everyone. Sean McDonough, Jason Witten with you. Lisa Salters will join us later. Jason, the Cardinals are coming off a tough overtime loss last week against New York, now they return home against a very tough Dallas team that comes into play tonight at 3-2 and looking for at least a share of the NFC East lead. What do the Cardinals do if they want to win here tonight?
Jason Witten: They'll need a marquee performance from Yusei Fudo, something they did not get last Sunday. Sure, they got 2 touchdowns, but they also got his first 2 picks of the season, one of which went for a pick six. I think what Yusei has to do is cut down on turnovers - he had 4 last week. Same goes for Ash Ketchum, 12 turnovers through 5 games. He only had 12 all last season. Been tough going for him so far, we'll see if he can right the ship tonight.
Sean McDonough: Cardinals won the toss, they will defer. Max Maple back to return and we're underway! Maple will take it in his own end zone and he will down it there, so the Cowboys will start from their own 20. Here comes the 5th year product out of Mississippi State, Ash Ketchum. Ketchum with 2 touchdowns in the win last Sunday against New York as he will set up on this 1st & 10 from the 20. Ketchum with time. Drops back, looking Gary Oak's way....AND HE'S INTERCEPTED! REBECCA HAWKINS HAS IT! GETS A BLOCK FROM WHEELER! HAS BLOCKS FROM THE GOODWIN BROTHERS! HAWKINS IS GONNA TAKE IT ALL THE WAY! 54 YARDS FOR A CARDINALS TOUCHDOWN!
Jason Witten: Uncharacteristic bad throw from Ash Ketchum. We all know where Ash will throw to first when he goes to the air - he's gonna throw to his favorite target, Gary Oak. Blunder here was that he threw it into double coverage. Usually not a problem for Ketchum, except that Rebecca Hawkins has magnets for hands and she'll pick that off every time. Great blocking all around, that gets the Cardinals the lead.
Sean McDonough: Extra point is through, 7-0 Cardinals.
The next drive would go better for Ketchum and the Cowboys as Ketchum would lead his team 84 yards on 15 plays over 7 minutes, ending with a strike to Gary Oak to tie the game at 7. But the tie wouldn't last as a 9 play drive by Yusei Fudo, traversing 61 yards over 6:42 ended with this...
Sean McDonough: On 2nd & 3, it's Fudo. Looking to Atlas, fires, pass is....CAUGHT!
(Arizona Cardinals touchdown horn)
ATLAS HAS HIMSELF A TOUCHDOWN!
That made it 14-7 after 1. Only scoring for the 2nd quarter was an exchange of field goals - Serenity Wheeler from 46 yards and 40 yards, then Whitney Simmons from 48 yards. That made it 20-10 Cardinals at the half.
The Cardinals would get the ball to start the 2nd half and would waste no time getting on the board.
Sean McDonough: Back here in Glendale, Cardinals up 20-10 as we start the 3rd quarter. Izinski set to return and the 3rd quarter is underway! Izinski takes it in her own end zone. Gets to the 20, has blocking ahead! To the 40, block from Joey Wheeler! She's by midfield into Cowboys territory! 30! 20! 10! IZINSKI TAUNTING THE COWBOYS AS SHE WALKS IN FOR THE TOUCHDOWN!
(Arizona Cardinals touchdown horn)
104 YARDS FOR AKIZA IZINSKI! NO UNSPORTSMANLIKE CONDUCT FLAG!
That gave the Cardinals a 27-10 lead. After an Ash Ketchum touchdown to Drew Hayden and a Whitney Simmons field goal, the lead was cut to 27-20 after 3. But then, the Cardinals would shut the door. First came...
Sean McDonough: On 2nd and 9 from midfield, it's Ketchum. He looks Miette LeBlanc's way....AND HE'S INTERCEPTED! HAWKINS HAS ANOTHER ONE! HAWKINS GETS BY KETCHUM AND SHE'S GONNA GO 86 YARDS FOR HER 2ND PICK SIX OF THE NIGHT!
(Arizona Cardinals touchdown horn)
TOUCHDOWN CARDINALS!
Then, midway through the quarter...
Sean McDonough: Just inside Cowboys territory here, 7th play of the drive coming. Fudo, looking far sideline for Atlas. Jack Atlas...HAS IT! GETS BY THE SECONDARY! JACK ATLAS IS LONG GONE AND HE'S IN!
(Arizona Cardinals touchdown horn)
61 YARDS! FOR A TOUCHDOWN!
That would seal it for Arizona.
Sean McDonough: Cardinals in victory formation here, Fudo will take a knee and that will do it as the Cardinals will go to 5-1 with a 41-20 victory over the Dallas Cowboys, who will fall to 3-3 heading into their week 7 matchup against Washington.
That'll do from Glendale!

FOX?
THURSDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL
NEW YORK GIANTS (4-2)
vs.
PHILADELPHIA EAGLES (4-2)
Lincoln Financial Field - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Joe Buck: A beautiful night here in South Philly as you're looking live at Lincoln Financial Field, Week 7 about to get underway with an NFC East rivalry - the Philadelphia Eagles, led by young quarterback Zack Underwood, take on Adrien Agreste and the New York Giants here on Thursday Night Football on FOX! Good evening, everyone. Alongside Troy Aikman, I'm Joe Buck. Shannon Spake will join us later. Troy, both teams are 4-2 on the year, 1st place in the NFC East is up for grabs, what do you think both teams need to do to be victorious here today?
Troy Aikman: They just need a fast start. Get their offenses going, get a quick score or two and get their defense working too. I think the first team that does that is gonna get the win tonight.
Joe Buck: First place in the NFC East on the line. Giants won the toss, they decide to defer. Lopez waiting back in her own end zone for the kickoff and we're underway! Amanda Lopez takes it in her own end zone. Has blocking ahead. Gets to the 30, has a block from Marcus Underwood! To midfield and into Giants territory! Milo Murphy throws a block! Gets by Stones!
Troy Aikman: GOODBYE!
Joe Buck: It almost figures! TOUCHDOWN EAGLES!
Troy Aikman: That was just great blocking on the part of the Eagles' special teams. Marcus Underwood got there first, throws the block on Gabriel Agreste, then Milo Murphy shoves Rose Knight right out of the way. That left a clear path up ahead for return specialist Amanda Lopez to punch it into the end zone, Eagles out to the early advantage.
Joe Buck: Extra point off the left leg of Nicholson is good, 7-0 Eagles.
Then it was time for Adrien Agreste to get to work. On the first play from scrimmage...
Joe Buck: On 1st and 10 from the 20, it's Agreste. Looking to his right, he has Cesaire! Lots of contact from Hirano...AND PASS INTERFERENCE! STACY HIRANO GUILTY!
Troy Aikman: Yep. I saw that push-off from Hirano. Refs will not let you get away with that.
Joe Buck: Here comes the call from Tony Corrente.
Tony Corrente: Pass Interference - #20 of the defense. Spot foul, automatic first down.
Joe Buck: That'll get the ball to the 41 yard line of the Giants.
11 plays and 59 yards later...this would happen.
Joe Buck: On 2nd and 6, it's Agreste. Looking far sideline, has Dupain-Cheng! Pass is....CAUGHT! FOR A GIANTS TOUCHDOWN!
That made it 7-7, where the score would stand after the 1st quarter. An exchange of field goals would lead the 2nd quarter. First - Aelita Stones from 42 yards out, then Bradley Nicholson from 40 yards out. Then there was an exchange of touchdowns. First, Adrien Agreste took it in from 26 yards out, then...
Joe Buck: Eagles find themselves on a 3rd and 10 from midfield. Direct snap to Murphy. Looking far sideline, there's Melissa Chase! She has it! No one near her! CHASE TAKES IT 58 YARDS!
(Philadelphia Eagles touchdown horn)
FOR AN EAGLES TOUCHDOWN!
That tied it at 17 heading for the half. The 3rd quarter was promising for both teams, but no scoring came of it. There would be an exchange of field goals to start the 4th - Stones from 55 yards out, then Nicholson from 48. After a Giants drive went nowhere, it was up to Zack Underwood and the Eagles to finish it out for the home crowd. But they couldn't do it in the 4th. So we go into Overtime.
New York Giants - 20
Philadelphia Eagles - 20
Start of Overtime
Joe Buck: Back here at Lincoln Financial Field, about to start OT, let's head down to midfield and Tony Corrente.
Tony Corrente: Teams, welcome to overtime. Each team will get a chance to possess the football, unless the first team to possess it scores a touchdown. If the first team to have possession scores a field goal or doesn't score, the other team will have a chance to answer or score a touchdown. If the score is still tied, we play until the tie is broken or until the clock runs out, whichever comes first. Each team will get 3 timeouts and all challenges will be reviewed by the replay booth, so it's just like we're starting a brand new game. Giants, you are the visiting team. Call heads or tails.
Adrien: We'll call heads.
Tony Corrente: The call is heads. (flips the coin) It is tails. Eagles, would you like to receive or defer?
Milo: We'll receive.
Tony Corrente: Giants, which goal would you like to defend?
Adrien: South goal.
Tony Corrente: Good luck to both teams in the overtime.
Joe Buck: Eagles won the toss, they will receive. Kick is up...and it will sail over Lopez's head for a touchback. Eagles will start at the 20. Underwood will take it under center on 1st and 10. Handoff will go to Murphy. Murphy rolling to the right, has a block from Chase! Murphy to the 50! Gets by the secondary! He's gonna follow his girlfriend Melissa Chase all the way....
(Philadelphia Eagles touchdown horn)

That'll do it from Philly!

FOX has this game as America's Game Of The Week - Joe Buck and Troy Aikman have the call with Kaitlyn Vincie on the sidelines.
AMERICA'S GAME OF THE WEEK
LOS ANGELES RAMS (6-1)
vs.
MIAMI DOLPHINS (1-5)
SoFi Stadium - Inglewood, California
Joe Buck: 4 years and $5.5 billion went into this - it's Stan Kroenke's masterpiece, SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, where they will host Super Bowl LVI in 2022. Today, Marco Diaz and the 6-1 Rams square off against the Miami Dolphins, now led by new quarterback Craig Bean in his first ever NFL start...and what a test he will have in store for him today as we welcome you to Los Angeles and to America's Game Of The Week. Alongside Troy Aikman, I'm Joe Buck, Kaitlyn Vincie will join us later. Troy, the Rams are off to a hot start, per usual. They're 6-1 as we come to the halfway point of the season and Marco Diaz is having a career year, already closing in on 2,000 yards passing. What do you make of Marco's hot start?
Troy Aikman: You can attribute this to a relatively easy schedule so far for the Rams. Doesn't get much easier after the Week 9 bye as you take a look on your screen...
11/15 - vs. Seattle
11/23 - @ Tampa Bay
11/29 - @ San Francisco
12/6 - vs. Arizona
12/10 - vs. New England
12/20 - vs. New York Jets
12/27 - @ Seattle
1/3 - @ Arizona
...only 3 games against teams with sub-.500 records. They can easily go 9-7 or 15-1 with the remaining schedule after today.
Joe Buck: Dolphins won the toss, they will defer and we are underway! Desmond takes it in his own end zone. Great blocking up front, Desmond to the 30, to the 40, gets into the secondary past midfield! Just Laney Penn to beat!
Troy Aikman: SEE YA!
Joe Buck: Declan Desmond is gonna take it all the way! 106 yards....
...FOR A RAMS TOUCHDOWN!
Troy Aikman: Great play on the part of the Rams special teams right here, great blocking up front and from there it was off to the races of Desmond as he just mowed his way on in for the score.
Joe Buck: Jackie Thomas's kick is good and it's 7-0 Rams.
The Dolphins' first drive started out alright, new quarterback Craig Bean was firing on all cylinders. But once Miami got into the red zone...
Joe Buck: On 2nd and 6 from the 13, Bean under pressure, looking for Caudell....AND HE'S PICKED! REX BANNER INTERCEPTS IT AT THE 8, THERE'S A FLAG DOWN!
Bill Vinovich: After the interception - unsportsmanlike conduct, #45 of the defense. Penalty is half the distance to the goal. It is Los Angeles' ball, first down. That is #45's first foul towards potential disqualification.
Rex Banner got called for taunting, placing the Rams back at the 4 to start the drive. 15 plays and 80 yards later...
Joe Buck: On 1st and 10 from the Miami 16, it's Diaz with loads of time. Dropping back, surveying the field. Short screen to Butterfly and....CAUGHT!
(LA Rams touchdown horn)
TOUCHDOWN RAMS!
That made it 14-0 Rams after 1. After a Jackie Thomas field goal on the next Rams drive, Craig Bean broke through.
Joe Buck: 5 and change to go here in the opening frame in Inglewood. On a 3rd and 5, it's Bean dropping back, looking for Caudell. He's...GOT IT! FIRST CAREER TOUCHDOWN PASS FOR CRAIG BEAN!
Troy Aikman: And he is going to remember today forever!
That made it 17-7. Laney Penn would take on a field goal from 52 yards out to make it 17-10 at the break. But the 3rd quarter is where it all started to go south for the Dolphins. After a touchback, Craig Bean led his team inside the red zone, but could only muster 3 out of it. The Rams then went on a tear with a 12 play drive, then a 15 play drive, both over 80 yards and both ending in touchdown passes to Star Butterfly to make it 31-13 after 3.
The 4th quarter began with a 22 yard Craig Bean touchdown run to make it 31-20, but on their next drive, the Rams would all but seal it.
Joe Buck: 2nd and Goal, Bean looking to his right....AND HE'S INTERCEPTED! BANNER AGAIN! HAS BLOCKING UP FRONT! GETS BY BEAN! REX BANNER IS GONNA TAKE IT COAST TO COAST! 102 YARDS!
(LA Rams touchdown horn)
TOUCHDOWN RAMS!
That made it 38-20 Rams. Craig Bean would find Triana Orpheus for a 27 yard touchdown later in the quarter, but it would be too little, too late.
Joe Buck: Victory formation for the Rams. Diaz will take a knee and that'll do it!
The Rams are gonna go to 7-1 and put Brian Flores on the hot seat in Miami!

FOX has this game - Kevin Burkhardt is alongside Ronde and Tiki Barber with Matt Yocum on the sidelines. Here we go!
NFL ON FOX
ATLANTA FALCONS (5-3)
vs.
DENVER BRONCOS (5-2)
Tottenham Hotspur Stadium - Tottenham, London, England
Kevin Burkhardt: Top of the morning, everyone! We hope you're enjoying your Sunday morning where ever you are; it's just after 1 PM here in Tottenham, England and we're set for kickoff of the NFL International Series for 2020 as today, Kira Yamato brings his Falcons into jolly ol' England to try and take down the girl who can do anything - Kim Possible - and the Super Bowl champion Denver Broncos! Hello again, everyone. Alongside Ronde and Tiki Barber, I'm Kevin Burkhardt; welcome to this special presentation of the NFL on FOX. Ronde and Tiki, we're gonna start with you, either of you can jump in on this. Kira Yamato and the Falcons appear poised to make a deep run in the playoffs come January. Today, however, they're up against the big dogs on campus, the defending champion Broncos. If you're Kira Yamato here, what must be going through your mind as we get set to kick off?
Tiki Barber: If I'm Kira Yamato, I gotta be thinking 'Oh snap...I gotta take on Kim Possible'. This is gonna be Kira's toughest test of the season. He's in London, international crowd, he's taking on the defending champions and even more pressure because he's taking on Kim Possible and her fiancee Ron Stoppable!
Ronde Barber: This will not be easy by any stretch of the imagination and if Kira and the Falcons pull this off, I will be shocked beyond belief.
Kevin Burkhardt: Broncos won the toss, they will defer, Dearka Elsman waits downfield and we're underway! Elsman takes it at the 6, gets by the first wave and has blocking ahead! To the 40, 50! Follows his blockers! Just Rockwaller to beat! Dearka Elsman is LONG GONE! Elsman is gonna take it 98 yards....
...FOR A FALCONS TOUCHDOWN!
Ronde Barber: This was just great coverage, great protection by the Falcons special teams. Dearka Elsman with a great grab, good blocking up front and he's just off to the races after breaking that first wave.
Tiki Barber: Elsman kinda reminds me of a Devin Hester of sorts. He had a knack for burning kickers and punters throughout his career. I wonder if we'll be seeing more of the same from him going forward.
Kevin Burkhardt: Ramius's kick is good, Falcons take a 7-0 lead.
But that lead would not last as halfway through the quarter, Kim Possible would cap off a 16 play, 96 yard drive with a 7 yard short screen touchdown pass to one of her favorite targets, Bonnie Rockwaller, to tie the game at 7. After an exchange of field goals to lead off the 2nd quarter, Kira would put the Falcons back on top...
Kevin Burkhardt: On 2nd and 6 from the 41, it's Yamato...with time...fires to Sammy Tsukino....AND HE'S PICKED! TIM POSSIBLE HAS IT! BUTLERS TAKES HIM DOWN BUT THERE'S A FLAG!
Tiki Barber: Looks like a Defensive Pass Interference on Tim Possible.
Ronde Barber: Take a look at it on replay and...there it is. There's the pushoff.
Walt Anderson: Pass Interference - #24 of the defense. Spot foul, automatic first down.
Kevin Burkhardt: That'll bring it up to the 14. 1st and 10 from inside the red zone. Yamato...again he looks Sammy's way and this time, it is....CAUGHT!
(Atlanta Falcons touchdown horn)
FOR THE TOUCHDOWN! SAMMY TSUKINO!
That made it 17-10, but it wouldn't hold as Kim would hook up with Tara Queen 11 plays and 70 yards later to tie the game. Then, Lonnie Rockwaller would hit from 42 yards out to make it 20-17 Broncos at the half.
The 2nd half wouldn't start any better for the Falcons. Just watch.
Kevin Burkhardt: Welcome back to Hotspur Stadium in Tottenham. Broncos up 3 as we start the 2nd half. Broncos will receive the 2nd half kickoff and Justine Flanner will be downfield waiting. Flanner takes it in her own end zone...escapes the first wave, has blocking ahead. Picks up a block from Barkin, block from Mankey! She's into Atlanta territory! Only Ramius to beat! Flanner is gone! Justine Flanner is gonna take this 108 yards! A BRONCOS RECORD! TOUCHDOWN!
That made it 27-17. But then the Falcons would come back with a field goal on their next drive to get to within a touchdown. Midway through the 4th quarter...
Kevin Burkhardt: On 3rd and 4 from midfield, Possible with time...looking Rockwaller's way....AND SHE'S INTERCEPTED! DARIEN SHIELDS HAS IT! KP GIVING CHASE! DIVING....CAN'T GET THERE! DARIEN SHIELDS IS GONNA TIE THIS GAME UP!
(Atlanta Falcons touchdown horn)
TOUCHDOWN! 79 YARD INTERCEPTION RETURN!
That tied things up at 27 and left it up to the right leg of Murre Ramius to win it for the Falcons.
Kevin Burkhardt: Ramius' career long is 58 yards out, that came last week against Carolina. He'll try to beat that here in London to win it. This one from a record 66 yards. Snap is there, hold by Yamato good, kick is up, has the power but does it have the distance? YOU BET!
THE FALCONS PULL ONE OUT AGAINST THE DEFENDING CHAMPIONS! THEY BEAT THE BRONCOS 30-27 IN LONDON!

Now to take it to LA with Chris Myers and Greg Jennings in the booth, Shannon Spake patrols the sidelines.
AMERICA'S GAME OF THE WEEK
LOS ANGELES RAMS (7-1)
vs.
SEATTLE SEAHAWKS (4-4)
SoFi Stadium - Inglewood, California
Chris Myers: Welcome inside Stan Kroenke's $6 billion project, the centerpiece of the Hollywood Park revitalization project - it is SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, where they will host the Super Bowl in 2022. Today, it will play host to America's Game of the Week as the LA Rams put their 7-1 record on the line against their NFC West rivals, the 4-4 Seattle Seahawks, right here on FOX! Hello again, everyone. Alongside Greg Jennings, I'm Chris Myers. Shannon Spake will join us later. Greg, tough loss for the Seahawks last week in Buffalo against the Bills. Now they come here to LA to face the division leading Rams and their Pro Bowl quarterback Marco Diaz. If you're Coach Pete Carroll, what do you tell your team as they get set for the task at hand of slowing down Marco Diaz?
Greg Jennings: You gotta force Diaz into throws he's not comfortable in making. I've watched Diaz all this season and he makes plays even I can't believe. He's thrown into double and triple coverage and hardly gets in trouble. He can extend plays when the pocket collapses, he can burn you with his arm and his legs. He's about as dynamic a player as I've seen. This won't be easy for the Seahawks' Legion of Boom.
Chris Myers: Seahawks come in at 4-4 following a tough loss last week in Buffalo at the hands of the Bills; Rams coming off a by, standing atop the division at 7-1. Rams won the toss and will defer. Stinky Peterson back to return and we are underway at SoFi Stadium! This one will head...out of the end zone, so they will start from their own 20 as in will come the 9th year Pro Bowler out of Wisconsin - Arnold Shortman.
Greg Jennings: Not the best start to the season for Arnold Shortman - 21 touchdowns, 10 picks, passer rating of 98.2, lowest passer rating since his debut season. He's gotten most of his yards on the ground this season because of lack of support from his offensive line.
Chris Myers: On 1st and 10, first play will go to Lloyd and she will pick up 4, brings up a 2nd and 6. Shortman with time, screen to Lloyd, will get 5, it was Greason on the stop, brings up a 3rd and 1. Shortman again has time...shovel to Johannsen...he's gonna pick up 11 for a Seattle 1st down! Take a look now at the Seahawks on offense presented by Mountain Dew:
QB: Arnold Shortman (3)
RB: Rhonda Lloyd (24)
WR: Gerald Johannsen (83)
WR: Sidney Phillips (88)
OL: Torvald Bacall (55)
OL: Miles Shortman (59)
OL: Ronnie Matthews (71)
OL: Eugene Horowitz (44)
Fresh set of downs for the Seahawks...Shortman...going deep for Phillips...pass is...CAUGHT! Flag is down in the vicinity of the pass as Phillips is shoved out of bounds at the Rams 26, let's check the flag and here's Shawn Hochuli.
Shawn Hochuli: The receiver pushed the defender to the ground, denying the defender a fair chance to make a play on the ball. Pass Interference - Offense #88. That's a 10 yard penalty from the previous spot. Replay 1st down.
Chris Myers: Goes against Phillips...
Greg Jennings: Let's look at this one more time...yeah, there's the pushoff, Phillips working against Ned Flanders, he pushes him down to the ground as the ball was in the air and there went the flag from the side judge Chad Hill.
Chris Myers: So instead of 1st and 10 inside Rams territory, it's now 1st and 20 from the Seattle 30. Shortman, pocket collapses, slips a tackle...deep ball for Johannsen...HE'S GOT IT INSIDE RAMS TERRITORY AT THE 46! GAIN OF 24! Fresh set of downs for the Hawks as we look at the Rams on defense presented by Ford and the new 2021 Ford Bronco:
LB: Janna Ordonia (97)
LB: River Butterfly (83)
LB: Oskar Greason (95)
LB: Aaron Dominic (92)
S: Rex Banner (45)
S: Sabrina Backintosh (29)
CB: Ned Flanders (26)
CB: Megan Gandlym (34)
On 1st and 10, again it's Arnold Shortman, has time, goes to Phillips...first down and more....at the 20, finally pushed out of bounds by Sabrina Backintosh at the 18! 8th play of the drive coming up for the Seahawks, inside the red zone. Shortman, rolling to his right...back of the end zone for Johannsen....AND INTERCEPTED! NED FLANDERS FIRST TO GET THERE! HIS 4TH PICK OF THE SEASON!
Greg Jennings: And where did this pass go awry? We're taking a look at this again on replay, everything seemed to go right, but you see Flanders and Rex Banner pull the switch and Ned Flanders with the distinct height advantage on Gerald Johannsen, using that 7'8 wingspan to his advantage, winning the battle for the ball and turning what looked to be a sure touchdown into a turnover.
Chris Myers: And Arnold Shortman couldn't believe it....as in will come the defending NFC championship quarterback Marco Diaz. Career year for him so far, closing in on 3,000 yards passing, 22 touchdowns, only 3 picks and he's done more than his fair share of damage on the ground. Rams will start this drive from the 20 as the handoff will go to Lucitor and Tom Lucitor will go for 6 to bring up a 2nd down and 4 as we look at how the Rams line up on offense, presented by Pepsi Zero Sugar:
QB: Marco Diaz (16)
RB: Tom Lucitor (30)
WR: Brittney Wong (81)
WR: Star Butterfly (18)
OL: Justin Armberg (66)
OL: Blake Lemons (70)
OL: Bart Simpson (77)
OL: Clancy Wiggum (61)
2nd down and 4, again the ball goes to Lucitor, picks up 8 for the first down out to the 34 as we look at the Seahawks on defense presented by Chevrolet:
LB: Jamie O. Johannsen (91)
LB: Wolfgang Caudell (20)
LB: Ludwig Van Dyke (94)
LB: Jack Wittenberg (99)
S: Thaddeus Gammelthorpe (19)
S: Lila Sawyer (33)
CB: Helga Pataki (52)
CB: Ruth McDougal (56)
1st and 10 from the Rams 34, quick screen to Butterfly, she's gonna get 9 out of the deal, sets up a 2nd and 1 from the 43. Diaz dropping back, rolls to his right and he has plenty of time. Has one open down the far sideline and who else! STAR BUTTERFLY IS RIGHT THERE AND SHE'S GONE! 30! 20! 10!
TOUCHDOWN RAMS!
Greg Jennings: Marco Diaz's favorite target strikes again! Star Butterfly shakes off the double coverage from Lila Sawyer and Ruth McDougal, gets out into the open field and Marco Diaz - #16 - puts the pass right where it needed to be. From there, the speedy Star Butterfly just set sail right into the end zone.
Chris Myers: And so the Rams strike first following the interception.
They'd strike one more time in the quarter...again, Diaz to Butterfly after a 9 play, 70 yard drive to make it 14-0 after 1. After an exchange of field goals, the Seahawks would finally break through late in the 2nd quarter.
Chris Myers: Less than 2 to play in the half, Shortman rolls to his right on 2nd and 5, looks to the near sideline, has Johannsen open...FOR THE TOUCHDOWN!
That made it 17-10 at the half. The second half would begin like this...
Chris Myers: Olga with the kick and the 2nd half is underway in LA! Van Houten takes it in his own end zone, gets to the 30, has blocking ahead...follows his blockers down the sideline! Just Olga to beat! Gets around her! Millhouse Van Houten is gonna take it 108 yards....
(LA Rams touchdown horn)
...FOR A RAMS TOUCHDOWN!
That made it 24-10 Rams. A Jackie Thomas field goal would make it 27-10, but then Arnold would lead his Seahawks on back to back touchdown drives, both to Gerald Johannsen, to get Seattle within 2 following a 2 point run by Rhonda Lloyd. After a field goal by Jackie Thomas, Arnold would step in one more time to try and win it.
Chris Myers: Last few seconds of the game, could be the final play for the Seahawks. Snap goes to Lloyd, pitch to Shortman. Arnold Shortman gets a block from his dad! Matthews with a block! Arnold following his dad Miles! He's gonna follow him all the way for a game winning touchdown! SEAHAWKS WIN!

CBS has this game - Jim Nantz and Tony Romo are in the booth with Tracy Wolfson on the sidelines.
Jim Nantz (voiceover): In just their second season, the Jacksonville Jaguars, behind young Mark Brunell, found the key to success as they made it all the way to the AFC title game before falling short at the hands of Drew Bledsoe and the Patriots. Since the turn of the 2000s, success has come at a premium in north Florida and the Jaguars have been upstaged by their NFL brothers in arms in Tampa and Miami. Now behind another young QB in Davis Motomiya, the Jaguars seem to have returned to their dominant 90s form and appear poised for a playoff run. But to legitimize themselves as a playoff contender, the Jaguars must find a way to take down veteran quarterback Yuma Tsukumo, who once again has the Steelers atop the AFC North and on the verge of another run towards a Lombardi Trophy in Pittsburgh. These 2 stories will collide with sheer force over the course of the next 3 hours - it's the Jaguars and the Steelers...NEXT ON CBS!
NFL ON CBS
JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS (6-3)
vs.
PITTSBURGH STEELERS (5-4)
TIAA Bank Stadium - Jacksonville, Florida
Jim Nantz: We're here in northern Florida at TIAA Stadium in Jacksonville as out onto the field come the Jacksonville Jaguars in front of a sellout home crowd! The Jaguars struggled mightily last season, barely managing an 8-8 record. Now past the halfway point, they stand at a solid 6-3 record, well on pace to pass their 2019 mark and poise themselves for a deep run come January. To do so, they'll have to get past Pro Bowl quarterback Yuma Tsukumo and the Steelers, taken out early in the postseason last year after finishing 9-7. They too are sitting pretty at a 6-4 record, on an 11-5 pace and look to take a big step towards bringing another Lombardi to Steel City. Hi, friends. Welcome to Jacksonville and the NFL on CBS. Jim Nantz alongside Tony Romo, Tracy Wolfson will join us later. Tony, the Jaguars were only able to muster an 8-8 record last season, didn't make the playoffs. Here they are at week 11, 6-3 record and well on pace for potentially a 12-4 record this year as well as a division title in the AFC South. Where do you attribute their success this season?
Tony Romo: It's multi-faceted, really. Doug Marrone reeling his team in, Davis Motomiya coming into his own as the franchise quarterback and this Jaguars defense finally being able to stop the run and come up with takeaways, something they weren't able to do consistently in 2019.
Jim Nantz: Steelers, of course, AFC North champs, taken out by the Patriots in the Playoffs last season. They're 6-4 coming in, bye week coming up in week 12. What do they have to do here to come up with a win and take some momentum into the bye?
Tony Romo: Just keep doing what they've been doing. They need Yuma Tsukumo's customary star performance and the defense to come up big in the clutch.
Jim Nantz: 2 of the dominant teams in the AFC about to square off here in Jacksonville. Steelers won the toss and will defer...we are underway in Jacksonville! And this one will sail out of the endzone, so the Jags will start at the 20. In will come Davis Motomiya, great season so far for him as he's led the Jaguars to this point 9 games into 2020, faces a tough task against this Steelers defense as they set up at the 20...and immediately we have a flag.
Tony Romo: Motomiya using the hard count...looks like it drew Chazz Princeton offsides.
Jim Nantz: Let's get the call from Shawn Hochuli.
Shawn Hochuli: The linebacker jumped over the line and touched an offensive player before the ball was snapped. Offsides on #58 of the defense. 5 yard penalty, still 1st down.
Jim Nantz: So instead of 1st and 10, it'll be a 1st and 5 from the 25. Motomiya has time, near sideline, has Izumi open...and he can't hang onto it, falls incomplete. We take a look now at how the Jags line up on offense presented by Buick:
QB: Davis Motomiya (5)
RB: Tai Kamiya (27)
WR: Marcus Damon (88)
WR: Izzy Izumi (11)
OL: Matt Ishida (77)
OL: Cody Hida (90)
OL: Takato Matsuki (59)
OL: Mikey Kuso (66)
On 2nd and 5, Motomiya back to the air, again looking Izumi's way...incomplete, but there's a flag and it looks like this one's coming back!
Shawn Hochuli: The offensive lineman on the right side grabbed and twisted a defensive player's jersey. Holding - #77 of the offense. 10 yard penalty, replay 2nd down.
Jim Nantz: They hit Matt Ishida with a hold, brings up a 2nd and 15. Motomiya again dropping back, fires Damon's way...he'll gain 11, brings up a 3rd and 4. Motomiya again to the air. Hit as he throws, going to Izumi...out of his reach and in comes the yellow!
Shawn Hochuli: The right inside linebacker tackled the quarterback with the crown of the helmet after the ball left his hand. Personal foul, roughing the passer with targeting - #75 of the defense. 15 yard penalty, automatic first down. By rule, #75 is ejected and the play is under review.
Jim Nantz: Just like in college ball, instant replay can overturn a targeting penalty and if that happens, they can also overturn the 15 yard penalty at their discretion.
Tony Romo: We have a 'with Targeting' call, so there is another penalty being looked at - this case, it's roughing the passer. Does he lead with the crown of the helmet?
Jim Nantz: He did not!
Tony Romo: But Hasselberry did tackle the quarterback after the ball left his hand, so there's no targeting but there was roughing the passer. That means the 15 yard penalty will stick, but Hasselberry will stay in the game.
Jim Nantz: Let's get the call.
Shawn Hochuli: Upon further review - there is no foul for targeting, but the call of roughing the passer is confirmed. It'll be 15 yards from the previous spot, automatic 1st down. #75 will not be disqualified from the game.
Tony Romo: And that would've been a major loss for this Steelers defense had Hasselberry been ejected.
Jim Nantz: Brings up 1st and 10 from the 41 and they'll go to the ground with Kamiya...picks up 3, makes it 2nd and 7 as we look at the Steelers on defense presented by Verizon:
LB: Chazz Princeton (58)
LB: Tyranno Hasselberry (75)
LB: Jesse Anderson (72)
LB: Chumley Huffington (74)
S: Alexis Rhodes (43)
S: Atticus Rhodes (21)
CB: Zane Truesdale (29)
CB: Aster Phoenix (60)
On 2nd and 7, it's back to the ground with Kamiya, he'll get to midfield but no further, gain of 6. Brings up a 3rd and 1. Play action fake, looking for Damon along the far sideline...contact....AND WE HAVE YELLOW ON THE FIELD!
Tony Romo: Looks like they hit someone for Defensive PI.
Jim Nantz: They seem to be taking a while to call this one. Flag's been picked up, let's get the call.
Shawn Hochuli: Both players pushed each other off in an attempt to make a play on the ball. Pass Interference - offense #88; there's also Pass Interference on #21 of the defense. By rule, those fouls offset at the previous spot. Replay 3rd down.
Jim Nantz: So they'll set up again at midfield. Motomiya through the air. Pass is...CAUGHT! DAMON! ALEXIS RHODES BRINGS HIM DOWN AT THE 21 AND THERE'S A FLAG!
Shawn Hochuli: Personal foul - horsecollar tackle, #43 of the defense. 15 yard penalty from the end of the play. Automatic 1st down.
Jim Nantz: That will bring the Jaguars in the red zone - 1st and Goal from the 6. Motomiya on the handoff to Kamiya, finds a hole to the right and Kamiya....IS IN!
TOUCHDOWN JAGUARS!
Tony Romo: The horsecollar penalty costs the Steelers dearly here. Once you put the Jags in the red zone, that's where Tai Kamiya shines as you see right here. Put the ball in his hands inside the 20 and good things will happen and just as you saw, he will find holes, he can make holes and he can get you points on the board in a hurry as he just did.
Jim Nantz: Jaguars strike first. 7-0 Jacksonville.
It took the Steelers 11 plays, 7 minutes and 84 yards to strike back...
Jim Nantz: 1st and 10 from the 14, here's Tsukumo, has Obsidian wide open and he's got it! TOUCHDOWN PITTSBURGH!
That tied it at 7 all after 1. After an exchange of field goals to keep things tied at 10, Davis would break his boys through late in the quarter.
Jim Nantz: Just inside Steelers territory on this 3rd and 4. Motomiya...looks Damon's way! He has it! Damon with no one near him! And Marcus Damon is gonna coast his way in...
(Jacksonville Jaguars touchdown horn)
...FOR A JAGUARS TOUCHDOWN!
That made it 17-10 Jags. Blair Flannigan would hit from 41 yards out to make it 17-13 at the half. The 2nd half would begin with a deep 9 play, 70 yard drive ending with a Yuma Tsukumo strike to Rio Kastle to give the Steelers the lead at 20-17, then the Steelers would tack on 3 more later on to make it 23-17. But from there, the Jaguars would answer back...and answer brutally.
First, Tai Kamiya would rip off a 76 yard run after the Jags stalled on their first 2nd half drive. Then, on the drive after the Flannigan field goal, Davis would lead the Jaguars 92 yards on 15 plays, encompassing over 8 minutes, finally ending in a 16 yard score to Izzy Izumi to make it 31-23.
4th quarter - Yuma Tsukumo to Shay Obsidian for 7 after another 8+ play drive to lead things off and pull the Steelers within 1. Then, on the ensuing Jaguars drive...
Jim Nantz: On 3rd and 6 from inside the 40...MOTOMIYA IS PICKED! ALEXIS HAS IT! GETS A BLOCK FROM PHOENIX! BEATS MOTOMIYA! ALEXIS RHODES HAS HERSELF A PICK 6!
That made it 37-31 Steelers late in the game. But that's where Davis Motomiya does his damage. After 9 plays and almost 4 minutes, it came down to the final play from scrimmage.
Jim Nantz: Just seconds left, could be the final play of the game. On 2nd & 8 from the 46, Motomiya with it, gonna take it himself and he can fly. Motomiya with blocking up front! Gotta beat the Rhodes siblings! HE BEATS 'EM BOTH! DAVIS MOTOMIYA HAS JUST SAVED THE JAGS! HE'S IN FOR THE SCORE!

NFL THANKSGIVING
NEW YORK GIANTS
vs.
CINCINNATI BENGALS
MetLife Stadium - East Rutherford, New Jersey
Al Michaels: And on a 51 degree night, light rain, MetLife Stadium, the joint is jumping as out onto the field come the New York Giants as they get ready to take on...Tommy Pickles and the AFC North leading Cincinnati Bengals with so much at stake here on Thanksgiving Night! Good evening, everyone and Happy Thanksgiving. Al Michaels, Cris Collinsworth with you, Michelle Tafoya will join us later. Cris, both teams come into tonight at 6-4, Bengals leading in the AFC North, Giants leading the charge for a wild card in the NFC, just a half game behind the Eagles, who have a Monday Night matchup against the Seahawks. Cris, I ask you right now, if you're Adrien Agreste, what do you do against this high-powered Bengals offense?
Cris Collinsworth: Adrien Agreste is one of those adapting quarterbacks - changes his play style to the defense he sees. So far the defenses he's seen haven't had answers for him. Find holes on the ground, take it to the air when necessary, find the open man...just do whatever he has to do to keep the Bengals off-balance. Very touchy topic for me because this is my former team we're talking about, the Cincinnati Bengals.
Al Michaels: Cris, of course, spent 8 seasons with the Bengals as one of their top receivers before moving to the booth. Bengals won the toss, they will defer and we are underway in East Rutherford! And the ball will sail over Couffaine's head out of the end zone, so the Giants will start at the 20 as in will come the 3rd year product out of Duke, Adrien Agreste. We take a look at how the Giants will line up behind him:
QB: Adrien Agreste (8)
RB: Nathaniel Kurtzberg (26)
WR: Alya Cesaire (80)
WR: Marinette Dupain-Cheng (84)
OL: Anthony 'Spud' Spudinski (76)
OL: Maz Kepler (72)
OL: Nino Lahiffe (66)
OL: Nigel Thrall (79)
On 1st and 10, handoff goes to Kurtzberg and he will get nowhere, brings up 2nd down as we take a look at how the Bengals are on defense:
LB: Angelica Pickles (96)
LB: Phil Deville (58)
LB: Carl Foutley (94)
LB: Dil Pickles (95)
S: Jonathan Kraskell (30)
S: Courtney Gripling (42)
CB: Harold Frumpkin (36)
CB: Savannah Shane (23)
2nd and 10, Agreste will drop back, flags come in. Pass to Cesaire will fall incomplete, but there is yellow on the field and here comes Shawn Hochuli.
Shawn Hochuli: Neutral Zone Infraction - #94 of the defense. 5 yard penalty, replay 2nd down.
Al Michaels: Goes against Carl Foutley.
Cris Collinsworth: Foutley definitely jumped early and as you see on replay, he got too big of a jump and slapped Maz Kepler - #72 - can't do that.
Al Michaels: Makes it a 2nd and 5. Agreste looking to his right, fires to Dupain-Cheng for a gain of 9, fresh set of downs for the Giants. Giants line up in their NASCAR package and on 1st and 10, they'll go to the ground with Kurtzberg, picks up 6, but this one might be coming back.
Shawn Hochuli: Holding - #72 of the offense. 10 yard penalty, replay the down.
Al Michaels, they're gonna get Kepler with a hold here, Cris. Let's look at it again.
Cris Collinsworth: He just got a handful of Dil Pickles' jersey right there.
Al Michaels: Makes it a 1st and 20 instead of a 2nd and 4, ball on the New York 34. Agreste drops back, has one open along the far sideline, it's Dupain-Cheng! Gain of 16! Got all those yards back, makes it a 2nd and 4 from midfield. Handoff to Kurtzberg...slips a tackle, gets into the secondary, he's gonna get 18 out of the deal for another set of downs!
Cris Collinsworth: This is exactly what we discussed in Football Night in America. Exactly what the Giants have to do - pound away at this Bengals defense with a nice mix of run and pass plays.
Al Michaels: On 1st and 10 from the 32, again they get it to Kurtzberg, he will pick up 6 out to the 26, but no further, brings up a 2nd and 4. Quick pitch to Kurtzberg, sweep to the right side and he's rocked by Dil Pickles after a gain of 3. Flag comes in after the play, let's get the call.
Shawn Hochuli: Personal Foul, Late Hit out of bounds - #95 of the defense. 15 yards from the end of the run, automatic 1st down.
Al Michaels: And that will put the Giants in the red zone, just over 5 minutes gone by in this opening quarter. Ball on the Cincinnati 8. Agreste, looking Marinette's way...AND WIDE, WIDE OPEN IS MARINETTE DUPAIN-CHENG FOR A GIANTS TOUCHDOWN!
Cris Collinsworth: I talked with Dave Gettleman this week and he told me he knew Adrien was something special when he drafted him in 2018 and Adrien Agreste has gone above and beyond time and again for this Giants team. Just look at the reaction from this young QB as he hooks up with his favorite target right there! A lot of young QBs would break under the pressure of playing on Thanksgiving Night, Adrien Agreste is not like other young quarterbacks in this league.
Al Michaels: Stones' kick is good, 7-0 Giants.
The Bengals would answer right back with a 9 play, 70 yard drive of their own, ending with a 12 yard Tommy Pickles touchdown pass to Chuckie Finster to tie things up at 7 after 1. Misfortune would befall the Giants as Nathaniel Kurtzberg would cough up the ball to Angelica Pickles, leading to a 42 yard fumble recovery for a touchdown to make it 14-7, which would then become 17-7 after a Lil Deville field goal. But then Adrien Agreste would go off with back to back touchdown passes. First...
Al Michaels: 2nd and 8 from midfield, 4th play of the drive upcoming, Giants down 10. Agreste looking deep, has Cesaire open and she is long gone! TOUCHDOWN GIANTS!
Then just before halftime...
Al Michaels: Possibly the final play of the half, Agreste with a short screen to Kurtzberg, past midfield he goes! He's around the secondary! Nathaniel Kurtzberg is gonna take this one 74 yards....FOR A GIANTS TOUCHDOWN!
That made it 21-17 at the half. That means it's time for a special halftime performance from...New York's TAYLOR SWIFT!
Al Michaels: Ladies and Gentlemen, the NFL and the New York Giants are proud to welcome multi-platinum Grammy award-winning singer/songwriter/recording artist....TAYLOR SWIFT for a special Thanksgiving halftime performance!
Taylor Swift: Hello, New York! Hello, NFL! Happy Thanksgiving!
You know...with all that's gone on this year, I think we all need to CALM DOWN...
Taylor Swift: Thank you, everyone! This has been a once in a lifetime experience...and the most fun ever. Thank you!
Taylor Swift: Thank you very much! Happy Thanksgiving!
The Bengals opening drive of the 2nd half would travel 89 yards on 12 plays over 6 minutes, ending with this...
Al Michaels: On 1st and Goal from the 9, Pickles will take it himself, has blocking in front and Tommy Pickles is in! TOUCHDOWN BENGALS!
That gave the lead back to the Bengals at 24-21. But Adrien Agreste and the Giants were not done. Later in the quarter, Adrien would find Marinette after a 13 play drive, traversing 88 yards to make it 28-24. Then to start the 4th quarter, Adrien found Marinette again after just 5 plays to give the Giants a 35-24 lead. But then, Tommy Pickles and his Bengals would storm back. Next 3 drives - Field Goal, Field Goal, Darren Patterson Touchdown Run. That gave the Bengals a 2 point lead and set things up for Aileta Stones to try and win the game.
Al Michaels: Stones from 42 yards out to win the game. Snap is there....AND IT'S A FAKE! Long with it, looking for Kurtzberg. Pass is....CAUGHT! TOUCHDOWN! JAKE LONG STILL HAS IT! LONG TO KURTZBERG AND THE GIANTS WIN WHAT IS SURE TO BE A THANKSGIVING CLASSIC!

CHICAGO BEARS (7-4)
vs.
DETROIT LIONS (6-5)
Soldier Field - Chicago, Illinois
Chris Myers: A packed house here at Soldier Field in Chicago for this week 13 matchup as today, we have an NFC North showdown with huge playoff implications - the Chicago Bears face the Detroit Lions with the NFC North lead on the line! Take a look at how the NFC Playoff Picture shapes up entering week 13...

...the playoff race can't be any tighter with 5 to play. Falcons are the only ones that can clinch today. They just need to beat the Saints today and they will have the NFC South as we welcome you to Soldier Field - Chris Myers alongside Greg Jennings. Greg, the Lions come into this just a game back of the Bears for the NFC North lead. What do the Lions need to do to get the better of the Bears and take 1st place in the division here?
Greg Jennings: They'll need a fantastic performance from their young QB Ezra Bridger. He's starting to come into his own after taking over for Rex Salazar early last year. Results haven't been there yet, but give him another year and the Lions will be giving the Bears a run for their money in the North.
Chris Myers: Bears won the toss, they will defer and we are underway in Chicago! Kanan Jarrus back to return and this one will go over his head, so the Lions will start from their own 20 as we take a look at the 2nd year QB from Stanford, Ezra Bridger. 4 touchdowns on Thanksgiving Day against the Texans on 288 yards, no picks, 33/46 passing. On 1st and 10, Bridger with time, looking for the deep ball...AND HE'S IMMEDIATELY INTERCEPTED! TANG TAKES IT AT MIDFIELD AND TRIXIE TANG IS GONNA GET BY EVERYONE AND TAKE IT ALL THE WAY...
...FOR A BEARS TOUCHDOWN!
Greg Jennings: Defense already coming in full force here as Ezra Bridger looking to go to his #1 target Lando Kalrissian right out of the gate, but Trixie Tang, the safety with magnets for hands, anticipates this. She gets the jump, uses her height advantage and leaps over the head of Kalrissian for the pick, then gets great blocking, just no chance for Bridger and the Lions there and the Bears strike first.
Chris Myers: Bucky's kick is through - 7-0 Bears.
On the next Lions drive, Bridger would lead his squad 76 yards on 10 plays in just over 6 minutes, but would only come up with 3 points following a defensive stand by the Bears. After an exchange of stalled drives, the Bears would strike again in the 2nd quarter.
Chris Myers: On 2nd and 4 from the 38, it's Turner dropping back...looking Skylark's way...AND NO DOUBT ABOUT IT!
(Chicago Bears touchdown horn)
TOUCHDOWN BEARS!
That made it a 14-3 Bears lead. Bears would extend later in the quarter...
Chris Myers: 1st and 10 from midfield, pocket collapses, but Turner has wheels. Looks far sideline for McBadbat...Chester has it and he's long gone! 68 YARDS FOR CHESTER MCBADBAT!
(Chicago Bears touchdown horn)
BEARS STRIKE AGAIN!
That made it 21-3, but Ezra would launch this strike just before the half.
Chris Myers: Lions in the Red Zone on 1st and 10 from the Chicago 16 yard line. From the right hash under center is Bridger...he's gonna find Kalrissian....FOR A TOUCHDOWN!
That made the score 21-10 at the half. But from there...it was all Bears.
Chicago Bears - 21
Detroit Lions - 10
Start of 3rd Quarter
Chris Myers: Back at Soldier Field, about to start the 3rd quarter, Bears will receive the 2nd half kickoff and we are underway! Jazz Fenton will take it in her own end zone. To the 20, has blocking ahead...gets to midfield, still has blocking! Gets around Organa! And Jazz Fenton will take this 104 yards....
(Chicago Bears touchdown horn)
...FOR A BEARS TOUCHDOWN!
That kickoff return would make it a 28-10 Bears advantage before either team could even get any rushing yards in. After a 3 and out by the Lions, Timmy Turner would lead the Bears on a 9 play, 80 yard, 6 and a half minute drive ending with this...
Chris Myers: On 1st and 10 from the 14, it's Turner...looks for Skylark...AND THE ONE-HANDED GRAB!
(Chicago Bears touchdown horn)
2ND TOUCHDOWN OF THE DAY FOR CHIP SKYLARK! 4TH FOR TIMMY TURNER! 34-10 BEARS!
It would be 35-10 after the PAT. But Ezra Bridger would fire back to back touchdown passes to Hera Syndulla to make it 35-24 after 3. Midway through the 4th, he'd do it again to Lando Kalrissian to get the Lions back to within 4. However, on the Lions' next drive...
Chris Myers: Lions at midfield looking to tie this game up late in regulation. On 2nd and 10, Bridger looking for Kalrissian...AND HE'S INTERCEPTED! TANG DOES IT AGAIN! SHE'S MAKING EVERYONE MISS! NO ONE NEAR HER NOW AND SHE'S IN!
(Chicago Bears touchdown horn)
2ND PICK SIX OF THE DAY FOR TRIXIE TANG! KALRISSIAN LOOKING FOR A FLAG FOR INTERFERENCE, WON'T GET IT! AND THE BEARS ARE GONNA WIN THIS GAME!
That would seal it as it would be 42-31 after the extra point...
Greg Jennings: They just gotta fall on it now, Chris. There it is...
Chris Myers: Bears are gonna take this game 42-31 and with it will come a 2 game lead in the NFC North with 4 to play!
That'll do it from Chicago!

BUFFALO BILLS (7-5)
vs.
PITTSBURGH STEELERS (6-6)
Ralph Wilson Stadium - Orchard Park, New York
Al Michaels: 44 degrees, clear night here in upstate New York as we come to you from Ralph Wilson Stadium and the hometown Bills come racing out on to the field! They are set to take on Yuma Tsukumo as he tries to lead his Steelers back to the division lead in the AFC North, while Dipper Pines and the Bills look to continue their pace in the AFC East in search of their first division title in a quarter century here on SUNDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL! Good evening, everyone. Al Michaels, Cris Collinsworth, Michelle Tafoya with you. After tonight, both teams will have just 3 games left to play in an ever tightening AFC playoff race. Bills come in at 7-5 and can jump out to a 1 game lead over New England with a win here tonight. Steelers are at .500 at 6-6 and are 2nd in the AFC North, but can tie the Bengals for the lead of that division with a win. Both teams with a lot to play for tonight. Cris, if you're a coach in this situation, what do you tell your team as we approach kickoff?
Cris Collinsworth: I tell my boys 'Look, we got much to gain and much to lose as well. Play like this is a playoff game. Every game is a playoff game from here on out.' There's 4 to go, 3 after tonight. Every game should have that playoff mentality from this point forward, every win important, every play important. No room for error starting tonight.
Al Michaels: Our Steve Kornacki gave the Steelers a 50% chance at the playoffs in our Football Night In America, gave the Bills a 58% chance at the playoffs. Those numbers could rise or fall depending on tonight's outcome. Bills won the toss, they will receive and we are rolling! This one will sail over Tambry DiCicco's head and the Bills will start at the 20. In will come young Dipper Pines, having the season of his career right now as he tries to lead his Bills to their first division title in 25 years. On 1st and 10, there's the handoff to Cunningham. Cunningham into the secondary, has blocking ahead and he's long gone! On the first play from scrimmage, Randy Cunningham is gonna take it 86 yards...
...FOR A BILLS TOUCHDOWN!
Cris Collinsworth: And the story of Randy Cunningham's 2020 season continues. Great work on the part of the offensive line for Buffalo, creating the holes, throwing the blocks and from there, Randy did his damage...and Yuma Tsukumo couldn't believe it.
Al Michaels: Extra point is dead center and the Bills strike first. 7-0 Buffalo.
Yuma and the Steelers would soon go on their first drive, but once past midfield...
Al Michaels: Steelers in Bills territory at the 38 on a 2nd and 6. Play action pass upcoming from Tsukumo. Looking Obsidian's way...AND HE'S PICKED! Theresa Fowler has it and Fowler is gonna take it down the far sideline with blocking ahead! Fowler is gonna go 78 yards...FOR A PICK SIX!
(Buffalo Bills touchdown horn)
An errant throw by Yuma Tsukumo found its way to the hands of Theresa Fowler, resulting in a pick six to make it 14-0 after 1. But the Steelers would answer back with back to back touchdowns - first Yuma to Shay from 28 yards out, then Yuma to Rio from 46 yards out to tie the game at 14 at the half.
The Steelers would start the 2nd half with the ball. Their first 2 drives would end with a 19 yard touchdown by Yuya Sakaki and a 54 yard field goal by Blair Flannigan to make it 24-14. But then the Bills would answer back. First...
Al Michaels: Halfway home here in the 3rd, Bills down 10. Cunningham in motion, quick screen to Cunningham and once again, he is going to burn this Steelers defense! Randy Cunningham is gonna take this one 63 yards...
(Buffalo Bills touchdown horn)
...for his 2nd touchdown of the night!
Then...
Al Michaels: Early on here in the 4th, Bills down 3 as they are threatening here. Pines looking far sideline, has his sister open...AND MABEL HAS IT!
(Buffalo Bills touchdown horn)
BILLS BACK IN FRONT!
The Steelers would soon tie it with a 35 yard field goal off the right leg of Blair Flannigan, setting things up for Julian Fowler to try and win it for the Bills.
Al Michaels: Julian Fowler's career long is 58 yards, did it last week against San Francisco. This one from 62 for the game. Snap is there, hold is good, kick is...BLOCKED! JADEN YUKI, THE 2ND STRING QUARTERBACK, GOT THERE FIRST! YUKI HAS IT! OFF TO THE RACES HE GOES!
Cris Collinsworth: Can you believe it?
Al Michaels: JADEN YUKI IS GONNA TAKE IT ALL THE WAY FOR A GAME WINNING TOUCHDOWN! STEELERS WIN! Have you ever?
Cris Collinsworth: NO I'VE NEVER! And here comes Alexis!
That does it from Buffalo!

CBS will take this game - Jim Nantz and Phil Simms are on the call with Tracy Wolfson on the sidelines.
(dramatic music)
Jim Nantz (voiceover): Every great drama has its subplots. The 2020 season for the Broncos is no exception. After a fast start to the season, the team lost their leader, their Super Bowl champion quarterback Kim Possible, in their week 10 matchup. After cousin Joss led the Broncos to a 9-4 record, the Broncos return home to Denver, as will Kim Possible as they face the upstart Bills, led by Dipper Pines, in search of their first division title in a quarter century. Today - Kim's return...and Dipper's quest...collide in Denver. Broncos...Bills, it's the NFL on CBS....NEXT!

DENVER BRONCOS (9-4)
vs.
BUFFALO BILLS (7-6)
Empower Field at Mile High - Denver, Colorado
Jim Nantz: Less than a week before Santa Claus makes his yearly journey around the world, apparently he is also in attendance for this one here at Empower Field at Mile High in Denver for this week 15 matchup as today, the Denver Broncos face the Buffalo Bills in a battle of division leaders here on CBS! We take a look at our AFC playoff picture, both teams with 3 games left to play...
AFC Playoff Picture
Entering Week 15:
Division Leaders:
Bills (7-6)
Bengals (7-6)
Jaguars (8-5)
Broncos (9-4)
Wild Card:
Raiders (9-4)
Titans (8-5)
In The Hunt:
Chargers (8-5)
Chiefs (8-5)
Steelers (7-6)
Ravens (7-6)
Patriots (7-6)
Neither the Raiders or Titans can breathe easy as they see the Chargers, Chiefs, Steelers, Ravens and Patriots breathing down their necks as we head into the homestretch of this 2020-21 NFL campaign. Hi, friends. Jim Nantz alongside former Super Bowl champion quarterback Phil Simms. We'll hear from Tracy Wolfson later. Phil, both teams have 3 games left in their season, Broncos can clinch a playoff spot with a win. Can they do it here tonight?
Phil Simms: Well, they're gonna get some major reinforcements tonight. That coming in the form of their leader, Kim Possible. Kim went down with a concussion in the week 10 matchup against the Raiders, was out for 4 weeks. Cousin Joss took the reins in her place, went 3-1 as a starter; now Joss hands the steering wheel back to cousin Kim. I talked with Kim earlier this week about having her cousin as her backup and she told me that there was no one she'd trust more as her backup than her cousin. Her faith in Joss has been rewarded with a Super Bowl title and possibly a repeat.
Jim Nantz: Well, we'll find out come February 7th in Tampa and it has just been announced that The Weeknd and Selena Gomez will headline the Pepsi Super Bowl LV Halftime Show, which you will see right here on CBS with our coverage of the Super Bowl. Bills won the toss, they will defer and here we go! Flanner takes it in her own end zone. Gets to the 20, has blocking up front. Down the near sideline, Flanner to the 50, gets a block from Ed Lipsky. Just Fowler to beat!
Phil Simms: SEE YA!
Jim Nantz: The 20, the 10...FLANNER TAKES IT 106 YARDS!
TOUCHDOWN BRONCOS!
Phil Simms: And this is exactly what the Denver special teams corps can do to a team. Kick it to the wrong person with good blocking and they will burn you. Justine Flanner gets great protection up front, not much the Bills could do there as she navigates her way into the end zone for 6.
Jim Nantz: Extra point is good off the right leg of Lonnie Rockwaller, makes it 7-0 Broncos.
The Bills would go on a drive of their own in response, but after 13 plays and 81 yards, they could only muster a field goal. Then they'd get a touchdown of their own...
Jim Nantz: Bills in the red zone on 2nd and 4 from the Denver 16. Pines, short screen to Cunningham. Cunningham to the 10, 5...TOUCHDOWN BILLS! RANDY DIVES IN FOR 6!
That would make it 10-7 Bills following the extra point. After a Broncos 3 and out late in the quarter, Dipper would get it to his favorite target - his sister - for a 58 yard touchdown to make it 17-7 after 1. From there it was all Broncos.
First up, Kim Possible would find one of her favorite targets - Bonnie Rockwaller.
Jim Nantz: 2nd and 10 from midfield. Possible drops back, has plenty of time. Looks to the far sideline and WIDE, WIDE OPEN IS BONNIE ROCKWALLER! NO ONE NEAR HER AND ROCKWALLER HAS AN EASY TOUCHDOWN!
(Denver Broncos touchdown horn)
58 YARDS FOR BONNIE ROCKWALLER!
On the ensuing Bills drive...
Jim Nantz: First play from scrimmage for the Bills in the 2nd quarter. Pines dropping back, under pressure, looking deep for Valentino...AND HE'S INTERCEPTED! TIM POSSIBLE HAS IT! DOWN THE SIDELINE HE GOES! HE'S AROUND THE OFFENSIVE LINE! JUST THE PINES TWINS TO BEAT! GETS BY DIPPER AND MABEL!
Phil Simms: Oh my god!
Jim Nantz: It almost figures...
(Denver Broncos touchdown horn)
...10TH PICK SIX OF THE SEASON FOR TIM POSSIBLE!
That made it 21-17 Broncos. On the next Broncos drive...
Jim Nantz: 11th play of the drive coming up for Denver as we approach the half. Short screen to Ron Stoppable...AND AROUND THE LINE HE GOES! RON IS UNSTOPPABLE! 78 OF 92 YARDS ON THE DRIVE FOR RON STOPPABLE! AND HE'S IN!
(Denver Broncos touchdown horn)
MAKE THAT 20 UNANSWERED POINTS FOR DENVER!
Actually, make that 21 as Lonnie Rockwaller drilled the extra point to make it 28-17 at the half.
Leading off the 2nd half, Dipper would lead his Bills to midfield on the first drive. However...
Jim Nantz: On 2nd and 6 from midfield, it's Pines. Dipper gets it to his sister...AND RENTON STRIPS HER! FELIX RENTON PICKS IT UP! LATERAL TO BARKIN AND STEVE BARKIN IS GONE!
Phil Simms: And the Bills just keep falling apart at the seams right here!
Jim Nantz: STEVE BARKIN IS GONNA TAKE THIS ALL THE WAY TO NEW YORK!
(Denver Broncos touchdown horn)
THE MARINE IS IN! TOUCHDOWN BRONCOS!
That made it 28 unanswered points following the PAT to make it 35-17 Broncos. On the next Broncos drive...
Jim Nantz: 13th play of the drive here, 1st and 10 from the Bills' 27. Possible drops back, no one open. She'll take it herself and Kim Possible with blocking ahead! Gets a block from Rockwaller! Ron Stoppable with a block! Mankey with a block and she's gonna follow Ron all the way...
(Denver Broncos touchdown horn)
...FOR THE TOUCHDOWN! DENVER JUST KEEPS POURING IT ON!
That made the score 42-17 Broncos. But touchdown passes to Mabel Pines, Robbie Valentino and Randy Cunningham brought the Bills back to within 42-38. They'd then tack on a field goal to make it 42-41 late in the 4th, setting up a chance to win the game off the right leg of Julian Fowler.
Jim Nantz: Julian Fowler's career long is 58, did that 2 weeks ago against San Francisco. This one from 60 yards out for the game. Broncos have put Kim Possible on special teams to try and block this kick. Snap is there, hold is good, the kick....IS BLOCKED! POSSIBLE SNAGS THIS ONE OUT OF THE AIR! FOR THE 2ND TIME IN AS MANY WEEKS, JULIAN FOWLER HAS HIS GAME WINNING KICK BLOCKED AND KIM POSSIBLE WILL TAKE IT ALL THE WAY FOR THE TOUCHDOWN AS THE CLOCK RUNS OUT!
(Denver Broncos touchdown horn)
Phil Simms: And they still have an extra point coming!
Jim Nantz: Julian still can't believe it as there's the kiss from Ron...Broncos are gonna go to 10-4 on the year, Bills will fall to 7-7 with a date with New England coming up on Christmas Night! Extra point is good and that will do it! The Broncos win it in a thriller, 49-41!
That does it from Denver!

NFL CHRISTMAS
NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS (8-6)
vs.
BUFFALO BILLS (7-7)
Gillette Stadium - Foxboro, Massachusetts
Al Michaels: 30 degrees, light snow falling on this Christmas night as we come to you from Gillette Stadium for an NBC NFL special as the New England Patriots can clinch the AFC East tonight! The Buffalo Bills, however, have other ideas. They want to keep their playoff hopes going and to do that, Dipper Pines needs to lead his team to a win against Super Bowl champion Dan Kuso and the Patriots here on a Sunday Night Football special! Al Michaels, Cris Collinsworth with you in the booth, Michelle Tafoya will join us later. Cris, the Patriots are coming off another season with double digit wins, now finding themselves at 8-6 with 2 to play and now up against a tough Bills team that has lost back to back, both off of blocked field goals. What do you think the Bills need to do tonight to push this AFC East battle to week 17?
Cris Collinsworth: It all boils down to their special teams. They haven't done a good job protecting their kicker, Julian Fowler, in those clutch moments. I think that if they hold the line late in the game, they push this division fight to Week 17.
Al Michaels: Patriots will have the Jets here in Foxboro, Bills will be at home to face the Dolphins. Of course, if New England wins, they'll clinch the AFC East title right here and now. We'll find out what happens over the next 4 hours. Pats won the toss, they will defer and we are underway! This one is...going to sail over Jamie Buttermaker's head, so the Bills will start at the 20. Dipper Pines trotting out to the field, a pair of great games over the last 2 weeks but blocked field goals turned those into losses that have run the Bills into the wild card hunt. His team will start from the 20. Short screen goes to Cunningham on the first play from scrimmage and he'll pick up 4 as we take a look at how the Bills are on offense presented by Mountain Dew Zero Sugar:
QB: Dipper Pines (10)
RB: Randy Cunningham (25)
WR: Mabel Pines (81)
WR: Robbie Valentino (17)
OL: Stanford Pines (55)
OL: Bud Gleeful (70)
OL: Boone Wiseman (51)
OL: Brock Zero (66)
...on 2nd and 6, Pines has time, looks far sideline for Valentino, incomplete, but there is a flag.
Cris Collinsworth: Looks like this one may be coming back.
Al Michaels: Let's get the call from Shawn Hochuli.
Shawn Hochuli: Holding, offense #51. 10 yard penalty, replay 2nd down.
Al Michaels: They'll get Boone Wiseman with a hold, sets up 2nd and 16.
Cris Collinsworth: Watch Boone Wiseman, #51, middle of your screen right here. He just grabs a handful of Jake Vallory's jersey and the refs won't let you get away with that. They'll call the hold every single time.
Al Michaels: 2nd and 16 following the penalty. Again Pines looks to the far sideline for Valentino, this one complete for 11, brings up a 3rd and 5 as we take a look at the Patriots on defense, presented by Kia Motors...
LB: Lync Volan (34)
LB: Fabia Sheen (92)
LB: Gus Grav (71)
LB: Jake Vallory (66)
S: Alice Gehabich (39)
S: Julie Makimoto (27)
CB: Baron Leltoy (45)
CB: Linus Claude (28)
...Cunningham in motion on this 3rd down, Bills go play action, Pines looking his sister's way, deep ball....AND IT'S CAUGHT BY MABEL PINES IN PATRIOTS TERRITORY AT THE 46! GAIN OF 29!
Cris Collinsworth: And that's what the Patriots can ill-afford to have happen. They got Dipper Pines into a 3rd down situation, but that is where he thrives. You gotta cut off his options and force him to make a play he doesn't want to make, otherwise he'll burn you.
Al Michaels: Fresh set of downs for the Bills as Pines will get it to Cunningham, first carry of the day and he'll pick up 6 out to the New England 40, sets up a 2nd and 4. He'll screen it to Cunningham, but the defense was ready for it, no gain. Brings up a 3rd and 4 and a late flag is down. Judging by Jake Vallory's reaction, looks to be a late hit on him.
Shawn Hochuli: After the play was over - Personal Foul, late hit on #66 of the defense. 15 yards from the spot of the foul. Automatic 1st down.
Al Michaels: Jake Vallory nailed for a late hit on Randy Cunningham. Fresh set of downs coming for the Bills at the New England 25. Pines looking near sideline, he's got his sister open...corner of the end zone, pass is....CAUGHT! FOR THE TOUCHDOWN!
Cris Collinsworth: That's the twin connection striking once again! We talked about this during Football Night In America. Never have I seen a quarterback and receiver work as well together as Dipper and Mabel Pines. We've seen it all season, we just saw it again right here.
Al Michaels: Extra point is good, 7-0 Bills.
The first Patriots drive would stall out at midfield, as would the next Bills drive, stalling out at the New England 32, resulting in a field goal to make it 10-0 after 1. But in the 2nd quarter, Dan Kuso would rally his troops on consecutive drives. First, this deep strike...
Al Michaels: 2nd and 10 from the New England 46, Kuso looking to throw, has Kazami wide open...AND SHUN KAZAMI HAS IT! SHUN KAZAMI IS GONNA TAKE IT ALL THE WAY!
TOUCHDOWN PATRIOTS!
That cut the Bills lead to 10-7. On the next drive...
Al Michaels: Kuso again on 3rd down. Looking for the home run ball to Kazami....leaping, he's...GOT IT! KAZAMI IS GONE AND IN!
(New England Patriots touchdown horn)
2ND TOUCHDOWN OF THE NIGHT FOR SHUN KAZAMI!
That made it 14-10 Patriots. Julian Fowler would tack on a field goal to cut the New England lead to 14-13 at the half. However, to start the 2nd half...
NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS - 14
BUFFALO BILLS - 13
Start of 3rd Quarter
Al Michaels: Back here in Foxboro on Christmas night, Patriots up 1 over the Bills as they look to clinch the AFC East title outright on their home field tonight. Bills seeking to push this fight to week 17. If the Bills win tonight, they would then need to beat Miami next Sunday and hope New England then loses to or ties with the Jets. Should the Patriots lose tonight, they would then need to beat New York and hope the Bills lose to or tie with Miami next Sunday. If both teams end up winning next Sunday in the event of a Bills win tonight, the Patriots would have the AFC East on strength of schedule tiebreak. Fowler kicks off and we're underway in the 2nd half! Hydron Zenoheld takes it in his own end zone. Takes it to the 20, has blocking ahead. Takes it along the far sideline, Kuso playing the double! He's on special teams tonight! He throws a block! Throws another block! Zenoheld past midfield to the 40! Just the kicker to beat! Kuso throws a block on Fowler and Zenoheld is long gone!
Cris Collinsworth: MY WORD!
Al Michaels: And we are looking at the next Devin Hester! TOUCHDOWN PATRIOTS!
(New England Patriots touchdown horn)
ZENOHELD'S 10TH RETURN TOUCHDOWN OF THE SEASON!
That made it 21-13 Patriots. After the Bills countered with a Dipper Pines 58 yard strike to Robbie Valentino, Dan Kuso went off...
...First, it was a short 14 yard screen TD to Marucho Marakura...
Al Michaels: Short screen on 3rd and 1, goes to Marakura, 1st down and more...breaks a tackle and Marakura is gonna take this one in...
(New England Patriots touchdown horn)
...for another touchdown!
...then he hooked up with his favorite target one more time.
Al Michaels: 3rd and 10 from the Bills 41. Kuso with time, airs it out to the right and WIDE, WIDE, WIDE OPEN IS SHUN KAZAMI! HE IS IN!
(New England Patriots touchdown horn)
3RD TOUCHDOWN OF THE NIGHT FOR KAZAMI!
That made it 35-20 Patriots. In the 4th, back to back Bills drives resulted in back to back Bills touchdowns. First, Randy Cunningham took a screen pass 61 yards for a score. Then...guess which duo came up in the clutch? DIPPER AND MABEL! That made it 35-34 Patriots. That would set everything up for a potential game-winning field goal off the right leg of Julian Fowler.
Al Michaels: Julian Fowler set his career long at 58 yards 3 weeks ago in the win vs. San Francisco. This one will be from 64 to win the game and force this AFC East title fight to Week 17. Snap is there, hold is good, kick is up and it is....GOOD! And the Bills put a halt on the Patriots celebration one more week! There'll be a lot of scoreboard watching next Sunday as the NFL regular season draws to its exciting conclusion in Week 17!
That does it from Foxboro!

Announcer: CBS Sports welcomes you to the following presentation....of the National Football League - SUPER BOWL LV!
Jim Nantz (voiceover): In a season unlike any other in NFL history, with uncertainty and fear over an unseen foe running rampant...football persevered and two former Super Bowl champions have survived the grind through a virus-plagued season. Amid the growing COVID-19 outbreak, the Eagles survived a tough NFC East, outlasted their division rival New York Giants for the NFC title and now stand one win shy of their 2nd Super Bowl title in 4 years. Standing in their way is a powerful Denver Broncos team. Their leader is legendary teen hero Kim Possible. No quarterback ran for more yards or passed for more yards in 2020. Her leadership and dedication has positioned her Denver Broncos to within one win of repeating as Super Bowl champions - their 3rd Lombardi in 7 years. Brotherly Love...Rocky Mountain High; Eagles...Broncos. Two powerhouses collide tonight in Tampa. Super Bowl LV...IS NEXT...ON CBS!
NFL ON CBS
SUPER BOWL LV
PHILADELPHIA EAGLES (11-5)
vs.
DENVER BRONCOS (12-4)
Raymond James Stadium - Tampa, Florida
Jim Nantz: You're looking live at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa where just 4 hours from now, the Vince Lombardi Trophy will be presented to one of these teams. Will it be the Philadelphia Eagles - 3rd seed of the NFC who barely edged out their division rivals, the New York Giants, in the NFC title game just to get here? Or will it be the number 1 seed of the AFC, the defending Super Bowl Champion Denver Broncos, looking for their 3rd title in 7 years? Philadelphia will have to rely on their 2nd string quarterback - Rudy Tabootie - after their Pro Bowl QB, Zack Underwood, was injured in the NFC title game 2 weeks ago. Tabootie will be in for a tough task as he faces off against the legendary Kim Possible, striving to lead her Broncos to become the first team since the 2004-2005 Patriots to repeat as Super Bowl champions! Hello friends, welcome to Tampa and welcome to the Super Bowl. I'm Jim Nantz alongside Tony Romo, Tracy Wolfson and Marty Snider are patrolling the sidelines and will join us later. Tony, this has been a season the likes of which we've never seen in NFL history. No preseason, no training camp, no organized team activites, no mini-camp and yet somehow, someway, we got the season going on time and we now have made it here to Tampa for the Super Bowl.
Tony Romo: And this is a testament to all the safety precautions the NFL put in place this season - intensive screening, temperature checks, mask mandates for fans, coaches, players and officials, contact tracing...and credit to Roger Goodell for taking a proactive approach to the pandemic, making sure that we were able to get this season going and making sure that we were able to put fans in the stands.
Jim Nantz: For the biggest stories of the night, let's head down to the sidelines and we start with Tracy Wolfson on the Eagles end. Tracy?
Tracy Wolfson: Jim, I just talked with Eagles head coach Doug Pederson and he's just told me that Zack Underwood will be active tonight for the Super Bowl despite spraining his ankle 2 weeks ago in the NFC title game against the Giants. He tells me that Rudy Tabootie will start, but we may see Zack in limited action on a situational basis. They want to keep Underwood on a short leash so as to not reaggravate that injury and have him head into OTAs fresh come the summer. To Marty Snider and the Broncos.
Marty Snider: I just spoke with head coach Vic Fangio about his game plan tonight and he told me that he's gonna let Kim run things her way. That's how they've been operating throughout this playoff run, that's what has got them here to Tampa. Coach Fangio says that he trusts Kim's judgement and he also says that we might see Kim's cousin Joss suit up at some point tonight. We'll see if Coach Fangio's faith in Kim Possible is rewarded with another Super Bowl title. Jim, Tony, back to you.
Jim Nantz: Thank you, Marty. Let's now head down to the field for the opening ceremonies. Here's public address announcer Alan Roache.
Allen Roache: Ladies and Gentlemen, please rise and remove your hats as the Florida International University ROTC presents our nation's colors. Please remain standing and welcome Capitol Records recording artist ERIC CHURCH as he preforms our national anthem!
Eric Church: Oh say can you see
By the dawn's early light
What so proudly we hailed
at the twilight's last gleaming
Whose broad stripes and bright stars
through the perilous fight
O'er the ramparts we watched
Were so gallantly streaming
And the rockets red glare
the bombs bursting in air
Gave proof through the night
That our flag was still there
Oh say does that Star-Spangled Banner yet wave
O'er the land of the free
And the home of the brave!
Allen Roache: Now let's meet the captains - First, the captains of the AFC Champion Denver Broncos! Offensive Captains: Quarterback, #18 - KIM POSSIBLE...and Running Back, #7 - RON STOPPABLE! Defensive Captains - Linebacker, #20 - BRICK FLAGG....and Linebacker, #99 - STEVE BARKIN! And now, the captains of the NFC Champion Philadelphia Eagles! Offensive Captains: Quarterback - #11, ZACK UNDERWOOD! And Running Back, #25 - MILO MURPHY! Defensive Captains are Safety, #29 - CANDACE FLYNN! And #93, Linebacker - ROGER DOOFENSHMIRTZ! Now, please welcome our honorary referee, National Youth Poet Laureate AMANDA GORMAN!
Carl Cheffers: Welcome to the Super Bowl, teams. Here is the official Super Bowl coin. The Super Bowl LV logo is heads, team helmets is tails. Kim, Broncos are the away team. Call heads or tails.
Kim: Tails.
Carl Cheffers: Tails is the call. Amanda, go ahead and flip. (Amanda Gorman flips the coin and it lands on....) It's Heads. Zack, would your team like to receive or defer?
Zack: We'll defer.
Bill Vinovich: Eagles have deferred. Kim, which goal would you like to defend? North or South?
Kim: South goal.
Carl Cheffers: Broncos will defend north. Good luck, teams!
Jim Nantz: Teams are ready and so are we! Opening kickoff of the Super Bowl is NEXT! You're watching Super Bowl LV on CBS!
SUPER BOWL LV

DENVER BRONCOS
Opening Kickoff - NEXT ON CBS!
(return from commercial)
Jim Nantz: Super Bowl LV on CBS is brought to you by....
....Microsoft - Official Technology Partner of the NFL....
....by Goodyear - MORE DRIVEN....
....Taco Bell, who invites you to LIVE MAS...
....and by Southwest Airlines - Official Airline of the NFL...
Back here at Raymond James Stadium, Lombardi Trophy is in the building and 4 hours from now, the Lombardi will be in the possession of either the Eagles or the Broncos. Eagles won the toss, they've deferred and we are underway in the Super Bowl! This one will take a bounce as Justine Flanner picks it up, but not before stepping out of bounds and this will draw a flag!
Tony Romo: Too clever on the part of Justine Flanner! By stepping out of bounds first, it takes the kick out of bounds and they're gonna start at the 35.
Jim Nantz: Carl Cheffers working his 2nd Super Bowl tonight. We get the call from him.
Carl Cheffers: Illegal Procedure - kickoff out of bounds, kick team #2. Ball will be placed at the 35 yard line. First down - Broncos.
Jim Nantz: As Kim Possible comes in to lead her crew on offense for the first time, let's go to Gene Steratore, our rules analyst. Gene, you heard Tony Romo talk about this briefly. Explain to our audience what the ruling is on an out of bounds kick.
Gene Steratore: Tony put it best, Jim. If a player steps out of bounds before a kick return, that brings the kicked ball out of bounds and that'll be an illegal procedure penalty, brings the ball out to the 35 as we see another flag coming.
Jim Nantz: First play from scrimmage was a handoff to Ron Stoppable that went for 6, but we do have a flag in the secondary. Let's get the call...
Carl Cheffers: There are 3 fouls on the play. Holding - #33 defense, penalty's declined; Holding - #93 defense, penalty's declined. Illegal Use of Hands, hands to the face - #33 defense. That penalty is accepted. 5 yard penalty, automatic first down.
Tony Romo: My goodness!
Jim Nantz: A trio of penalties on Philadelphia, 2 of 'em going against Coltrane Danforth. That'll bring up 1st and 10 from the 40 as we look at how the Broncos are on offense...
Offense:
QB: Kim Possible (18)
RB: Ron Stoppable (7)
WR: Bonnie Rockwaller (83)
WR: Tara Queen (88)
OL: Josh Mankey (70)
OL: Jason Morgan (59)
OL: Steve Farley (55)
OL: Yori Yamanouchi (44)
On 1st and 10...everyone takes off except Josh Mankey...
Carl Cheffers: Before the snap - False Start, offense...everyone but the center! 5 yard penalty, replay the down.
Tony Romo: Now that's a classic! False Start - Everyone But The Center!
Jim Nantz: Kim Possible's out there like 'Josh, what in the world did you do this time?' 1st and 15 from the 35, it's Possible with time. Fires complete to Rockwaller, gain of 11! Sets up a 2nd and 4 as we take a look at the Eagles defensive corps...
LB: Rocky Bullnerd (90)
LB: Coltrane Danforth (33)
LB: Nolan Mitchell (70)
LB: Roger Doofenshmirtz (93)
S: Monty Monogram (20)
S: Candace Flynn (29)
CB: Stacy Hirano (20)
CB: Sara Murphy (39)
...on 2nd and 4, it's a handoff to Stoppable. He's gonna skirt Danforth! Gets by Flynn and Hirano finally takes him down after he gets into Eagles territory at the 40, a gain of 14!
Tony Romo: And Sara Murphy's like 'How did I let this happen?'
Jim Nantz: 1st and 10 from the 40, here's Possible...goes near sideline, has someone open, it's Tara Queen! Gain of 12 to the 28! Fresh set of downs for the Broncos! Possible again, has time...airs it out down the far sideline for Rockwaller. Pass is....CAUGHT! Picks up 18! Gets the Broncos into the Red Zone!
Tony Romo: And here is where the Broncos can and will burn you, right inside the Red Zone.
Jim Nantz: 1st and Goal from the 10. Possible's gonna screen it to Stoppable. Gets a block from Rockwaller! Another block from Josh Mankey and Ron Stoppable is gonna take it in...
...FOR A BRONCOS TOUCHDOWN!
Tony Romo: And what a way to get things rolling in the Super Bowl! Kim Possible absolutely perfect on this drive and what better way for KP to cap it off than to get it to her fiancee Ron Stoppable, one of her favorite targets! Quick, short screen to Ron Stoppable and Ron just does the rest.
Jim Nantz: Lonnie Rockwaller's kick is good and the Broncos strike first in the Super Bowl.
But the score wouldn't stand that way for long as 11 plays and 6 minutes later, this would happen...
Jim Nantz: Eagles in the red zone on 1st and 10 from the 18. Direct snap goes to Murphy. He's gonna air it out to Underwood...HE'S GOT IT!
...EAGLES STRIKE BACK!
That's right! Zack Underwood came into the game to help pull off the 'Philly Special' trick play to tie the game at 7! An exchange of field goals kept the game tied at 10 after 1. Then another field goal exchange kept things tied at 13 with the ensuing Broncos drive coming with 6:50 to go in the half.
SUPER BOWL LV
Philadelphia Eagles - 13
Denver Broncos - 13
6:50 - 2nd Quarter
Jim Nantz: Back here in Tampa as the Broncos take over on offense with less than 7 to go in the half. Coming up - The Weeknd and Selena Gomez are teaming up to bring you the Pepsi Super Bowl LV Halftime Show! That's gonna be coming up at the half right here on CBS. 1st & 10 from the 4, flags will come in before the snap, this will be a free play. Pass will fall incomplete. Another flag in the vicinity of the pass, Rockwaller was the intended target, let's check the flags.
Carl Cheffers: There are 2 fouls on the play, both by the defense. Neutral Zone Infraction - #93 of the defense. That penalty is declined. Pass Interference - #39 of the defense. That penalty will be accepted. The ball will be placed at the spot of the foul, automatic first down.
Jim Nantz: Sara Murphy the guilty party on the Defensive PI. Sets up a 1st and 10 from the 26. Possible again with time, airs it out downfield to Queen....AND SHE HAS IT! Hirano brings her down but not before she gets to midfield for a gain of 24! 1st down again for Denver!
Tony Romo: And that's what Kim Possible loves to do. She loves to find weaknesses in the defense and pick them apart.
Jim Nantz: Handoff will go to Stoppable for 8 to the Philadelphia 42. 2nd and 2 upcoming. Pitch goes to Stoppable, he'll get 6 more to the Eagles 36. Fresh set of downs for the Broncos as we go to Tracy Wolfson.
Tracy Wolfson: Jim, I just talked to Eagles coach Doug Pederson and he just confirmed to me that we will see Zack Underwood take over as QB in the 2nd half as he will get his first experience in a Super Bowl. And what a moment this will shape up to be, Jim.
Jim Nantz: What a moment indeed as Stoppable picked up 5 on that last run, 2nd and 5 upcoming from the Philadelphia 31. Possible, screening to Rockwaller, that'll give 'em 7 and a 1st down! Broncos going no-huddle here. KP changing the play at the line, goes to pitch it to Ron Stoppable again. Finds a hole, first down and more! Candace Flynn will finally take him down after a gain of 16! Sets up 1st and goal from the 8! On 1st and Goal from the 8, Possible has time...short screen to Rockwaller...CAUGHT! TOUCHDOWN BRONCOS!
(Denver Broncos touchdown horn)
That made it 20-13 Broncos. Bradley Nicholson would make it 20-16 after a 44 yard field goal just as the clock zeroed out to close out the half. Time for The Weeknd and Selena to take the stage!
Jimmy Fallon: This is the Pepsi that your father drank, and his father....before he met your grandma. This could be the first Pepsi on Mars! This is the Pepsi for Cindy Crawford! This is the Pepsi that was right for Ray...and YOUR UNCLE DREW! This is the Pepsi that's back from the future...and back for one last ride! This is the Pepsi that Britney once popped...and this one is for THE KING OF POP! This is the Pepsi that's forever fun, this is the Pepsi for EVERY GENERATION! And this...is the Pepsi that brings you THE PEPSI SUPER BOWL HALFTIME SHOW! HIT IT, SELENA!
Selena Gomez: Hello, Tampa! Hello, Super Bowl!
Selena Gomez: I know you didn't just come to see me...so let's hear it for THE WEEKND!
The Weeknd: ARE YOU READY, SUPER BOWL?!
Selena Gomez: THANK YOU, TAMPA!
The Weeknd: THANK YOU, NFL! THANK YOU, SUPER BOWL!
(2nd Half)
SUPER BOWL LV ON CBS
Philadelphia Eagles - 16
Denver Broncos - 20
Start of 3rd Quarter
Jim Nantz: Back here in Tampa, Broncos lead the Eagles 20-16 as we start quarter #3. Lonnie Rockwaller will kick it, Lydia Brooks, Amanda Lopez back to return. This one should be returnable and is as the 3rd quarter gets started. Taken in by Lopez. Amanda shakes a tackle, has blocking ahead! Gets to midfield! Just Rockwaller to beat!
Tony Romo: GOODBYE!
Jim Nantz: It almost figures! TOUCHDOWN EAGLES!
(Philadelphia Eagles touchdown horn)
That gave the Eagles a 23-20 advantage. But from there, it was all Broncos. Lonnie Rockwaller would tie things up on the ensuing Broncos drive. Then after a 3 and out, KP would lead the Broncos on a 14 play, 82 yard drive, ending with a quick strike to Bonnie Rockwaller to give the Broncos the lead again at 30-23 after 3. The Broncos would strike again early in the 4th...
Jim Nantz: On 2nd and 6 from the 44, it's Possible. She has time, fires down the field....COMPLETE TO TARA QUEEN! NO ONE NEAR HER AND TARA QUEEN IS GONNA TAKE THIS ONE 62 YARDS FOR A BRONCOS TOUCHDOWN!
That made it 38-23 Broncos following the 2 point conversion. But Zack Underwood and the Eagles were not done yet! Midway through the 4th, he'd lead the Eagles on a 9 play drive, ending with this...
Jim Nantz: On 3rd and goal, direct snap goes to Murphy, flip to Underwood, quick strike to Lopez....AND THAT'S AN EAGLES TOUCHDOWN!
(Philadelphia Eagles touchdown horn)
AND THE EAGLES HAVE NEW LIFE! 2ND TOUCHDOWN OF THE NIGHT FOR AMANDA LOPEZ!
That made it 38-30 with an onside kick to come, which Amanda Lopez would recover. But after getting the Eagles into Broncos territory...
Jim Nantz: Just inside the Denver 30, inside of a minute and a half to go in regulation, Philly down 8. Chase and Lopez are the receivers. Underwood dropping back. Pocket collapses, airs it out down the field for Lopez....AND HE'S INTERCEPTED! JUST LIKE LAST YEAR AGAINST LA, TIM POSSIBLE COMES UP BIG AND MAY HAVE JUST CLINCHED THE LOMBARDI FOR THE DENVER BRONCOS!
Tony Romo: And look at this pass, Underwood thought he had placed it well, but it was right in the vicinity of TP24 and Tim Possible does not let a mistake like that go unpunished. He uses his height advantage to get the better of Amanda Lopez, gets the interception...and just look at the reaction on Zack Underwood's face after he let that one go. He had a feeling he messed up and sure enough, he did.
Jim Nantz: Melissa Chase was looking for a flag for defensive pass interference, didn't get it. Let's listen in now.
(Mic'd Up - Melissa Chase (81))
Melissa: Get there, get there...don't catch it, Tweeb! NO! Zack got picked...dang it! There goes the elastic on my sports bra!
Milo: Again? 3rd one this week! Let's hit the showers. Game's almost over anyway...
Jim Nantz: Victory formation for the Broncos. They just need to take 2 knees here. There's the first...and there's the Gatorade shower for Vic Fangio! 2nd one in as many years! Kim Possible will kneel down again and THE DENVER BRONCOS ARE GONNA REPEAT AS SUPER BOWL CHAMPIONS!
DENVER BRONCOS
SUPER BOWL LIV CHAMPIONS
(Championship Stage)
Jim Nantz: Time now for the presentation of the Lombardi Trophy. For that we head down to the field and PA announcer Alan Roache.
Alan Roache: Ladies and Gentlemen, please welcome Super Bowl XXXVII MVP Dexter Jackson and....THE VINCE LOMBARDI TROPHY!
Roger Goodell: What a fantastic Super Bowl! In a season unlike any other in NFL history, the NFL and its partners and teams showed the world what resiliency and ingenuity can do by playing through a global pandemic and getting fans in the stands! Tonight, we celebrate not just our frontline heroes, but we crown a champion as well! And for the first time since 2004-2005 when Tom Brady and the Patriots accomplished the feat, we have a repeat champion as Kim Possible and her Denver Broncos have held on to the Lombardi Trophy, THEIR 5TH LOMBARDI! Congratulations, KP! Enjoy the Lombardi!
James Brown: John Elway, your 5th Lombardi, your 3rd as an owner. Each one must mean a lot more to you now that you're the head of this Denver team.
John Elway: It does. I can't thank everyone enough. It starts at the top with me and the rest of the front office, but it ends up with the players, coaches and fans. They are the true rock stars of this team. They're what keep us going and they kept us going to our 5th title! Thanks to our fans and thank you to our frontline heroes! This one's for you!
James Brown: Kim, you're Super Bowl MVP again. Did you think that back in March, when the pandemic began running roughshot through the country, did you ever think that you'd be standing here?
Kim: No. I thought everything would end up getting canceled once COVID came in and wrecked things. Since then, we've talked a lot about our frontliners - our doctors, paramedics, police, firemen, teachers. It's because of them that we've beaten back COVID-19 and it's thanks to them that we were able to get not just this season off but this Super Bowl off! Thanks to you all! God bless you, God Bless America and may God protect our troops! Broncos Nation! Orange Crush...LET'S DO THIS AGAIN IN LA NEXT YEAR! LET'S SHOCK THE WORLD AND PULL OFF THE 3-PEAT!
James Brown: You heard it! KP is guaranteeing a 3-peat! Congratulations to the Denver Broncos! Super Bowl Champions...AGAIN!
That does it for Super Bowl LV!
Final Score:
Broncos - 38
Eagles - 30
Time: 3:41
Attendance: 84,119/75,000
