Chapter Text

Mount Sibo had increased in activity as it approached an eruption. Owen had moved the Raptors back to the paddock since the Visitor's Center had a deadly gas vent near it. Charlie didn't like all the rumbling and shaking, Foxtrot didn't like how quickly everything was changing, and all of them were worried about the volcano. After a particularly strong earthquake, Owen was comforting Charlie.

"Shh... It's okay Charlie. The earthquake is over." Owen said as he rubbed the side of Charlie's neck while she was curled up on the ground. Charlie's behavior reminded Owen of when she was scared of thunder as a hatchling. Charlie began to purr as Owen continued to rub her neck, he smiled at that.

"That's it, you don't need to be scared." Owen said, Charlie opened her eyes and looked at him.

*Thank you, Alpha.* Charlie said. Owen just heard soft chirps. Foxtrot was looking at the smoke coming out of the volcano, he then looked away and began pacing around outside of the paddock, Blue noticed his behavior and went over to him.

*Foxtrot, you okay?* Blue asked.

*Yeah, I'm fine.* Foxtrot answered.

*You sure? You're pacing around and seem nervous.* Blue said.

*I'm fine, everything's good.* Foxtrot replied, he didn't want Blue to know that he was freaking out on the inside.

*Come on Foxtrot, I can tell that something is bothering you. Just tell me what it is.* Blue said.

*Okay. I just don't like that everything is different now, it's changing too fast.* Foxtrot said.

*What do you mean by that?* Blue asked, she tilted her head in confusion.

*First there were all those earthquakes, then we had to move nests, now it's harder to hunt because the prey is more alert. What's next?! Is the pack gonna be separated?! Are we gonna have to move again?! Are we gonna lose our home?! Are we gonna die?!* Foxtrot answered, his fear display lit up and he began rambling.

*Foxtrot!* Blue said before nuzzling him, causing him to stop talking, *We're gonna be fine, Alpha said so.* She continued.

*Y-you sure?* Foxtrot asked.

*Absolutely. I promise.* Blue answered. Foxtrot's bioluminescence faded away and he nuzzled firmly against Blue, she nuzzled him back and purred to comfort him.

*Thank you, Blue.* Foxtrot said once he was calm.

*You're welcome.* Blue replied.

Chapter Text

At the East Dock, a large ship named the Arcadia moors. A team gets off and begins setting up a camp.

"Alright, let's begin rounding up some Dinos!" Ken Wheatley, the leader of the team, said. The hunters gathered up their weapons and got into armored vehicles. They cleared the gates of the East Dock and began driving out through the jungle. Soon they came to a stop at the Gyrosphere Valley.

"Wheatley! I've spotted a herd of, Gall-i-mim-us." One of the hunters said, looking at the park's guide to the cloned Dinosaurs to get the name.

"Alright, let's get started." Wheatley replied. The hunters exited the vehicles and went to the crest of a hill, once there, they began to take aim at the herd.

"Fire!" Wheatley said. Each hunter fired two darts into a different Gallimimus, managing to successfully sedate 6 of them. The rest of the herd ran away before they could be sedated.

"This is gonna be easy." One of the hunters said.

"I don't know about that. Remember that Mills wants us to catch at least eleven different species." Another hunter replied.

"Well let's get these ones back to camp so we can keep going." A third hunter said. They loaded the sedated Gallimimuses into cages and drove back to camp. Once back, they put them into different cages and headed back out to find more Dinos.

(Meanwhile)

The Raptor Squad and Owen were going hunting, trying to find any easy prey to kill. Suddenly they heard the sound of a herd running.

*Anyone else hear that?* Blue asked.

*Yeah, it sounds like a stampede.* Charlie answered.

*Well that should mean easy prey since it'll be tired.* Echo said.

*Is it just me or is it getting louder?* Foxtrot asked. Soon they herd of Gallimimuses burst out through the bushes and ran right at the pack, all of them screeching.

*OH SHIT!! SCATTER!!* Blue shouted. The Raptors and Owen all moved quickly to get out of the way of the stampede, narrowly avoiding getting trampled.

"You guys okay?" Owen asked once the herd had passed and the pack regrouped.

*I'm okay.* Delta said.

*Fine here.* Echo said.

*I'm fine.* Charlie said.

*I'm good.* Blue said.

*Still in one piece.* Foxtrot said. Owen checked the Raptors for injuries, but they all had none.

*What the fuck was that?! Why would they run right at predators?!* Echo asked.

*Seems like something scared the shit out of them.* Foxtrot replied.

*But what?* Charlie asked.

*Maybe other predators.* Delta said.

*Well, let's go hunt something else.* Blue said. The Raptor Squad resumed to search for prey, unaware of the humans who had returned to the island.

Chapter Text

Benjamin Lookwood summoned Claire for a meeting and has informed her of his plan to rescue the Dinosaurs. After he leaves, Eli Mills begins to tell Claire the details of the plan.

"We already have a team on the island that's rounding up as many Dinos as they can, but if we had access to the tracking system there, we'd be able to save many more of them." Mills said.

"That's what you need me for?" Claire asked.

"Yes, and nobody knows this island better than you." Mills answered.

"How many can you save?" Claire asked.

"The goal is at least eleven different species. However there is one in particular that we especially need the tracking system for." Mills said as he flipped through the species database on the tabletop screen, stopping at a picture of the Raptors.

"Velociraptors." Claire said.

"Exactly. We've been unable to even spot, let alone catch any of them. We've also heard rumors that their trainer stayed behind with them." Mills replied.

"Owen." Claire said, she looked down as she remembered when she said goodbye to him.

"Claire, I believe that he wouldn't trust my team claiming to be there to save the Dinos. If you were there, he might believe you." Mills said, snapping Claire out of her thoughts.

"Okay, I'm in. I'll get together my team." Claire said.

"Great. Just keep it small, only take the most important people with you." Mills replied, Claire nodded before walking to the exit. She got into her car and as she began driving back, she dialed a number in her phone.

"Hey, Zia." Claire said.

"Claire, how'd it go?" Zia asked.

"Great. Listen, I want to talk to you and Franklin about something. Meet me at my house." Claire said.

"Got it." Zia replied.

(2 Hours Later)

A car pulled up in front of Claire's home, Zia and Franklin got out and walked up to Claire.

"So, what did you want to tell us?" Franklin asked.

"We're going to the island to help a team save the Dinos." Claire answered.

"Let's do this!" Zia said excitedly.

"Uh, seriously?" Franklin asked.

"Yes, pack what you need. Franklin, bring your useful tech." Claire replied.

"Alright, let's go." Zia said to Franklin. They left and Claire pulled out her phone, she scrolled through her contacts and selected a number. The phone rang a few times before the contact answered.

"Hello." The man answering said.

"Hey, Barry, wanna help save the Raptors and Owen?" Claire asked.

A small plane lands in the camp of the hunters, Claire and her team consisting of Zia, Franklin, and Barry exit. After making introductions, a loud rumble from Mount Sibo gets their attention.

"Alright, so Barry, got any advice on how to catch the Raptors?" Wheatley asked. Barry thought for a moment before answering.

"Well Foxtrot is drawn to bright, colorful lights." Barry said.

"You mean like how the T-Rex is drawn to flares?" Wheatley asked.

"Kinda, Foxtrot is drawn especially to blue or purple lights. Probably because his glow is light-blue meaning he might view those lights as a threat or challenge." Barry explained.

"So we draw in one of the Raptors and the others should likely follow him." Wheatley said.

"Exactly." Barry replied.

"Let's go then." Wheatley said. They went and got the tracking system for the Dinos online and found where the pack was, then they initiated the plan.

(30 Minutes Later)

The Raptor Squad was at their paddock with Owen. Foxtrot was walking around outside of the enclosure because he was tired of sitting still. Suddenly there was the sound of an engine, Foxtrot had been near the entrance of the paddock, he and the others looked in the direction of the sound, but didn't see the source.

*Where's that noise coming from?* Delta asked.

*I don't know.* Blue replied The unseen hunter then lit two bright-blue flares and put them on his ATV. Foxtrot growled seeing the light and his intimidation display lit up.

*You wanna threaten my pack?! I fucking dare you to try it!* Foxtrot said angrily.

*Foxtrot, don't do anything stupid.* Blue said. Foxtrot didn't listen and screeched before running towards the light. The hunter began driving towards a chosen place.

*God-Damn it! Why does Foxtrot react so aggressively to fucking lights?!* Echo asked annoyed.

*I don't think even he knows why. He just does.* Charlie said. Owen got on his motorcycle and revved it up.

"Come on girls. Let's go get him." Owen said before driving after Foxtrot.

*You heard Alpha!* Blue said before they ran after Owen and began following Foxtrot's scent.

The hunter with the flares lead Foxtrot into a clearing before putting out the flares. Foxtrot got there soon after and was confused by the disappearance of the blue light, but he then noticed the hunter and growled, his intimidation display still glowing.

*So you're the son of a bitch who threatened my pack!* Foxtrot said angrily, noticing the extinguished flares. He bared his teeth as he approached and growled. Suddenly two tranq darts hit Foxtrot's left thigh and he yelped. Foxtrot staggered forward a few steps before falling down, sedated.

"Great job." Wheatley said. Barry approached Foxtrot and pulled out the tranq darts. Owen and the other Raptors arrived and saw that Foxtrot was sedated.

*Foxtrot!* Charlie said. Blue growled at the man near Foxtrot.

"Get away from my Raptor." Owen said. The man turned around to face him.

"Hello Owen, long time no see." Barry said. Owen and the Raptors were shocked to see him.

"Barry?" Owen asked.

"Yep." Barry replied. Delta was excited since she always had a close bond with Barry.

*Barry!* Delta said, Barry just heard excited chirps.

"Hello Delta." Barry said.

"What are you doing here?" Owen asked.

"We're here to save as many Dinos from the volcano." Barry answered.

"Really?" Owen asked.

"Yep." Barry said. Mount Sibo rumbled loudly and a burst of ash came from the side of the volcano. Screeches came from above as a large flock of Pteranodons and Dimorphodons were fleeing. Charlie whimpered from the ground shaking.

*Calm down Charlie, we'll be getting out of here.* Delta said. Blue had moved near Foxtrot, she looked him over to check that he was okay.

"Alright, let's get out of here." Owen said. Mount Sibo rumbled again. They got Foxtrot into a truck and secured the cage closed.

"Alright girls, you need to get into the cages." Barry said.

*What?! Fuck that!* Echo said. Owen rubbed her back to calm her down.

"Come on Echo, you'll only be in there for a little while." Owen comforted.

*Fine, but I'm gonna hate every second of this.* Echo said. She entered a cage and they secured it shut. Blue, Charlie, and Delta each got into different cages. Mount Sibo rumbled loudly and Charlie yelped before trying to run away. The hunters struggled to keep the cage closed, not having managed to lock it yet.

"Charlie calm down, we're gonna be safe." Owen comforted. Charlie looked at Owen and relaxed some.

*O-Okay Alpha.* Charlie said nervously. The hunters locked the cage. Mount Sibo made a loud rumble as a large burst of lava and ash came out of a side of the volcano.

"Let's go!" Owen said.

As Mount Sibo continued getting closer and closer to erupting more tremors occurred.

"Let's go!" Owen said.

"Right!" Barry replied. They got into a truck and then the group began heading back to camp. The ground continued shaking as they drove back, Charlie was freaked out.

*We're gonna die! WE'RE GONNA DIE!!* Charlie said, she was staring at the mountain.

*No we're not! We are going to be okay Charlie!* Blue said, trying to calm Charlie down. Charlie looked at her. They had to call loudly to hear each other.

*A-Are you sure?!* Charlie asked.

*Yes!* Blue answered.

The vehicles continued heading back to camp as more explosions burst from the side of Mount Sibo sending rocks and lava flying through the air. The lava flowing from the volcano was beginning to set trees on fire. The drivers of the vehicles had to swerve to avoid burning rocks that landed in front of them as well as Dinos fleeing for their lives.

Back at the Tracking Station, Claire, Zia and Franklin ran out as lava flowed into the room.

"Go! Go! Go! We have to get out of here!" One of the hunters shouted. Claire, Zia, and Franklin jumped into the truck, followed by the hunter.

"Step on it!" The hunter said.

"Right!" The driver replied.

As they drove away a stampede of Dinos burst out of the treeline, fleeing the burning forest and crying out in fear. As they fled, the larger herbivores plowed through a fallen tree. A Carnotaurus spotted a Sinoceratops that was lagging behind and roared before attacking.

*Where the hell do you think you're going?!* The Carno said before biting the Sino's frill. It broke free and shoved the Carno to the ground.

*Get out of my way!* The Sino said. The Carno growled and kicked the Sino in the face, got back up and bit its front left leg.

*Not happening!* The Carno said. The Sino got underneath the Carno.

*I said get the fuck out of my way!* The Sino said before flipping the Carno over and running away. The Carno got back up and snarled at the retreating herbivore. Before the Carno could pursue it, Rexy clamped his jaws around the Carno's neck and forced it to the ground.

*This is my territory asshole! And I don't take kindly to trespassing predators.* Rexy said, pinning the Carno down with his foot. He roared loudly right as the whole side of Mount Sibo was consumed by explosions. The shockwave hit Rexy and then there was a ringing in his ears.

*Ah, what the hell?!* Rexy said before walking off, crushing the Carno's neck beneath his step. He shook his head in an attempt to get rid of the ringing in his ears.

Rexy managed to get out of the area as a second stampede of Dinos was trying to run away from an avalanche of smoke and ash barreling down the side of the volcano. However they were running towards a cliff meaning that once there, they could only hope to get out of the way, many couldn't.

The vehicles with the Raptors got back to the camp and the humans exited the vehicles, Owen and Barry checked on the pack.

"You guys okay?" Owen asked. He heard the pack chirping in response. Foxtrot now woke up from the sedatives.

*What's going on?* Foxtrot asked. He shook his head and realized that he was in a cage, he began to freak out.

*What the...?! Where the hell am I?!* Foxtrot asked. Owen noticed Foxtrot's reaction.

"Easy Foxtrot. We're safe. You'll just have to stay in a cage until we get somewhere that's safe from here." Owen comforted. Foxtrot noticed Mount Sibo erupting as did the other Raptors.

*Yeah, I'm taking a cage over that.* Foxtrot said.

*Agreed.* Echo replied. Another vehicle entered the camp, when Owen saw who got out he was surprised.

"Owen!" Claire said before heading over to him.

"Claire? I didn't expect you to come here." Owen said.

"Well they needed me to active the tracking system so we could find you." Claire replied. The Raptors watched as Owen and Claire caught up.

*I think I'm gonna throw up. Romance is stupid.* Echo said.

*Shut up Echo! Alpha is just catching up with a friend.* Foxtrot replied.

*What, you can't smell the pheromones?* Echo asked.

*You know damn well that my sense of smell is damaged.* Foxtrot answered.

*Echo's right Foxtrot, there is something between them.* Delta said.

"So are we ready to get off this island before it explodes?" Zia asked.

"Not yet, there's still men out there. We'll have to wait for them." Wheatley replied.

Chapter Text

As Mount Sibo continued erupting, a team of hunters was still trying to capture the island's T-Rex, Rexy.

"Where the hell is this damn thing?!" One of the hunters asked annoyed.

"I don't know. How is something that big so hard to find?!" Another replied. Suddenly they heard a loud thud, followed by another, and another.

"Hold up. Stay sharp." The leader of the team said.

The hunters began to scan the forest surrounding them, knowing that Rexy was close.

Rexy was also aware of the presence of the hunters, his sharp senses of smell and hearing alerting him, he eventually spotted them.

He remained motionless, still concealed in the thick foliage.

The hunters were unaware of just how close the apex predator was to them, one of the hunters moved towards the tree line to investigate if anything was there.

Rexy ceased breathing, becoming perfectly still, waiting for the right moment to strike.

"Anything?" The leader asked. The hunter didn't see anything unusual and turned back around, Rexy knew that now was the time to attack.

"Nothing, absolutely noth-" The hunter started before Rexy lunged forward and clamped his jaws around the hunter's upper body. The man screamed as Rexy picked him up before shaking his head, breaking every bone before swallowing.

"FIRE!!" The leader shouted.

*You little guys never fucking learn to stay out of here!* Rexy said before roaring. The hunters began to just shoot their tranq guns without aiming in their panic, many of the darts tore harmlessly through the trees. Rexy roared and snatched up another hunter, but not before it stuck a dart into his neck.

*You little shit!* Rexy said before biting down as hard as he could, crushing the hunter and severing its body into bloody pieces that fell to the ground. Rexy swallowed the piece that was still in his mouth. Another dart hit Rexy's snout followed by two in his thigh, several more darts hit before Rexy was sedated.

"Alright! Now to get this guy back to camp and we're out of here!" The leader said.

Chapter Text

The pack and the others at camp heard the sound of a helicopter approaching, they looked and saw one carrying a cage that contained Rexy. All of the Raptors were shocked.

*How the hell did they catch Rexy?!* Foxtrot asked. None of the others had an answer. Once Rexy was loaded onto the ship, the hunters began to pack up everything they could.

"Keep it moving! We gotta get out of here ASAP!" Wheatley said. The vehicles with the Raptors pulled into the ship in a group. Suddenly a burning rock from the volcano was sent flying and crashed into a group of fuel drums causing a massive explosion. Once getting the all clear that everyone was onboard, the Arcadia began to pull away from the East Dock. Smoke flooded where the camp had been.

Mount Sibo continued spewing out large amounts of ash, darkening the sky almost as if it was night, as the forest fires continued to spread it made a haunting orange glow over Isla Nublar. It would be the last any of the Dinos would ever see of their home, any of the Dinos still on the island were now doomed to die, no one was coming for them, all they had now was the wait for their deaths.

Foxtrot exhaled once the back of the ship closed and he began to pace around in the cage he was in. Blue happened to be in the cage next to him and she noticed his behavior.

*You okay Foxtrot?* Blue asked. She tilted her head in curiosity.

*I don't know.* Foxtrot replied.

*Come on Foxtrot, you can tell me anything.* Blue said.

*It's just that everything we knew is gone. What are we supposed to do now?* Foxtrot said.

*Come on Foxtrot, we haven't lost everything. The pack is still together, we still have that.* Blue replied.

*But our home is gone.* Foxtrot said.

*That's not important, as long as the pack is together it doesn't matter where we are.* Blue replied.

*I haven't thought of that.* Foxtrot said.

*That's what I'm here for.* Blue said.

*Thank you Blue.* Foxtrot replied.

*You're welcome.* Blue said. Owen managed to find the Raptors after getting separated during the rush onto the ship.

"Hey guys, sorry it took so long for me to find you." Owen said.

*That's okay Alpha.* Blue said. Hearing Blue chitter at him Owen rubbed her snout causing her to purr. Owen then rubbed the other Raptors.

*I wonder what our new home will be like.* Charlie said.

*Probably not very different from the old one.* Delta said.

*I guess, but who knows?* Charlie replied.

Chapter Text

Maisie Lockwood had managed to sneak into the hidden lab under Lockwood's Estate. Her attention was grabbed by a computer showing the Raptor Squad as hatchlings.

"What's that about?" Maisie asked herself quietly. She sat down in front of the screen and pressed play.

(Video Record: 2/12/13)

"Alright, eyes on me!" Owen said. Blue, Charlie, and Foxtrot stopped what they were doing and silently watched Owen. Delta and Echo just continued messing around.

"Delta! Echo! Eyes on me!" Owen said, but they ignored him.

*Stop messing around and get over here!* Blue said. Delta and Echo came over.

*Sorry Blue. Sorry Daddy.* Delta said. Owen was surprised by the behavior.

"Thank you Blue." Owen said, "Now eyes up!" He continued. The Raptors all reared up slightly.

"Good. Alright go!" Owen said, lowering his hand, the hatchlings resumed doing what they had been doing.

Owen was sitting at a table in his home.

"Day 100: It seems like Blue is the Beta of the pack since she's the oldest. I don't know if that position will change as they get older, but I doubt it. The training seems to be going well since we started a few months ago." Owen said.

Maisie scrolled through the videos and found one titled 'Empathy'. She clicked on it.

Owen was on a knee in front of Echo.

"Alright so we're gonna test Echo for empathy." Owen said. He began to lower himself and made whimpering sounds. Echo quickly got annoyed by it.

*Knock it off! Quit being a baby!* Echo said. Owen just heard annoyed hisses and growls, he stopped pretending to be vulnerable.

"Alright, Echo doesn't seem to have empathy." Owen said.

Charlie was now in front of Owen.

"Alright, let's see if Charlie has empathy." Owen said before acting vulnerable. Charlie tilted her head as Owen leaned over and started whimpering.

*What are you doing?* Charlie asked. She bent over and tried to copy what Owen was doing. Owen stopped and Charlie looked at him.

"Closer, but still not empathy." Owen said.

Owen tried with Delta, but she didn't have any interest when Owen pretended to be vulnerable and began to wander away.

Owen was now trying with Blue. He began pretending to be vulnerable and whimpered.

*Daddy? What's wrong?* Blue asked as she began to approach Owen. He continued whimpering and put his face in his hands.

*I'm here Daddy. Don't worry.* Blue said. She began to nuzzle Owen and purred softly. Owen stopped pretending and looked at Blue.

"Hey, I'm okay!" Owen said, "Thank you Blue." He continued.

*Happy to help.* Blue replied.

It was Foxtrot's turn now. Owen began pretending to be vulnerable. Foxtrot was surprised by this.

*What's wrong Daddy?* Foxtrot asked. Foxtrot began nuzzling Owen. Owen then did what he'd done with Blue, thanking Foxtrot.

Owen was back at the table in his home.

"It seems like Blue and Foxtrot are the only ones in the pack who have empathy. Still that's more than I thought there would be." Owen said.

"That was so cute." Maisie said, "I hope they saved the Raptors." She continued.

Maisie stopped watching videos upon hearing voices, she got onto her hands and knees before beginning to sneak away.

"Are you sure that you have all of them and the handler?" Dr. Wu asked .

"How many times do I have to tell you? Yes, we got all of them!" Mills replied. He was sick of answering this question.

"What do you even need all of them for? We only really need Blue and Owen." Mills asked .

"Blue's DNA is the primary one we'll use, but the next Indoraptor will need to learn how to interact with others. It will take on traits from all of them like empathy and obedience, everything that the current one lacks." Wu explained. Maisie crept down some stairs before hiding down a dark hallway, she backed down it as the two men continued talking.

"So basically it needs a pack to learn from." Mills said.

"Exactly. You'll get one that acts like a trained weapon, not one that behaves like Jack the Ripper." Wu replied. The Indoraptor noticed a little girl backing closer to his cage and got excited.

*Play time...* He growled quietly. Maisie continued backing closer to the cage and the Indoraptor reached out to grab her.

*Just a little closer and you're mine.* The Indoraptor growled quietly. His claw brushed Maisie's hair and she turned around.

*DAMN IT!!* The Indoraptor said before roaring at Maisie. She screamed and ran away. Mills grabbed her and the Indoraptor roared again.

*THAT BITCH IS MINE!! I'M GONNA GET HER YOU BASTARD!!* The Indoraptor shouted.

"What is that thing?!" Maisie asked. Mills didn't answer, he took Maisie back to her room and locked her in.

The ship began to dock at a port in California. Owen woke up and realized that the engines had stopped because of the lack of vibrations.

"I think we're here." Owen said, waking up the others. Owen noticed that Blue, Echo, and Foxtrot were still sleeping since they were furthest away from him so he got up and walked over to them.

"Come on Blue, wake up." Owen said. Blue opened her eyes and yawned.

*Are we there already?* Blue asked.

*I think that's why Alpha is waking us up.* Delta replied.

*Oh yeah, that makes sense.* Blue said. Foxtrot and Echo were still sleeping. Owen woke up Foxtrot next and then went over to Echo.

"Alright Echo, wake up." Owen said.

*Just a little longer.* Echo replied, not wanting to wake up yet. Foxtrot had an idea to get Echo to wake up.

*Jeez Echo, are you so lazy that you can't even wake up?* Foxtrot teased.

*WHAT?! I am not lazy. You take that back you son of a bitch!* Echo said angrily.

*Get up off your lazy ass and make me.* Foxtrot taunted. Echo quickly stood up and tried to charge at Foxtrot, but just hit the side of the cage she was in.

*Ha! Did you forget that we're in cages dumbass?* Foxtrot asked.

*Just you wait, once we're out of these cages your in big trouble.* Echo said.

*Oh, I'm so scared.* Foxtrot replied.

*You should be.* Echo said. The hunters began offloading the ship. Owen, Claire and her team got on a vehicle. As it drove off the ship, they noticed that the area didn't look like an isolated island. Claire then recognized the gate they were approaching.

"This is Lockwood's Estate." Claire said.

"What?! You said they were taking the Dinos to a sanctuary!" Owen replied.

"That's what they told us!" Barry said.

"Great, they've lied to us!" Zia said.

<1 Hour Later>

The hunters had secured the Dinos in cages and Mills was talking to Owen, Claire and her team.

"What the hell are you doing?!" Owen asked.

"Look I saved these animals." Mills replied.

"Okay so what are you gonna do with them? Sell them? Animal trafficking?" Claire asked.

"I admire your morals Claire, but we've both exploited these animals." Mills said.

"No, I never..." Claire started.

"You authorized the Indominus Rex. You kept an animal in a cage to show for money. How is this different?" Mills said, Claire didn't have a way to reply.

"And Owen, you didn't think of the applications of trained Raptors?" Mills continued.

"Good luck getting them to listen to you." Owen replied.

"That's why you're going to help us." Mills said.

"And why would I do that?" Owen asked.

"Because if you don't, we'll put them down and start with new clones of them." Mills answered.

"Don't you dare!" Owen replied. His time on Nublar with no one other than the pack resulted in his bond with the Raptors growing incredibly strong.

"Then I suggest that you help us." Mills said.

"Fine, just don't hurt them." Owen replied in a defeated tone.

"Of course, we need them." Mills said, "Now, follow me Owen." He continued. Owen did so.

The Raptors were very unhappy finding themselves in a cage again.

*What the hell is going on?! Alpha said we'd be out of cages!* Delta said.

*I don't know, but he'll probably tell us when he gets here.* Blue said.

*Whatever! This is bullshit! We're stuck in here and I'm getting tired of this!* Echo replied.

*Well at least we still have each other.* Charlie said, trying to be positive. Owen then approached the cage they were in, the Raptors all looked at him.

*What's going on Alpha?* Blue asked.

"I'm sorry guys. They lied to us about taking you to a place that you can be free." Owen said.

*Great! Just fucking great! Now we're stuck here!* Foxtrot said.

*Calm down Foxtrot. We'll be fine.* Blue replied.

*Stop saying that Blue! Now we're back where we started, INSIDE A FUCKING CAGE AND SURROUNDED BY ASSHOLES!! So SORRY if I don't want to calm down!* Foxtrot snapped, surprising the other Raptors. Owen didn't know what Foxtrot was saying, but could tell that he was angry.

"I know Foxtrot. I'm angry about this too, but things can't get any worse than they are." Owen said.

*And now you've jinxed it! Great job Alpha!* Foxtrot said annoyed. Blue snapped at Foxtrot now.

*Don't talk to Alpha like that Foxtrot! Things will get better!* Blue said.

*Oh come on! Tell me Blue, how can things possibly get ANY BETTER!!* Foxtrot asked. Blue hesitated answering.

*HOW?!* Foxtrot asked again.

*I DON'T KNOW, OKAY?! I don't know.* Blue admitted. Foxtrot had felt like Blue didn't know, but hearing her say it was worse.

*That's what I thought.* Foxtrot replied before beginning to pace around. He always did that when something was upsetting him.

*Are things really this bad?* Charlie asked.

*It looks like it.* Delta answered. She laid down, struggling to get comfortable on the concrete floor. Blue, Charlie, and Echo tried to make themselves comfortable as well.

The collection of buyers for the Dinos has gathered in a large room, there was a track and gate to bring the cages with the Dinos out.

"Welcome everyone to this extraordinary evening." Eversol said. The crowd became silent, knowing the bidding was about to start.

"Now our first specimen is one of the largest armored Dinosaurs, the Ankylosaurus." Eversol said. The cage with it was brought out.

*What the hell is going on?! Let me out of here!* The Ank said.

"Described as a living tank by paleontologists. Let's start the bid at $40 million. Do I hear 40?" Eversol said, several people raised the sign.

"40! Do I hear 50? 50! 60? 60! 70! 80! Once...twice... Sold!" Eversol said, striking the gavel. The audience applauded as the Dino was taken away.

"Now our next specimen is a juvenile Allosaurus, one of the most ferocious carnivores of the Jurassic Period." Eversol said.

*Let me out! I'm gonna fucking eat you guys!* The Al shouted, hitting against the sides of the cage.

"$90 million!" An audience member offered.

"90! Any higher? 100! Any higher?" Eversol asked.

"$120 million!" The first bidder said.

"Once...twice... Sold!" Eversol said.

(Meanwhile)

Below the auction Dr. Wu realized that he needed blood samples from Foxtrot.

"Go get the red Raptor, I need his blood samples." Wu said.

"Of course Doctor." The man replied.

"What's going on here?" Mills asked .

"I need blood samples from Foxtrot." Wu answered.

"Do we really need him? He's just a runt." Mills said. Foxtrot was then brought into the lab in a smaller cage, he was very stressed out and confused about everything that had happened since leaving the island. This was causing him to act much more aggressively than usual.

*Just wait. Once I'm out of this cage, all of you assholes are in big trouble!* Foxtrot said, his intimidation display was lit up. One of the lab techs tried to sedate Foxtrot, he growled at him, recognizing what he was going to do. Foxtrot snapped his jaws around the tech's hand and then ripped it off.

*Anyone wanna give this guy a hand?* Foxtrot asked mockingly. The lab tech was quickly taken to a doctor, screaming in pain. Someone then shot Foxtrot with two darts and he was sedated.

"Now we're definitely selling him so he won't be our problem anymore." Mills said. Wu sighed, he knew it would upset Owen and the other Raptors, but it seemed to be necessary.

"Very well, just let me take the blood samples. Mr. Grady informed me that he has gills and can breathe underwater, that would be a good selling point." Wu said before drawing several samples of blood.

(20 Minutes Later)

Mills came up and whispered something to Eversol as well as giving him a note.

"Ladies and Gentlemen, we have a new specimen added to this event. A Velociraptor." Eversol announced. The cage with Foxtrot who just woke up was brought out.

*Now where the hell am I?!* Foxtrot asked.

"Now while he is smaller than the average Raptor, he has gills as a result of the DNA used in his Genome. In addition, if we could dim the lights please." Eversol said. The lights in the room went down and one of the hunters lit up a blue flare. Foxtrot snarled at it.

*Get over here right now asshole!* Foxtrot said as his intimidation display lit up causing the audience to gasp.

"He also has bioluminescence. Now are there any offers?" Eversol asked. The flare was put out and the lights brought back to normal.

"$100 million!" One buyer shouted.

"$120 million!" Another shouted.

"150!" A third shouted.

"160!" A fourth said.

"Once...twice... Sold! Congratulations for getting your own Raptor!" Eversol said after a pause in the bidding.

*What?! Wait a minute, I'm not for sale! I have to get back to my pack!* Foxtrot said, realizing what was happening. It didn't matter, Foxtrot found himself in a truck being driven far away from his pack. The only thing he still had left, was gone. He tried everything he could think of to get out, but nothing worked. Foxtrot eventually just gave up, laying down and curling up.

*I didn't even get to say goodbye! Or apologize to Blue snapping at her!* Foxtrot said to himself before beginning to cry.

Owen noticed that Foxtrot wasn't back yet and went to ask Dr. Wu. He saw the cleaning of blood.

"Dr. Wu, where's Foxtrot?" Owen asked.

"You need to ask Mr. Mills." Wu answered. He didn't have the ability to tell Owen what happened.

"Mills, Where is Foxtrot?" Owen asked.

"He's gone Owen." Mills said with no sign of emotion.

"WHAT?!" Owen shouted.

"He was creating problems for us, so we sold him in the auction." Mills explained. Owen grabbed him and shoved him against the wall.

"You Son of a Bitch! You promised you wouldn't do anything to my Raptors!" Owen said angrily. A tranq dart hit Owen and he fell to the floor unconscious.

"Put him with the others." Mills said. Owen was then dragged into the cage where Claire and her team was, he was placed inside and the cage was locked.

"Owen!" Several of the others shouted.

Owen eventually woke up from the tranq dart.

"Owen! What the hell happened?" Claire asked.

"They sold Foxtrot and he's gone!" Owen answered.

"Those bastards!" Barry said. Maisie had snuck down to the area after discovering that her grandfather was dead, she heard what they were saying and went over to the cage.

"What's going on here?" Maisie asked. The others were surprised to see Maisie.

"Just being kept prisoner by some rich snob." Zia answered.

"I recognize you. You raised the Raptors like Blue and Foxtrot." Maisie said looking at Owen.

"What's your name?" Claire asked.

"Maisie." She answered.

"Look we need to let your grandfather know about this. Can you tell him?" Claire asked.

"No. He's... He's gone." Maisie answered, beginning to tear up.

"Oh. Hey kid, it's alright. Tell you what, if you help get us out of here, I'll tell you everything you want to know about the Raptors. Deal?" Owen asked.

"Okay." Maisie replied. She began searching for a way to get them out. Maisie eventually managed to find the key and opened the cage.

"Nice work. Now let's go." Barry said.

(At the cage with the Raptors)

The Raptors were worried about how Foxtrot and Owen hadn't returned yet.

*Where are they?* Charlie asked.

*I'm sure they're both fine, right Blue?* Delta said. Blue hesitated to answer.

*Blue?* Delta asked.

*I... I don't know. Maybe Foxtrot was right that things won't get better.* Blue answered. Owen and the others arrived at the cage.

*Alpha where's Foxtrot?* Charlie asked. Owen didn't understand what Charlie said, but had a feeling of what the Raptors were wondering.

"Hey girls. I'm sorry, but Foxtrot's gone." Owen said.

*WHAT?!* Charlie, Delta, and Echo all said at the same time. Blue didn't say anything, she couldn't believe that her best friend was gone. Blue just began panting heavily as if she was in a state of shock, the others noticed this.

*Blue?* Charlie asked, she moved closer and nudged Blue with her snout. Blue's only response was letting out several loud calls that were filled with so much anguish it was hard for any of the others to listen to. Owen reached into the cage and began to rub Blue's snout causing her to calm down slightly.

"Shh... It's gonna be okay Blue." Owen comforted. After a few minutes, Blue managed to calm down.

*O-Okay Alpha.* Blue said.

"Alright, now we're getting out of here so you guys can't attack any of us here." Owen said. He then pulled out the bar keeping the cage closed and the Raptors came out.

"Let's go." Owen said. The group began to look for a way out of the building.

The gang was making their way through the mansion when a group of the hunters spotted them.

"Hey! Where do you think you're going?!" The leader shouted.

"Split up!" Owen said. He, Claire, and Maisie went one way: Franklin, Zia, and Barry went another: Blue and Delta went a third direction: Charlie and Echo went towards the remaining hunters who didn't run after anyone, quickly killing the hunters before continuing in that direction.

Owen, Claire, and Maisie eventually managed to lose the hunters. However, they could faintly here the auction going on. They went to a place where they could see it.

"Now that we are halfway through this event, we'd like to offer a special teaser of what is to come. Built for the future, made from pieces of the past, we call it... The Indoraptor." Eversol said. The cage was brought out and the Indoraptor roared.

*Let me out of here! I'm gonna fucking kill all of you assholes!* The hybrid shouted. The audience gasped at the sight.

"What is that thing?" Claire asked.

"They made it. Mr. Mills and him." Maisie said, pointing at Wu.

"Designed by Dr. Henry Wu, with intelligence comparable to the Velociraptor and able to follow commands. Observe." Eversol said. One of the hunters aimed a specialized laser pointer at one of the buyer's chest, the Indoraptor immediately locked his attention on him and growled.

"Once the laser marks the target, the acoustic signal triggers the attack." Eversol explained. The hunter pressed a second button on the pointer, creating a high frequency beeping, the Indoraptor roared.

*YOU'RE FUCKING DEAD!!* The Indoraptor shouted before ramming against the side of the cage and trying to attack.

"That thing can't leave this building. I'm gonna take care of that issue." Owen said before walking off.

"Owen, be careful." Claire said.

"Got it." Owen replied.

"This animal is relentless. Now there are still modifications to be made..." Eversol started.

"200 million!" A buyer said.

"No this is a prototype and not for sale." Eversol explained.

"210!" A second buyer said.

"Well it's still a prototype..." Eversol said.

"230!" Another shouted.

"240!" A fourth said. Eversol looked over at Mills who nodded.

"$240 million." Eversol said.

"250 million." the first bidder said.

"Do I hear 260?" Eversol asked. Wu got up and walked towards Mills.

"What are you doing?" Wu asked.

"If you want to get people hooked, you gotta give them a taste." Mills said.

"He's a prototype!" Wu replied.

"This prototype is worth $280 million, right now! We'll make more." Mills said.

"And so will they." Wu replied before exiting the room.

Owen was trying to figure out how to get into the auction room, he pressed a button for the elevator. Suddenly he heard noise from down the hallway. Owen looked and saw a mercenary get sent flying into a wall, knocking him out cold.

*That's what you get asshole! I ain't going back in a cage!* A Dino said, Owen just heard grunting noises.

Soon after, a Stygimoloch ran into view, just as the elevator arrived. Owen got an idea.

"Hey buddy, you thinking what I'm thinking?" Owen asked.

*What the fuck are you talking about?* The Stygimoloch asked.

The Indoraptor had been sold and was about to be moved out. The elevator opened and a mercenary turned to look, he saw the Stygimoloch.

*Another one of you? Fuck that!* The Dino said before charging and sending the man flying into the audience.

*What the hell is going on?!* The Indoraptor asked. The Stygimoloch continued ramming into buyers and knocking them around, they screamed and began to flee. Owen dropped down from above the elevator.

"Get this thing out of here!" Mills shouted. Owen ran towards the guy at the lever and tackled him away from it. Owen knocked the man out and pulled the lever back, then pulled the wires out causing the cage to be stuck out.

*You look like fun.* The Indoraptor growled as he looked at Owen. Owen then went back to Claire and Maisie once the cage was stuck out.

(Meanwhile)

Blue and Delta ended up in the lab.

*I think we lost them.* Delta said. Blue didn't answer, she was too busy sniffing.

*What are you doing Blue?* Delta asked.

*I've found Foxtrot's scent! He's gotta be around here somewhere!* Blue said. She was in denial about her best friend being gone. Delta sniffed and found the scent as well, but she knew it was from when they took Foxtrot away.

*Blue, that's just the scent from when they took him. If he was here, he'd have found us already.* Delta replied.

*No! He's gotta be here! He can't be gone! He can't be!* Blue said hysterically. Delta knew she was gonna have to get Blue out of denial.

*Blue! Foxtrot isn't here! You need to accept that he's gone!* Delta said firmly. Blue was shocked by the bluntness and cracked.

*Why did it have to be Foxtrot?!* Blue cried out as tears built up in her eyes. Delta went over to Blue and nuzzled her in an attempt to comfort her.

*It's alright Blue. I'm sure he'll be okay, you know how tough and stubborn he can be.* Delta said softly. Blue pressed her head against Delta's chest as she began crying.

*But, I didn't get to tell him how I feel.* Blue said.

*What's that supposed to mean?* Delta asked.

*I... I'm in...l-love him.* Blue answered.

*Really? I mean I know you're best friends but, really?* Delta asked.

*I know. I know it's weird. I thought the feelings would go away, but they didn't! Now I'll never get to tell him!* Blue replied, pressing more firmly against Delta.

*It's okay, no reason to be embarrassed.* Delta comforted. She licked the top of Blue's head to soothe her. After a while, Blue managed to calm down and moved away from Delta.

*Feel better now?* Delta asked.

*Y-Yeah, a little. Thanks Delta.* Blue replied.

*No problem.* Delta said.

*Hey, can you not tell the others about this, please?* Blue asked.

*Sure, no problem.* Delta answered.

*Thank you. Now let's find the others.* Blue said. They turned and saw that the mercenaries had just managed to catch up with them. One held out a taser and the other aimed a gun. Blue and Delta screeched and pounced on them. The gun went off, hitting a gas tank and a circuit board. Once they were dead, Blue sniffed and looked.

*Let's get out of here!* Blue said. They ran out of the room, just barely managing to avoid the explosion. They then continued running away. However the explosion damaged a tank of toxic gas.

The Indoraptor was still stuck in his cage and was trying to get out of it.

*How does this thing work?* He asked as he looked at the lock on his cage. He hooked his claw on the bar keeping the cage closed and pulled up, eventually getting it out. The Indoraptor pushed the door open and stepped out into freedom.

*Ha! That was easy, now to have some fun!* The hybrid said. Wheatley came into the room and saw the Indoraptor and he noticed him. The Indoraptor roared and charged at the human, clamped down on his arm and bit it off. He then ate it in front of Wheatley.

*This is my favorite kind of fun. I love ripping you pathetic little humans to pieces.* The Indoraptor growled before roaring in Wheatley's face and biting on his torso. He began shaking the human around like a rag-doll. The Indoraptor heard a scream and looked, he saw several humans in the elevator.

*Time to play assholes!* The Indoraptor said, charging as the doors managed to close just before he got there.

*God-Damn it! So close!* The hybrid said before turning, his tail hit the panel for the elevator, reopening the doors and the Indoraptor took notice. He saw the four humans in the elevator.

*Ha-ha... One, two, three, four, Time for y'all to be no more!* The Indoraptor taunted. He roared and massacred the humans, he stabbed his claws through the eyes of one, slashed another's throat, killed one by ripping its head off, and killed the last one by flattening its chest by stomping on it.

*Now to find some more humans to have fun with. They can't escape the Ripper.* The Indoraptor growled. He then began to track the scent of humans.

Owen, Claire, and Maisie were making their way through the hallways of the mansion. Suddenly they were met by Mills and two armed men.

"You two deserve each other. Maisie, come here." Mills said. Maisie just stayed behind Owen and Claire.

"Oh, so you're going to take care of her. You have no idea what she is. Lockwood never had a grandchild, he just wanted his daughter back so he made her again." Mills said. Suddenly the Indoraptor charged out of the side hallway, snatching up the two armed men.

*Gotcha bitches!* The hybrid said before killing the men. Mills ran away, Owen and his group ran the other way.

Barry, Franklin, and Zia ended up in a room overlooking the cage with Dinos in them. A monitor showed a cloud of gas spreading in a nearby room.

"That's Hydrogen Cyanide." Zia said .

"The ventilation system is down." Franklin added.

"Can you fix it?" Barry asked.

"I'll do my best." Franklin answered.

Charlie and Echo were trying to find the others, specifically Owen, Blue, and Delta.

*Any sign of them?* Charlie asked.

*No. And how did I get stuck with you?* Echo replied.

*What's that supposed to mean?* Charlie asked, narrowing her eyes.

*It means that you're not being ANY help here, whatsoever!* Echo snapped at Charlie.

*Oh that's rich coming from the one who's strategy when hunting or fighting is just run straight in and try not to die!* Charlie snapped back.

*Okay genius, how do you think we should find the others?* Echo asked sarcastically.

*Well we could follow our scent back to where we split up and then follow the scents of the others.* Charlie answered.

*Okay, that's actually a good idea.* Echo said.

*Thank you.* Charlie replied. They then began to backtrack to where they split up from the others.

Blue and Delta stopped running to take a quick rest.

*Phew! That was close!* Blue said.

*No kidding! I've been set on fire once and I don't need it to happen again!* Delta replied.

*Yeah. Besides most of your right side proves that. You need to have at least one good looking side.* Blue said.

*Are you saying I'm not attractive?* Delta asked.

*How can I say that? I'm not a male so I'm not gonna be attracted to females.* Blue said.

*Okay, fair enough.* Delta replied.

*Well, now we need to find the others and we can't go back. You ready?* Blue asked.

*Let's do this.* Delta replied. They then began to try to find the others.

Charlie and Echo had gotten back to the place where they split up from the others.

*Okay, so should we find Alpha, Barry, or Blue and Delta?* Echo asked. Charlie took a minute to think.

*Let's find Alpha, Blue and Delta are probably searching for him as well so we'll likely meet up with them when we find Alpha.* Charlie answered.

*Alright, I bet we can find him first!* Echo said.

*Is everything a competition for you?* Charlie asked.

*If I can make it one then yes.* Echo answered.

*You might want to work on that.* Charlie said.

*Yeah, yeah, yeah. Whatever.* Echo replied sarcastically. They then began going down the hallway Owen, Claire, and Maisie went down. As they continued, they were unaware that the Indoraptor was approaching down the hallway ahead of them.

The Indoraptor detected a scent that peaked his interest. He moved towards it, he saw Charlie and Echo. They didn't notice him because they were too focused on tracking Owen's scent.

*Ooh... New playthings!* The Indoraptor growled. Echo and Charlie heard his footsteps. They looked and saw him.

*Who and what the hell are you?* Echo asked.

*I'm Ripper, the Indoraptor.* The hybrid answered. Echo made short hisses and Charlie made trills, they were laughing at the Indoraptor.

*What the hell kind of name is that?!* Charlie asked.

*No shit! I thought our names and Rexy were bad, but that name just so stupid!* Echo said.

*What's so funny?!* Ripper asked annoyed.

*That fact that someone hated you enough to name you Ripper!* Charlie answered.

*It sounds like a name some lonely asshole would create.* Echo added. Ripper roared and grabbed Echo before slamming her to the ground, pinning her down by her neck with his hand. Charlie was shocked by the sudden turn of events.

*I gave myself the name Ripper, so watch it bitch!* Ripper growled.

*That makes it worse. Why do you hate yourself enough to give yourself that stupid name?* Echo asked, her voice sounded hoarse from Ripper's hand partially restricting her airflow.

*THAT'S IT!! I'M GONNA TEAR OFF YOUR LIMBS AND SAVE YOUR HEAD FOR LAST YOU FUCKING LITTLE BITCH!!* Ripper screamed. Before he could begin, Charlie pounced on him and knocked him away from Echo. She got back up and looked at Charlie.

*Let's get out of here!* Echo said.

*Right!* Charlie replied. They began to run away, Ripper roared and ran after them. However, they were much faster than him and he lost them.

*Damn it!* Ripper growled. He then detected the scent of Owen, Claire, and Maisie. The last one got him extra excited, he recognized the scent was from the little girl who he almost got when he was still stuck in a cage.

*Now for the real play time! I'm gonna get you little girl!* Ripper growled before following the scent.

The truck that was carrying Foxtrot came to a stop in Texas. Foxtrot was curled up, still depressed about being separated from his pack. The truck backed up and the back opened up into a pen.

"Alright, come on Raptor. Get out." A man said. Foxtrot didn't respond, he just stayed curled up and whimpered. The man grabbed a small rock and threw it at Foxtrot, hitting him.

"Move you stupid lizard!" The man shouted. Foxtrot looked at the man, but didn't move otherwise.

*Fuck off and leave me alone!* Foxtrot said annoyed. He then laid his head back down. The man who bought Foxtrot came over to the truck.

"What's the problem here?" The man asked.

"Nothing Mr. Turner. The stupid Dino just won't move." The man at the truck answered.

"Well he reacted to blue lights, let's try that." Turner said.

"Of course Sir." The man replied. He grabbed a blue flare and lit it. Foxtrot looked at it and growled, his intimidation display lighting up.

*So you want to challenge me? Bring it!* Foxtrot said. He screeched and charged, but the human moved out of the way, Foxtrot ended up inside of the pen and the gate was closed behind him. Foxtrot heard the sound of the gate closing.

*Damn it! You can't get away that easily!* Foxtrot said. He tried to charge at the humans, but only ended up hitting the electric fence. Foxtrot yelped and jumped back.

*What the...?* Foxtrot asked. He bumped the fence again and jumped back with a yelp again.

"Ha! Don't like 8,800 volts do ya?!" The man with the flare taunted. Foxtrot just growled in response.

"That's enough Eli, I need my Raptor in good condition to use for fighting." Turner said.

"Sorry Sir. I've just encountered this Raptor before on the island and I don't like him much." Eli replied.

*Fuck both of you sons of bitches!* Foxtrot said. He recognized Eli and still wanted payback for Eli hitting him with a taser repeatedly for little to no reason and stabbing his snout with a knife.

"I don't think he likes you either." Turner said.

"No kidding." Eli replied. Foxtrot narrowed his eyes and bared his teeth, growling at the humans.

*I've gotta get out of here somehow.* Foxtrot said. He began to pace around the pen, both because he was nervous and to look for weak spots.

Owen had turned off all the lights in the displays of Dinosaurs so they could try to sneak through. However, the Indoraptor was in the room and had killed a human. They hid behind a display of a Cerotopsian skull, but Ripper detected their scents.

*Ooh! I know you're here! And I love playing with my food!* Ripper growled. He began to search around the display and the group snuck around to the other side. Ripper climbed up on the skull and looked around.

*Come out, come out, where-ever you are! Just cooperate and I'll make you're deaths even more painful!* Ripper growled. A walkie talkie went off and Ripper looked down, he roared at the group and they ran away.

*You can't get away that easily!* Ripper shouted. He chased after them, smashing through a skeleton as the humans ran up a spiral staircase. Ripper grabbed and pulled down the railing before managing to climb up. However, he didn't see the humans.

*God-Damn it! You little shits have to make this difficult! Fine! I'll get you eventually!* Ripper shouted. Owen, Claire, and Maisie had snuck behind a door and went into the darkened display cabinets. Owen crept across first and got to the other side, he looked back at Maisie and Claire.

"Come on and keep quiet!" Owen whispered, gesturing for them to follow him. Maisie went across next, followed by Claire. They then went into the next cabinet and began to creep across. However, in an attempt to restart the Ventilation system, Franklin had rebooted the entire system which turned on the lights where Owen, Claire, and Maisie were. Ripper now saw where they were.

*Gotcha now fuckers!* Ripper shouted. Maisie screamed and Ripped crashed through the glass, knocking down the display which pinned down Claire. Ripper's killing claw stabbed Claire's leg making her cry out in pain. Owen managed to help Maisie get out and she ran away screaming, Ripper looked at the noise and recognized Maisie.

*I'm gonna get you now you little bitch!* Ripper shouted. He took off after Maisie, pursuing her up the stairs and through the hallways. Maisie climbed into a dumb waiter and worked to close the door as Ripper got closer.

*Nowhere to run now!* Ripper taunted. Maisie got the door shut, Ripper slammed into it and the wall.

*Damn it! You just have to be difficult!* Ripper growled as he scratched at the door. The light from a lighthouse caused him to look out of the window.

*You're not safe yet bitch!* Ripper growled.

Owen helped get Claire's legs free from the display and put pressure on the stab wound with a cloth.

"Owen, you have to go after her." Claire said.

"I can't just leave you here." Owen replied. Claire pulled him in and kissed him.

"Go, I'll be fine." Claire said. Owen was surprised, but nodded in response. He picked up the gun from the dead human then took off after Maisie and Ripper.

Maisie got into her room and locked the door before climbing into her bed and hiding under the covers. Ripper had climbed onto the roof and roared in the rain.

*Now I'm gonna get you bitch!* Ripper growled as he went towards the balcony outside Maisie's bedroom. He reached down and managed to open the door before jumping down to the balcony. He crept into Maisie's room and growled at her.

*Are you scared? You fucking should be. I'm gonna enjoy every second of this!* Ripper growled. He slowly approached and reached towards her, enjoying the terror he was causing which was evident by her screaming that was muffled by the blanket.

Chapter Text

Right as Ripper was about to begin attacking Maisie, Owen kicked open the door.

"Maisie, stay down!" Owen said, aiming his gun at the hybrid.

*What the hell?!* Ripper shouted. Owen fired the gun several times and Ripper yelped, falling back briefly. However, the bullets hadn't punctured Ripper's thick and durable hide, instead they fell out to the floor.

*Is that the best you got?* Ripper taunted as he stood back up. Owen tried to fire the gun again, but it was out of ammo. Owen began to back away, ending up against the wall.

*You're in big trouble now asshole!* Ripper growled, approaching Owen. Suddenly, Blue and Delta finally managed to track down Owen, they noticed Ripper threatening him.

*Get away from Alpha!* Blue shouted. She screeched and pounced on Ripper.

*Get off of me! Who the hell are you?!* Ripper shouted. Blue didn't reply, she just continued attacking, biting and clawing at Ripper's thick hide. Owen ran over to Maisie as Ripper bit Blue's tail and threw her to the floor. Delta leaped onto the hybrid's back, Ripper snarled at Delta, Blue got back up and pounced on Ripper again as he threw Delta against a wall. She knocked him off his feet and a string of lights wrapped around her, Maisie and Owen ran out onto the balcony.

*Fuck off!* Ripper shouted as he kicked Blue away, sending her flying into Maisie's bed, her head slammed against the wall and she was knocked out. Charlie and Echo arrived as Delta attacked Ripper.

*Great! It's the dumbass with a stupid name!* Echo said. Ripper heard this and growled at Echo, he grabbed Delta and threw her into Charlie.

*You again bitch?! Now I'm gonna fucking kill you!* Ripper shouted.

*Bring it on Rapper!* Echo replied, purposefully messing up his name.

*It's Ripper you little shit!* Ripper snapped back. Echo charged forward and pounced on Ripper's back and he tried to shake her off. Charlie and Delta recovered and Delta heard the Indoraptor's name.

*Did he just say his name is Ripper?* Delta asked.

*Yep, he named himself that.* Charlie answered.

*That's a stupid name that sounds like someone with no creativity would make up!* Delta said. Echo got thrown to the floor and Ripper then smashed her through a window, knocking Owen and Maisie down and they slid down to a lower part of the roof.

*Can you make fun of the name later?!* Echo asked. Charlie and Delta attacked the hybrid, buying Echo time to get up. Ripper roared and grabbed Charlie's tail with his jaws before throwing her out over the balcony, she fell down to the ground which broke her left leg which landed first. The impact also sprained her left wrist, dislocated her hip, and bruised several ribs. Luckily, none of Charlie's major organs or blood vessels were damaged, although she had been knocked unconscious.

*YOU SON OF A BITCH!! YOU'RE SO FUCKING DEAD!!* Delta screamed. She pounced on Ripper and Echo screeched before pouncing on the hybrid as well. Ripper snarled and grabbed Delta, he threw her against the wall and she was dazed by the impact. Ripper then managed to shake Echo off of his back, turned around and pinned her down on her left side with his hands, one on her neck and the other on her right thigh.

*Now to have some fun!* Ripper growled. He clamped his jaws around Echo's ribs and began gradually increasing the force he used, Echo shrieked in pain and squirmed desperately to try to escape, but she couldn't get out of his tight grip. Delta shook her head and noticed Echo being brutalized by Ripper. She got up and pounced on him causing him to stagger back in surprise, they crashed through a window and tumbled out onto the roof in the rain. Delta had hit her head during the fall and was now unconscious, Echo tried to get up to help, but it was too painful for her to move.

Owen and Maisie climbed onto a large glass dome, Ripper struggled to pursue them on the wet ladder. Once they got to the end, they saw that their was nowhere else to run. Ripper managed to climb up and placed his hand on the glass which broke under his weight.

*Nice try, but I ain't falling for your tricks. You both are going to die!* Ripper said before roaring. The hybrid began moving towards them, walking along the center beam of the glass roof. Claire had managed to find them and began making noise to get Ripper's attention.

*Alright, you're first!* Ripper said, backing towards Claire. Claire had found the laser marker used for the Indoraptor and aimed it at Owen's chest, Ripper growled and stared at him, Owen nodded at Claire, she pressed the button that made the noise triggering the attack. Ripper roared and charged at Owen who ran towards him, Owen slid out of the way and Ripper crashed through the glass. Owen hit his back against a wall as Ripper clung onto the center beam over the Cerotopsian skull.

Blue regained consciousness and shook her head, she saw Echo laying on the floor injured.

*Echo! What happened?!* Blue asked.

*That thing threw Charlie outside, brutalized me, and went out the window with Delta.* Echo answered.

*I'm gonna go help, you just rest.* Blue said before climbing out onto the roof. Ripper managed to pull himself back up onto the center beam and growled at Owen.

*No more games asshole!* Ripper growled. Delta woke up and saw Ripper near Owen, she tried to get up, but she spotted Blue approaching during a lightning flash, Owen saw her as well.

*SURPRISE MOTHERFUCKER!!* Blue shouted before pouncing on Ripper.

*What the fuck?!* Ripper shouted. The beam he was standing on gave out and they fell, Ripper slashed the right side of Blue's head before he was impaled on the horns of the skull, he twitched briefly before dying. Blue stood on top of him and screeched in victory before jumping down.

*Now I need to find Charlie.* Blue said before running off. Owen, Claire, and Maisie looked down at the dead Indoraptor. Barry, Franklin, and Zia entered the room and were shocked by the dead Indoraptor, they then noticed the group on the roof.

"Hey! You guys okay?" Barry asked.

"Yeah, are you?" Owen replied.

"Nope!" Franklin answered.

"Hey we've got a situation downstairs. You need to see this." Zia explained.

"Alright." Claire replied. Owen, Claire, and Maisie began to look for a way down and saw Delta.

*Are you okay Alpha?* Delta asked. Owen could tell that she was concerned.

"Hey girl, we're fine. You need to go find Blue, Charlie, and Echo. Okay?" Owen said, holding his hand out.

*Got it Alpha!* Delta said before running off towards Echo.

Delta managed to climb up to a broken window and enter Maisie's bedroom where Echo was.

*You okay Echo?* Delta asked.

*I've been better.* Echo answered. Delta moved closer to Echo and examined her injuries before beginning to lick them clean, Echo hissed and flinched in pain.

*That hurts!* Echo said.

*Either I clean these wounds or Alpha will, and that's gonna hurt more.* Delta replied.

*Fine! Just make it quick!* Echo said. Delta resumed cleaning the bite from Ripper and finished after a few minutes.

*Done. Now Alpha wanted me to find Blue and Charlie.* Delta said.

*You've gotta be kidding me!* Echo replied. She didn't want to move since her body still throbbed with pain.

*Get up or I'm gonna drag your sorry ass around!* Delta threatened. Echo knew that based on Delta's tone, she wasn't kidding and it wouldn't be a comfortable experience for her.

*Alright, alright. I'm coming.* Echo said. She struggled to rise to her feet and stand, Delta moved towards her and helped her get up.

*Thanks.* Echo said.

*No problem. Now let's find Blue and Charlie.* Delta replied. They began to search, however they had to go slowly because of Echo's injuries.

Blue had been running around the mansion, trying to find an exit that she could use. Eventually she found one after around 20 minutes of searching.

*Finally! Who designed this place?!* Blue asked herself. She ran outside and began looking for Charlie.

*Charlie! Where are you?! Charlie!* Blue shouted, but didn't ever get a response. Blue eventually found Charlie, she was still unconscious and Blue ran over to her.

*Charlie! Come on, wake up! Please, I can't lose another pack-mate!* Blue said, desperately nudging Charlie's head. It didn't work, but Blue noticed that Charlie's sides were rising and falling with her breathing, Blue felt relief wash over her.

*Oh, thank goodness!* Blue said happily, she nuzzled Charlie. Blue looked Charlie over, she noticed that her left leg was bent awkwardly above and below the knee, all three of the large bones in her leg had broken. Blue also saw that Charlie's hip was at an awkward angle as well.

*D-Don't worry. Alpha will be able to help.* Blue said. It was more so to reassure herself since Charlie was unconscious which was to her benefit as otherwise she'd likely be in intense pain. Delta and Echo arrived eventually and noticed the damage to Charlie's left leg and hip. Delta helped Echo lay down and then went over to Blue.

*So, what are we gonna do now Blue?* Delta asked.

*We're gonna wait for Alpha, he'll know what to do.* Blue said before beginning to pace around like Foxtrot usually would when nervous or upset.

Suddenly there was the sound of a stampede and all the Dinos ran out of the mansion. Mills had hid under a car and once the stampede was over he crawled out to pick up the Indominus Rex rib. Rexy however, clamped his jaws around the man and ate him.

*Not the best meal, but it'll do for now.* Rexy said before roaring. He then began to walk away and inadvertently crushed the I-Rex rib by stepping on it. Owen and the others exited the mansion afterwards and saw the Raptors. Owen ran over to them and saw how badly Charlie and Echo were injured.

"Barry, Zia! I'm gonna need your help!" Owen said, they came over. The three of them carefully relocated Charlie's hip.

"We're gonna need professional equipment to fix Charlie's leg." Zia said.

"Okay, but we'll get it fixed eventually. Right?" Owen asked.

"We'll do our best." Barry said. The other Raptors approached Owen.

*What do we do now Alpha?* Blue asked.

"Come on girls, we're going home." Owen said.

Chapter Text

Foxtrot had been examining the electric fence that was keeping him in. He'd discovered the power lines providing the fence its electricity.

*How do I get rid of those?* Foxtrot asked himself. He looked around and found that his containment place had tons of rocks in it.

*Those might work.* Foxtrot said. He grabbed a small rock and threw it, it didn't even end up close to his target. He growled quietly and tried again, once again missing badly. No guards were watching Foxtrot, believing that the fence was enough to keep him contained.

*Damn it!* Foxtrot said frustrated. After a few dozen tries, Foxtrot finally hit what he was aiming for with a small rock.

*Yes! Finally!* Foxtrot said. He grabbed a larger rock and threw it, it hit the power lines and made some sparks. Foxtrot then grabbed an even bigger rock and threw it, this time the rock broke the power lines off and an alarm went off.

*Now to get the hell out of here!* Foxtrot said. He charged at the fence at full speed and bent the wires, he did it again and the wires bent even more, third time and a few snapped. Foxtrot finally broke through on the fourth try, right as men came out with stun guns and tranq guns.

*Fuck you assholes! I'm outta here!* Foxtrot taunted, running off towards a nearby forest.

"Fire!" Eli shouted. As Foxtrot ran, he zig zagged to avoid getting hit and made it to the cover of the forest.

"What is going on?" Turner asked.

"The Raptor escaped." Eli answered.

"Get him back here! Whatever it takes, just don't kill him." Turner said.

"Yes sir." Eli replied, going to gather what he believed he needed to capture Foxtrot.

A container holding a Baryonyx was being loaded into a plane.

*Let me out of here you bastards!* The Dino shouted as she bit at the bars on the container.

A convoy of trucks drove through a desert, one of them contained an Allosaurus.

*I've gotta get out of here! Once I do, I'm gonna eat all of these assholes!* He said, hitting against the sides of the container.

Owen, Claire, and Maisie were in a truck carrying Charlie and Echo in a small container. Zia and Barry were in the back with them, they were keeping the injured Raptors sedated so they didn't feel the pain from their injuries. Blue and Delta ran alongside the truck. The group was heading to Owen's cabin that he lived at before being hired at Jurassic World, he'd had Claire and Barry looking after it since he had stayed on the island. Zia had managed to reset Charlie's broken leg as best as she could and put a cast on.

At a beach, a surfer was riding a large wave. He was unaware of the Mosasaurus approaching from behind.

*Perfect little snack!* She said before opening her jaws and completely engulfing the surfer as he fell off his board.

Rexy broke down a fence at a zoo and saw a lion. He roared at the much smaller animal on top of a small cliff, it roared back.

*You seriously want to challenge me dumbass?* Rexy asked. He growled at the lion and lunged forward, his jaws clamped down on the mammal and crushed it. Rexy then carried his prey away, looking for a safe place to eat it.

A trio of Pteranodons was flying over a large body of water.

*See any fish?* One asked.

*Not yet.* Another answered.

*Nothing.* The third said

Foxtrot had continued running, taking short breaks before running again, getting around 50 miles away from where he had been contained by dusk. He was now on a hill that overlooked a barren landscape.

*Don't worry guys, I'm gonna find you! No matter what!* Foxtrot shouted.
