Chapter Text
After Esogu left, Aokra went over to Alina.
"Sick and helmet is not a good idea", Alina admitted.
"Nobody told you, to even get out of bed", her buir replied and put again a cold towel on her forehead.
"I know, buir, I know", she mumbled and closed her eyes. Shortly after, she felt asleep.
Aokra decided to make a round through camp. Ragnar finished the tasks of his buir and when he spotted the weaponmaster, he went over.
"Alor, can I help you with something?", Ragnar wanted to know.
"Sure. You could think about, who would be best to sent next to help with the building of our new camp. He will come back alone and flies with the next ones back", she suggested.
Paz took over the cockpit. The other vode took turn with taking their meals. Paz would eat a bit later.
"Beviin, are you still there?", he asked.
"Sure, Paz. Do you want to ask me that every 10 minutes from now on?", the little holo replied and you could here a laugh.
"Nayc, but I wanted to ask you something. When we arrive, do you think, that the others are still happy to see us?" - "Paz, our vode are still loyal to our Alor and clan. Nobody thought, that she or you died through the hand of the empire", Beviin made clear and stared back out of the window into the countless stars.
The next day arrived and it was already midday, but Alina was still fast asleep. The ade played and ran wild through camp. The Alor needed to put some of them off, because they wanted to play with Alina.
"Then we will ask Ragnar, hurry!"
Aokra grinned and mumbled to herself: "Poor Ragnar."
She sat back down again and finished her tea in peace. After a while, Alina got up, sat beside her buir and took herself a mug.
Esogu announced himself and Alina and Aokra put her helmets back on, then they called him in. He brought something from the town. The Alor observed it closely and nodded.
"The dealer said, that the fruit is really sweet, but also rare. Here on Nevarro are only three trees left", Esogu explained.
"We will give the seeds Paz, when he returns. They should cultivate these fruits there. Until we will all arrive there, they should already grown into tree", Aokra suggested.
"We could start right now, to turn them into seedlings, buir, so Paz can plant the little ones right away", Alina proposed.
Esogu cut the fruit into pieces and Alina put a slice under her helmet. "Oh Manda! It's delicous!", she uttered and grabbed the next slice.
As she wanted to take the sixth slice, her buir took the plate away.
"Jate, we will grow the seeds here", Aokra confirmed. Esogu nodded and wanted to get potting compost and pots in the next few days. He said his goodbyes and left.
Alina was still offended, because she wasn't allowed to eat more of the fruit. It didn't remained a secret to her buir, that Alinas stomach growled, so she left to get her something to eat.
