As we heard Maddie’s voice from the speakers.. we knew we had to do the trial all over again.
“Fuck… I don’t want to do this all over again.. last time we almost died.” Prejoy said.
“Yeah.. and Me and Jun almost got voted out because you guys were dumbass…” Zoey rolled her eyes.
“Guys I’m sure we can figure out who it is again… don’t lose hope.” Monica said.
“Monica’s right… we can figure outs the murderer again.. I think!” Kara said as a cold sweat dripped down her forehead. “Hopefully..” Kara whispered under her breath.
“Did I not just say report to the meeting room??” Chloe said, voice a little more demanding. “Oh shit.. guys we gotta go!!!” Hannah said. “Do you guys ever wonder what the consequences are?” Shuake asked.
“Well…. If you had half a brain, you would know if probably death or some form of torture.” Bootytickler said.
“Bootytickler… is right!” Sen said. “Wow, really I would’ve never known Sen.. thanks!” Jun replied. “Shut the fuck up, and let’s hurry up to meeting room.” Sen said.
We realized we spent 5 minutes more standing around and not talking and we rushed to the meeting room. We were breathless as we got there, since the building was big and it took some time to get to places.
“Wow, finally you guys are here. Took you longer enough.” Maddie said.
“We were almost there, Maddie..!” Kara said.
“Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, Kara.” Maddie said to her childhood best friend. “Uhm.. anyways, let’s start off you’ll have 1 hour and 30 minutes like last time. Go!”
As we all took our places, we were now looking at each other. Okay NOW we had no clues and shit. “Can we just start saying it’s random people… since like we have nothing to go off right now.” Kio said. “No? Why would we accuse random people!” Celia rolled her eyes. “I think it’s Hannah.. they ARE looking pretty suspicious” Jello blurted out.
“What? What the fuck, Jello! I thought we had something why are you assuming it’s me?” Hannah said. “It’s a joke…” Jello averted his attention. Okay the tension in the room was thick now.
“So.. uhm why don’t we start off by looking at clues first.” Much said. “Mich is right. Accusing random people won’t get us anywhere. Just burned alive while the killer is free.” Thile said.
“Alright.. let’s look at Caitie dead body does anyone see something?” Isaiah said.
“I see a dead body.. does that help?” Prejoy said. “Prejoy… wow you’re so smart! No one else but YOU could see a dead body staring right infront of us. Everyone clap it up!” Max said. “Wait.. really? I thought it was obvious.” Prejoy said.
“Prejoy are you fucking stupid.. how about you just stop talking.” Surou said. “Wait.. why I thought I was pretty helpful I mea-“ Prejoy was about say before everyone told him to shut up because he wasn’t saying anything helpful.
“Great.. 15 minutes passed and we haven’t gotten anywhere.” Erin said. “Everyone shut up and examine the dead body. Look for clues, like how Lara dead body spelt out Luci name.” Runa said.
We all nodded and examined the dead body. There wasn’t anything that stood out, Caitie body had a hint wound in her head, chest and legs. She had bruises and signs of struggling around her neck and neck was laying on the back of the bed.
“Guys.. how about we do something like last time! Everyone state what they were doing last night.”
“Sleeping??” Mia said.
“I was sleeping aswell…” Quincy said.
“I think most people were sleeping if we’re being for real right now.” Ewok said.
“What were you doing Ewok?” Val replied to her.
“Sleeping too????” Ewok replied back.
“Is there anyone that was doing anything besides Sleeping?” Rayan said.
“I was playing games like last time but I quickly fell asleep.” Zoey said.
“Yeah….. I’m afraid we’re cooked uhm. So..” Yume said as she scratched the back of her neck. “Guys.. wait guys do you see that jewelry in Caitie hand?” Lena said, as she looked closer at Caities dead body. “Yeah.. I see it.” Kazu said.
“Wait a damn minute.. wasn’t Monica wearing that earlier?” Sol said, looking straight at Monica.
As you look at Monica.. you could see she no longer had the necklace on. “Hey.. where did my necklace go. Guys, please, I swear I had it on when I went to sleep. I don’t know what happened to it.” Monica said, her eyes widened a bit as she felt around her neck and felt the necklace she had on earlier was no longer on.
“Alright.. so what do you think happened to it since it’s suddenly gone?” Ewok said.
“I don’t know? Maybe it fell.. or maybe the murder took it off while I was sleeping but they’re framing me! Believe me guys, I wouldn’t kill someone.” Monica tried explaining herself.
“You do know.. it’s not a choice to kill someone you get the assigned the role and have to fulfill it and if you don’t. You die, easy as that? Unless that’s just an excuse.” Willy said.
“Agreed, did you not read the rules? Because I’m pretty sure everyone did. Were you the old one out?” Mizi said.
“I read the rules.. but I didn’t really pay attention because I thought this whole thing was just a joke. Not a real life thing! Everyone did.” Monica said.
“That is right, I thought it was just a joke and skipped over the rules.” Rosa defended Monica.
“I was half asleep when reading the rules so I honestly didn’t understand shit.. but also that doesn’t explain the fact how your necklace got in Caitie hands. Because I’m sure it didn’t teleport there or am I wrong?” Jun said.
“Maybe it did! Because I swore I had it on before I went to bed.” Monica said.
“Didn’t know a power in this game was superpowers.. do we each get one because where’s mine?” Zoey joked.
“Prejoy got being a dumbass as a superpower I’m afraid.” Isaiah said. “This isn’t like you Isaiah.. your suppose to be kind to me, I remember all those days…”Prejoy said as a fake tear slipped from his eye.
The timer beeped as it reached the 1 hour mark, we had 1 hour left to figure out who murdered caitie or else we’d all be done.
“Prejoy and Isaiah stop joking around this is serious..” Deren said. “Haven’t we practically found out who the murderer is??” Isaiah said. “It could be like last time how we thought it was Jun or Zoey.. she would atleast be sure. It’s better to be safe than sorry.” Celia said.
“I agree, plus what’s with that reflection in the mirror?” Alex said.
We all quickly turned our attention towards the photo on ours phones.. you could see a silhouette in the mirror but Monica long hair. The person was short and had short hair. “I told you guys.. it could be someone else.” Celia said.
“Okay.. if it’s not Monica then who is it?” Shuake said.
“Yeah.. we can’t be sure if that’s NOT Monica.. it could just be a bad angle.” Yuzu said.
“Idk guys.. Jun has pretty short hair.” Kio said. “For fucks sake not this shit again.. it’s not me. First, y’all accused me for lipgloss.. now it’s for having short hair when a ton of people in here have short hair? Let’s get real.” Jun was clearly pissed off for being falsely accused once and now he is accused again.
“I don’t think it’s Jun though, the person has short to their shoulders. Jun has kinda like a pixie cut, yknow?” Yf said. “Yf is right, that doesn’t look like Juns hair.” Erin said.
“Thanks being I was gonna get out for something stupid once again.” Jun thanked Yf and Erin
“It’s probably just Monica.” Kara said.
“Or it could be going right over our heads, and it could be obvious who it is.” Thilme.
“There’s 30 of us.. I don’t think it went over EVERY single person head.” Sen said.
“Well.. it would definitely go over yours.. plus from gen 2 you guys aren’t the smartest people I know.” Yuzu replied. “I honestly agree, I think it could definitely fly over every single persons head.” Bootytickler said.
“Well then.. if no one noticed anything else then we’re probably right about it being Monica.” Lena said.
“It isn’t fucking me.. the person who did it is probably just as quiet as a mouse right now.” Monica replied.
“You’re so defensive.. and for what?” Sol side eyed Monica.
“I don’t know why I’m being defensive right now.. maybe it’s because we could all fucking burn to death maybe that’s WHY? Should I just stand here as you guys falsely accuse me or what?” Monica raised her voice.
Monica was arguing back and forth with people, but then someone noticed something. Something fell out of Kara’s pocket.. it was a small gem but it fell, it was covered in what seemed like blood but it was dried at this point. She quickly picked it up and put it back in her pocket and acted as if nothing happened.
“Hey.. Kara.” Mizi looked at her.
“Y-Yeah?” She averted her eyes and gulped, afraid that Mizi might’ve could her.
“What just fell out your pocket?” She questioned again.
“What do you mean Mizi? Did you see anything fall out her pocket?” Bazinga look confused.
“Yeah.. now I’m curious. What do you have in your pocket Kara?” Max asked.
“N-Nothing.. don’t worry about it.. let’s just focus on the trial.” Kara said nervously, sweating.
“Kara no. Let’s see what’s in your pocket first, THEN we can continue the trial.” Mich said. “I said, it’s nothing! Leave me alone.” Kara yelled.
Someone sneaked up behind her and quickly took what’s in her pocket out. “Ah-hah! What’s this, Kara?” Maeno smiled at her. What was in her hair, was a cyan gem. It wasn’t big but was medium for a gem, it was covered in dried blood. “Hey.. that’s a piece of my necklace! How did you get that Kara?” Monica asked.
“Fuck.. I uhm.. found it! On the ground.. of Caities bedroom.” Kara explained.
“Woah.. that’s so believable, you weren’t even one of the first people at Caities dorm.. you somehow managed to sneak and pick up a gem? Let’s not lie here, tell us the truth.” Cely said.
“Well I-i don’t know..?” Kara said unsure.
“Alright… well I think it’s time to get voted out!” Surou said. “Guys.. hear me out! It isn’t me..” Kara tried explaining herself.
“Then who is it? Because no one here is as suspicious as you and you HAD her necklace and were quiet the whole time?” Sydnee questioned her.
10 minutes left!
“10 minutes left? I didn’t even realize it went by that fast.. guess we’re just that good at finding out who the murderer is..” Dawnn said.
“What did you contribute to this whole thing?” Hannah side eyed Dawnn.
“Being here??” Dawnn replied back.
“Being useless…………” WillyOG said.
“To be fair.. everyone was pretty useless. If it want for Kara dropping her Gem. We could’ve voted out the wrong person AGAIN.” Lena said.
“It’s not our faults? It’s not like we can find out who the murder is by our brains..” Quincy said.
“Maybe because they aren’t really big, we just be glad that we were able to figure it out and live another day I guess.” Vue said.
“I agree, no-“ Mia was about to finish her sentence before the speaker came on.
“Hey egoists, I hope you guys managed to figure out who it was because… times up!” Maddie said.
“Please vote on who you think it is on your phones please.. I’ll be back in 30 seconds.” Maddie smiled before the speaker turned off.
We all decided that the best decision would be Kara, she had no way to defeat herself and was the most suspicious. Kara look defeated and didn’t even touch her Phone.
As Maddie said, she came back in 30 seconds this time not on the speaker but the big screen. “You guys all voted Kara, I see? Well.. it’s truly sad to see you go but, you guys are…”
We were all on our tippy toes waiting for what she’s going to say.
“You guys are correct!” Maddie didn’t sound as excited as she did when she announced who the murderer was last time. It’s probably because Kara is her childhood best friend. “You all may leave.”
We all exited the room happily, glad that we get to live another day.
“Yes! We did it guys!” Monica said happily.. “can’t believe I almost got voted out though…” Monica added on.
“Wait.. so how did your necklace get into Caities room?” Ewok said. “I genuinely don’t know.. like I told you Kara must have took it and put it in Caities hand or something…” Monica explained.
“Maybe we should start believing people more..” Shuake added on.
“But if we believed everything someone said.. wouldn’t we be dead right now?” Isaiah said. “You’re so smart! Of course we would be dead.. I think..” Prejoy replied to Isaiah.
“Now that that’s done.. why don’t we go eat in the cafeteria?” Sol said.
“I want too.. but I kinda don’t because last time we went to the cafeteria to eat they displayed a video of Luci dying and I think that traumatized me forever.” Mint said.
“I agree.. it was so disgusting but I’m extremely hungry so how about we just don’t look at the video if they display it mkay?” Yuzu replied.
“Yeah.. that should do it.” Val said.
We all went to the cafeteria to eat and took our respectful spots. We all ate in peace and the video never showed up.. guess Maddie didn’t want to display it this time.
—In the meeting room heh—
Maddie came in the meeting room and locked eyes with Kara. “Hey.. I even made it easier for you so you wouldn’t get out and somehow you still did.” Maddie told Kara. “You could’ve just not made me Murderer? That would’ve been easier.” Kara replied back. “Then.. it was possible someone could’ve murdered you!” Maddie told her.
“Why not just lock the door or something.” Kara said. “I couldn’t do that!” Maddie yelled. “Whatever.. I don’t wanna argue with you. Kill me already.” Kara said as she looked down. “Yeah.. that’ll do.” Maddie said as she walked away from Kara.
Nothing really happened the first 5 minutes but then Kara noticed the floor becoming smaller and smaller and when she looked down.. there was just big, sharp, spikes. She knew eventually the platform would become too small and she’ll get pierced by the spikes and that’s what happened.
Kara fell and fell until she got pierced by the spikes. It was a horrific sight and luckily Maddie didn’t stream it.
—Back to Cafeteria—
As we finished eating and threw away our trays we noticed it getting darker outside.
“Ughhh… why does it turn to night so quickly, I hate it here.” Mich complained.
“Right.. anyways let’s get to our rooms, I wanna sleep early today felt so tiring for some reason.” Zoey said.
“I agree, goodnight guys..” Rayan said.
“We should sleep together in the same bed.. I don’t know though..” Prejoy said to Isaiah.
“No thank you.. love you though! Goodnight.” Isaiah said as he made his way to his room.
“Maybe next time…” Mint said. “Maybe..” Prejoy said.
We made our way to our rooms and just waited for the announcements.
The speaker came on and we heard Chloe’s voice. “You guys are already in your rooms that’s good! Anyways.. I’ll be locking the doors now, have a jolly time I guess.” She said, before she turned off the speaker.
As the clock reached 12am, we knew someone was getting murdered, just didn’t know who as we heard the same ol footsteps coming forwards and backwards and the same anxious feeling it wasn’t long before the sun rose again.
The doors were now unlocked.
“GUYS… THE DEAD BODY IS HERE..” Someone called out.
Once again… we saw a dead body.
Surou lifeless body was lying on the carpet of his closet.
The speaker came on.
“Make your way to the main room, thank you.”
