Shen Yuan was enjoying his time with Shen Jiu, they both were sitting on in the clear lake cultivating. Well, it was more like Shen Yuan was on Shen Jiu's lap helping Shen Jiu's Qi stay stable while Shen Jiu cultivated.
Shen Jiu opened his eyes and looked down at Shen Yuan and petted his head. Shen Jiu sighed and looked up. 'How am I going to be able to ride Shen Yuan...' Shen Jiu thought.
Shen Yuan had no wings which you would normally help hook the harness on and had fur which would make a harness slide and maybe fall off.
"What is the matter?" Shen Yuan asked poking his head up to look at Shen Jiu worry in his tone as he spoke. Shen Yuan could tell Shen Jiu was thinking about something and was worried.
"Hmm? Oh it's-" Shen Jiu started before a loud bang went off. It made both Shen's head snap to the sound startling the human and dragon alike.
"What was that?!" Shen Yuan asked worried and a bit scared. Was it an attack? Or had Bai Zhan Disciples invaded Qing Jin once again?
Shen Jiu got up and grabbed Shen Yuan letting the dragon crawl up his arm and wrap around his neck as he rushed to where the sound came from.
"Those Bai Zhan brutes!" Shen Jiu hissed as he saw the blue and white robes of Bai Zhan disciples that had broken through the wards once again.
"Don't they have anything better to do?" Shen Yuan growled glaring at them than had an idea. "A-Jiu should order the Qing Jing disciples to be able to fight back! We are the strategist Peak."
Shen Jiu paused and looked at Shen Yuan then smirked slightly. 'I see, so then my reputation will be busted.' Shen Jiu thought petting Shen Yuan.
So, that was what Shen Jiu did. He ordered the Qing Jing disciples on how to attack. Now they didn't have the muscles that Bai Zhan did, but they did have numbers and a brain.
Qing Jing overpowered the Bai Zhan disciples who had invaded Qing Jing and by Shen Yuan's recommendation they were tied to poles and held so they looked like a pray that was just caught.
Shen Yuan was smirking as his tail swished and swayed. Shen Jiu snapped open his fan to hide his smirk that he had. That was until that idiot Liu Mingliu had to fly over.
"Shen Jiu!" Liu Mingliu shouted storming over with Zhan Dao on Liu Mingliu's back growling and hissing at Shen Yuan and Shen Jiu.
Shen Yuan growled at Zhan Dao while Shen Jiu rolled his eyes. "What now brute?" Shen Jiu asked annoyance in his tone. "If you came for the other brutes, we were just about to take them back."
"Why are they tied up then?!" Liu Mingliu demanded anger flashing in his electric blue eyes as he glared dagger into Shen Jiu's anthracite eyes. "Let them go!"
"After they are off of Qing Jing!" Shen Jiu snapped back, snapping his fan shut against his hand with a loud crack which sent shivers down the surrounding Bai Zhan and Qing Jing disciples.
"Fight me then!" Liu Mingliu shouted as he summoned, Cheng Luan and pointed it at Shen Jiu. "If you wont let them go we'll fight for them to be let go!"
Shen Jiu didn't get another word in when Liu Mingliu charged at him and he summoned Xiu Ya to block Liu Mingliu's attack and pushed him back.
"Liu Mingliu you idiot! There is no fighting on Qing Jing!" Shen Jiu shouted as he blocked another one of Liu Mingliu's attacks and then froze.
'A-Yuan...Where is A-Yuan?!' Shen Jiu thought as he looked around and saw Shen Yuan and Zhan Dao fighting and panicked. "A-Yuan!"
"Tell your rider to let them go!" Zhan Dao demanded as he slammed Shen Yuan into the ground and clawing at Shen Yuan's sides while trying to bite Shen Yuan's neck to get him to surrender.
"They came on here first! We have every right to defend!" Shen Yuan shouted clawing snapping at Zhan Dao's legs and pushing the much bigger dragon's face away.
Shen Jiu was trying to defend against Liu Mingliu and trying to get to Shen Yuan. "DAMIT LIU MINGLIU KNOCK IT OFF!" Shen Jiu demanded as he threw Xiu Ya at Liu Mingliu's head then tackled Liu Mingliu to the ground and started punching him.
Zhan Dao had his paws at Shen Yuan's neck trying to get the smaller dragon to give when he felt something tug on him and he looked up to see Liu Mingliu being pinned by Shen Jiu.
Zhan Dao's eyes narrowed into slits as he let go of Shen Yuan and lunged at Shen Jiu acting on instinct and not obeying Liu Mingliu's orders.
Zhan Dao had tackled Shen Jiu off of Liu Mingliu and started clawing at Shen Jiu roaring and growling as Liu Mingliu was shouting at him to stop.
Shen Yuan coughed but then looked up and saw Zhan Dao going for Shen Jiu's neck. Shen Yuan then lost all reason and blacked out.
It was like something else was driving Shen Yuan, he lunged at Zhan Dao and wrapped around the larger dragon squeezing, biting, and clawing at Zhan Dao.
Zhan Dao couldn't get a good hit on Shen Yuan and started crying and whimpering that he yield but Shen Yuan didn't listen and kept attacking Zhan Dao.
That was when everyone felt and heard the large roar that came from behind everyone...The Qing Jing Peak Lord She Changqi had arrived with her dragon.
"Enough." She Changqi said her eyes narrowed at Shen Yuan, Liu Mingliu, Shen Jiu, and Zhan Dao. "Shen Jiu get your dragon." She said firmly.
Shen Jiu rushed over and grabbed Shen Yuan and held him close making sure Shen Yuan was hurt to bad. 'Those stupid brutes!' Shen Jiu thought gritting his teeth.
Liu Mingliu grabbed Zhan Bao and held him close. Liu Mingliu was making sure Zhan Dao was alive and would be okay as he let out a sigh of relief seeing Zhan Dao as breathing.
She Changqi looked at Shen Jiu and Shen Yuan. "Shen Jiu and Shen Yuan will be punished for fighting while Liu Mingliu and Zhan Dao will stay here and wait for Ba-Shimei to get here."
She Changqi snapped open her fan. "You four will go to Qian Cao first then be punished." She Changqi said as she turned and had her dragon take Shen Jiu, Shen Yuan, Liu Mingliu, and Zhan Dao to Qian Cao and wait there.
