Izuku has been bored, which was dangerous, with [Batman] currently making his way through the city and struggling with the LoA as he attempted to get through the Demon trail according to Jay. The Hood Fam was busy doing they own things, Jay and Harley were Visiting with Futaba, Ivy was in the Undercroft working on some new plants that would help the row, Victor was mid-experiment, Dent was meeting with the mayor, and [Kitman] was having a R&R day and frankly he needed.
As for his GF Rumi, she was at some Big Hero thing with her partners. Then for the rest of the chat, Cal was currently trying to impress a ghost? He didn’t understand how Holocron’s worked, so he tried not to think about it, and Delsin was currently training his electric powers as he had been in contact with Cole and Cole told him that he needed to learn control if he didn't want to short circuit everything.
Needless to say, Izuku was bored. He was the only one not doing anything, AU had exams currently so he was advices to say away, the community centre he worked at was currently under construction after [Endeavour] burnt it down, for the 3rd time this year, his overthrow the government team was lying low after the attacks on some high-ranking individuals. So he couldn't hang out with anyone. As for his Missions, he had either completed most or the ones he hadn’t were long term, and he was waiting for the conditions to complete them.
But as he has learned that the App always provides as a Missions pops up, he notices that time has slowed down, this is the second time this has happened to him.

Izuku hits the Accept button as time slowly begins to move forward, the first thing he did was call Torino. Who answered on the first ring, “Lee, is everything ok?” he asked, slightly concerned.
Izuku sighed because it was always the same, except for his Girlfriends, anyone who he phoned assumed he was in trouble because he just texted all the time so to see him call, meant that something was wrong. “This is why I don't call people,” he says in annoyance, “I can call to chat, you know.”
They was a beat of silence from Torino, “sure you can, but you don't.” now whilst turn was hurtful, “What do you need?”.
Silently cursing to himself, he chose to just get on with it. “I was just wondering did, did Toshinori ever see about getting his Organs Transplanted or regrown?” he asked causally enough to not set off alarm bells in Torino.
“After he cut back on hero work, Chiyo got his tested, but according to her something was preventing it.” he informs Izuku, “why do you ask?”
Izuku sighs and leans back on his computer chair, “just a thought that wouldn’t go away. That's all.” he tells him, he doesn't know if Torino believes him or not, but he doesn't call him out for it. Shortly after that, they end the call and Izuku wheels over to his computer and begins to hack to see if his old back door into the HPSC is still active, because if anyone has information on AFO it would be them, considering they have worked with him before.
To Izuku surprise It's still active, it's been months since he placed it and the fact they hadn’t found it was worrying Izuku. If the HPSC hadn’t found his backdoor that he left on purpose to be found, when was the last time they did a security check, he wondered. Maybe he should trigger a few alarms on his way out to get them to check.
It didn’t take him long but after 30 minutes he found the information he wanted, in Kamino Ward, they is a section of the town that is completely off grid, that the HPSC believe is the base of AFO, but they don't have the man power to investigate. Armed with this information, he disconnects from the servers but triggers every alarm he can, in the hopes they give him a challenge next time.
Izuku stands up and heads to his kitchen and grabs himself a sandwich and snack because he knows he is going to be a while. Sitting back down at his computer, he begins to slow process of slowly peeling back the layer of protection that are on the off grid area. It took Izuku hours, but eventually he cracked it and what he found shocked him, the security cameras were still active and when he checked them he found a dusty warehouse filled with destroyed vats and two corpses, one he could only describe as a man child and the other of a man in a finely tailored suit.
Izuku assumed that this was [All for One] and his Brother Tenko. Izuku began to dig and found that the security system was still active, he disabled it and sent a fault signal to whoever was monitoring the place to show it was still active. He then began to dig though files looking for keywords as he cloned them, and he believed he found it.

Description: User can create tumours in they body. The user can choose how strong or weak the tumour is.

Description: User can add effects to anything they touch.
After reading all three quirk, he calls Chiyo as Lee. “Chiyo, I think I've found something, but I need you to check.”
Chiyo knowing that it's serious, “What is it?”
“What is Toshinori’s CBC?” he asked.
Chiyo was quiet for a moment, “do you think he has cancer and that is the reason that he can't have organ transplants or Organ Regrowth Theory?” she asked.
“Not cancer,” he quickly shoots back, “but tumours.”
Chiyo is quiet for longer than Izuku liked, “I’ll call you back.” was all she said before hanging up.
Izuku checked the time, seeing that it was 6:30pm, he choses to finish the cloning the hard drive when his phone goes off.
Private Chat Nezu and Icarus
Nezu: Icarus-Kun, I have just spoke to Chiyo, and she informed me on your theory.
Icarus: just a thought really
Nezu: well its a correct one, they are Micro tumours around his damaged organs that can't be removed
Icarus: why not just ask [Stars and Stripes] to remove the tumours with her quirk or hell even ask her to reverse all damage.
Nezu: …
Icarus: did… did no one think of that?
Nezu: I need to make a phone call

Izuku phone pings as he looks down, time freezes once again.
