Love Coach and Delinquients (remaking in progress)

Summary:

Ayano Aishi has been raised to be like her mother, her aunt, her grandmother... her grand-grand mother, her grand-grand-grandmother's grandmother.

her mother promised her that one day, she too.. could feel emotions when the day her senpai comes.

Young Ayano would stare up at her, lack of fascination but she remembered her mother's words and her father's fearful face.

Now years later, how is she going to tell her mother that she fucked up and can actually feel things? and how would she explain to her father that some blond fucks actually adopted her off the lonely pile?

[English is my first language that I spoke when I was a babe but I still suffer with grammar mistakes lmao]

Chapter 1: A yandere's rookie mistake

Chapter Text

"I'm sorry... but I don't know you.."

Are the words that stabbed her in the heart where it hurts most. Oh how ironic that someone like this guy could make her feel like this that should've exist the moment she was born..

Ayano stood there with a empty expression that didn't reflect her shattering heart. She clutched the envelope, paper crinkling against her grip as the sakura petals flew around them in a dance of mockery.

All those friends she piled on her back, her aching feet when she ran all over school to boost her reputation, the struggles of being pushed around by student council members and delinquents, how she had to help some dude get with Osana just to 'eliminate' a rival. But maybe.. just maybe.. she wasn't supposed to confess this early. She didn't do anything enough

her mother never mentioned how she got her father, did she confessed and got accepted? no- her dad looked frightened like a chihuahua being refused to bark.

she should've done more- she should've- maybe its better if kill- kill- killkillkillkillkillherkillherwhydidn'tyoukilledher-

A uniform blouse was suddenly thrown over her head, making her freeze and snapped out of her thoughts as she suddenly positioned into a fighting stance with a deadly look on her face.

A blond guy raised his hands up in a surrender pose as he let out a huff "woah there fella." Exclaimed by the guy with a scar that looked like he got a failed nose job, his voice rough and trying to be intimidating

Ayano blinked for a moment before registering who's in front of her. She took a deep breath to dust any hint of insanity in her mind as she acknowledge his presence "Tsumeato-san" she stated with a monotone voice, her eyes blank like she wasn't about to give the delinquent a thousand knives straight through his chest just by one look.

both looked away as the uniform from Ayano's head fell into the grass, causing an awkward moment for a second before Hayanari dropped his arms down to cross it against his chest, "so.. you and that guy huh. Honestly a pitiful scene"

Ayan couldn't help the frown on her face from the guy's comment "It is none of your business..." she huffed before crouching down to pick up the delinquent's blazer and handed it to him when she stand. He gave her a silent nod as he took it from her.

Now that she thought about it-... "why are you here?" she asked, black eyes squinting blankly at Hayanari with a small hint of suspiciousness.

Hayanari let out a grunt, throwing his blazer over his shoulder carelessly. "Was looking for a napping spot until I spotted some freak getting rejected and just standing there creepily"

Ayano deadpanned at his rude words but just let out a defeated grunt as she slam herself down into the grass filled with spider lilies around them. She's not gonna question why this would be a comfortable spot to nap in "suit yourself" she mumbled, pulling her legs up as she pulled her bangs back mindlessly, still bothered by Taro's voice flooding her mind

She didn't noticed the delinquent's eyes observing her behaviour, grunting as he shove his weapon bag and blouse down to the grass before sitting beside her with some distance. That made her snap out of it again as Ayano turned to face him in confusion.

Hayanari bristled at the stare as ruffled his hair and looking away, "I don't know what you- or some other girls out there see in that guy. Hell I don't know what Osoro out of all people see in him, but-" he cuts himself off, a troubled look on his face like there's a devil and angel fighting on his shoulders. Ayano just blinked at the suddeness of the situation. Is she seeing the same person who would shove her away for being "too close"?

"But- but.." Hayanari finally continued with a deep breath "he's right about- you know.. rejecting you. Like- his reasoning is valid." He flinched when gray eyes started shooting daggers at his way, like seeing someone with face that has nothing but an eye "ey ey! Don't fucking blame me- I mean- if the orange pigtails confessed to him instead of ya' he would accept in a heartbeat because he knows her" he reasoned quickly, shifting away from Ayano who's about to strangle the guy. It's a surprise he's still sitting there instead of calling her a freak and walking away

After listening to the reasoning, Ayano eventually got herself to calm down as he glared at the ground "I know" she muttered bitterly

Silence enveloped the two as the tree sway by the calm breeze.

Ayano still couldn't wrap the situation around her head. First her senpai rejected her and she felt... Normal? Not normal but definitely not abnormal if you compare it to how her mom and ancestors would've done in that situation. And now she's being given advice by a delinquent?

"Well, this is fucking awkward" Hayanari had the gal to initiate small talk

Ayano's lips thinned at the crude comment. Dang, can he shut up?

"Ayano Aishi." Hayanari turned to look at her with a small look of surprise before scoffing "Hayanari Tsumeato, but you already know that"

Ayano nodded in acknowledgement, her focus on pulling out her phone, put it on silent mode as she aimed her camera at his face to take a silent picture. She looked down to send it to info-chan and getting a full view information about him in return, she only knows about him through some snide comments from other students and the mentions of him when she was passing by the incinerator

"Last year, he was relentlessly bullied for showing signs of a receding hairline. His best friend Hokuto stood up for him, and was bullied for doing so. He felt tremendous guilt over this, and developed a smoking habit."

Ah, that explains how she recognized him more than the delinquent on her class... Because of that damn hairline and nose job. Who was the delinquent on her class again... was it Daku? Or Aku?

The delinquent suddenly stood up, making Ayano slightly flinch as she hid her phone sonic speed "imma head out." He said, picking up his blouse and weapon bag "you got shit going on and I'll let you handle that out alone." He gave her one last glance before making his way down the hill

Ayano watched his figure disappear from her view before pulling up her phone again to check the guy's background

----------------------------------------------

Ayano finally arrived home, dropping her bag immediately to the sofa as she made her way upstairs to collapse onto her bed

She can't cry, she couldn't cry.. but there's this thing in her heart that wants to rip itself to shreds and toss it into the endless abyss of the ocean

She felt it. He made her feel this way.. but at what cost? It's not the same feeling that her mom had gone through

Halting that thought, something suddenly came to mind. Does she actually want to be like her?

Ayano sit up immediately at the thought, her elbows supporting her as she looked at the shrine. Stumbling to get out of bed to open it- then stared into the picture of Taro

...The feeling is gone.

But the urge to kill for, some reason, wasn't there.

Her phone started ringing from her pocket, taking it out, she narrowed her eyes at the contact name on her screen...

Ayano: what is it?

Info-chan: just congratulating you on your stupidity

Info-chan: didn't think it'd take for one rival eliminated to get you to confess immediately.

A picture of Taro Yamada hanging around with Amai Odayaka in her bakery. Ayano grips her phone- why- why is it coming back up??

Info-chan: especially if there's already someone on her merry way to his heart

CRACK

"Oh..." Ayano released the grip on her phone, her eyes blankly staring down at the crack on her screen

She placed it down to her bed and just Breathe.

'Calm Down Ayano. You are not going there recklessly, you are not killing anyone'

With that, she got ready for bed, pulling out some long sleeves, since the weather is getting cold nowadays, but kept the shorts before crashing down to her bed and forced herself to sleep.

Only to snap her eyes awake as her stomach started grumbling. Dang, she forgot to eat. Fuck love and its ways to make people stupid

Looks like she's starving for the night

Oh yeah, she is starving.

When morning rose, the first thing Ayano felt was hunger. But upon looking at her phone, she just rolled out of bed and got ready for the day as fast as she could

She only has 20 minutes to go to school!

Keys? Check, bag? Check, phone? Not charged but check, notes, pens, money...

Who fucking cares, Ayano put on her shoes and just bolted out of there. Running as fast as she could

She got to Academy along with some pink haired guy wheezing by the gate, she frozen and backtracks to see who he is... Only to leave blank, must be someone she doesn't see a lot

"You alright?" And now- why the hell is she helping?

The guy snapped his up in surprise before it cuts off by another wheeze as he held a hand up "g-g..ive.. me- a moment.." he said breathlessly, looking like he's about to fall over

And he did, almost, if Ayano hadn't caught him by the sleeve and held him still. Again, why is she helping this dude??? Befriending anyone isn't useful for her anymore

Upon looking at her phone again, she began to fidget.. it's already 8:00

"Fuck it" she cursed, making the pink hair guy looked up at her curiously before yelping when she crouched behind him and picked him up effortlessly

"W-what are you?!" "We're late" she said in a monotone voice, positioning her head start then bolting to the school gate before the teacher could even close it

"Huh?" Kiyoshi's hand froze midair from the button as she saw a literal female student carrying what seemed to be... Oh it's just Otohiko. Thankfully

She closed the gate when they passed by and went in her merry way

Ayano in the other hand, ignored the stares she's getting from passing students as she dropped the shrimp headed guy to the nurse's office, fortunately the door is open

"Ms. You're gonna be la- oh, Meichi" the nurse approached them from where she was at her desk, looking concerned at the flushed face male student

"Sorry for the intervention" Ayano just said as she gently placed the guy down and dusted off her skirt

Otohiko turned to Ayano and gave her a bow "thank you" he wheezed out, still not recovering from his fatigue

Ayano just nodded as she exit the infirmary to go to her own class, only to bump into someone's shoulder

"My apologies-" she said gruffly with a hint of annoyance, a growing migraine began to form as she walked up the flight of stairs and into her classroom

---------------

The bell rung in its loud but soothing tune as Ayano jolted awake to consciousness. She blinked the grogginess from her eyes and wiping off the crust from the corners. She might've dozed off..

"YAN-CHAAAAAAAAAAAAAANNN!~~" A green alien suddenly burst into her classroom, bumping everyone on her way as she flew herself to Ayano

The instincts kicked in as Ayano dodged to the side but managed to grab Midori from the back of her blouse to prevent any brain damage happening here "Midori" she dangerously, giving the green headed idiot a death glare

Said green headed idiot just gave her a sheepish grin before regaining her posture, standing next to Ayano's desk as she waved apologetically to her classmates that she bumped into, "anywaaaaaays" Midori turned back to Ayano, gripping her phone excitedly while looking suspiciously mischievous "how's the confession with Yamada-Senpai?"

Ayano just let out a huff as she gripped the hem of her skirt "rejected"

Midori let out a gasp, a sad puppy like look on her face despite not being the one getting rejected. "Oh.. it's okay Yan-chan. There's plenty of little fishies in the sea."

Ayano let out a grunt as she stood up, bringing out her lunch from her book bag. "It's fine Midori." She dismissed the thought of finding another senpai as she left the classroom, Midori following along behind her

"What made you like him anyways?" Midori is a good friend but sucks at matchmaking. Though she did tried her best to get those two in the room together, but Ayano seemed to fled most of the time.. and she wasn't open about why Taro out of all people?

"I mean- he's pretty average. Are you into those guys?" Ayano sighed as they arrived at the rooftop on the east, preferring to sit down by the railings. Midori bounced over to sit on her side "he made me.." Ayano hesitated as she thought of the answer "feel things"

Well, that's subtle but also the truth. He really does made her feel thing but-

But

That's all? Ayano thought, her mind immediately imagining Midori saying that with the loud ass voice of hers

"That's all?!" Fucking called it. Ayano should be a fortune teller

"It's.. complicated." What a great excuse, though it is also true. She can't really tell what Midori might've reacted if she told her that- oh yes, I belong to a family of crazy women and their never lasting period that made them have constant mood swings and the urge to cut someone's life up if you even dare glance at their senpai's way

Now that she think about it. How come the Aishi bloodline never have Kouhais as their 'love' one, and why do they always find them in their second year of high school??

"Yan-chan~ you heard about the new teacher?" Midori asked out of the blue while playing shooting games on her phone

Ayano blinked as she tilted her head up in thought "no.." she couldn't recall any announcement about a new teacher ...maybe they did announce it but she dozed off. Well that's stupid "And there's also a new nurse! I heard from my classmates that he's cute" Ayano couldn't help but raised a brow at that, okay then- Before the two of them know it, the bell rung it's war cry as Ayano slap the lid of her Bento Box on "they're not my problem" she simply said with a dismissive tone while wrapping her box into the pink cloth

Both left the rooftop as Midori talks her ear off about some guy named 'Alex' and how she's leaving his ass on his own. She doesn't know jack shit who that weirdo is but she don't care

"See you around!" Midori screeched at her while waving her phone in the air, yelping as it flung someone due to it. Serves her right

Ayano just sighed as she entered the classroom, seeing that most of his classmates hasn't come up yet.

She was about to settle down when the door slide open, revealing a fuck-man looking man as he entered inside with a smirk

"Oh? Where are the others?" Ayano could see the 5 girls and 2 guys trembling from the shivers down their spine at the man's voice. Ayano found that hot ass breath to be weird and inappropriate as hell

She just sat down as other students fled into the classroom in a hurry. Either they realized their late or that there's a hot delicious man delivered right at their classroom, she couldn't tell

What she could tell is the name the man wrote on the board

"My name is Mido Rana. I'll be your substitute teacher for the rest of the semester.." said Mido with a deep chuckle as every girl and gays swooned in their seats

Ayano just slumped her shoulder before bringing out a pen to Doodle on her notebook. Great, life could've been more peaceful.

Chapter Text

Surprisingly, this teacher is good at teaching. Just button his shirt up and he'll be the most admirable (in a appropriate way) teacher you could get.

Ayano didn't doze off thanks to that, she managed to understand most of the lessons that she probably learned last year but forgot.

However, it is still very distracting when Mido Sensei kept... Flirting shamelessly to some female students. Ayano could hear Osana gagging and Raibaru's whispered curses at her left.

The bell suddenly rang, making Mido-sensei closing the lesson for today and dismissing them to do their duties. Ayano took a glance at him and yep- that guy is winking at girls, bleugh..

Ayano just grabbed a nearby full trash bag that someone just dropped off to the side before dragging it to downstairs into the incinerator.

As she made her way over there, she could hear a faint sound of the radio when she neared. It's those blond thugs again.

They just gave her a side eye before looking away with a scoff except for one person absent. Looking at them multiple time, she knows each of their color. The Pikachu one is missing.

However, she isn't interested on going on a Pikachu hunt right now as she opened the chained door and dropped the trash bag into the dumpster

Ayano turned around, just in time to make eye contact with the white-hair student council girl

Torayoshi raised a brow at her

Ayano rose a brow back

She smirked

Ayano frowned, "do you need something?" She asks but student council member just gave her a shrug and smile "just observing" then she left. Freaking weirdo. She left the incinerator as well, deciding to take the route to the garden instead of looking eye-to-eye with the delinquents.

Her eyes caught something pink leaving the garden, she recognized the boy she helped this morning. Said boy turned to her direction as well with his eyes lighting up in recognition. "it's you.." he said in a soft tone that Ayano could mistake for a female

"hello" she gave him a courtesy nod when he approached her with lips forming in a shy smile "I want to say.. thank you for uh- dragging me earlier. And I also apologize for making you even late" he immediately bowed so low Ayano thought he broke his spine

"keep your head up, it's alright" she said blankly, it was an out of whim and out of character for her to help someone that doesn't benefit anything.. it would have been before when she was still stalking with senpai.

The Salmon hair boy lifted his head and straightened his back in a slight relax manner. "I-I'm Otohiko Meichi.. you- probably don't wanna hear about my-"

Ayano just hummed before cutting him off. "Ayano Aishi. I take you're a First year? I don't see you on the upper buildings a lot", She also doesn't see him a lot on the first floor as well but she's not gonna mention that.

"well.. yeah.. I tend to be late a lot and visiting the infirmary often.." he said hesitantly, unsure why he's talking to a Senpai who just happened to help him when they were both late.

Ayano gave another hum, taking a glance at a tree beside them as he took in the information. "that's.." not worth of my time "..informative"

Otohiko's face fell as he blushed embarrassingly at sharing too much to a stranger. "I'm sorry- t-that was pretty awkward huh." he chuckled, a strain pathetic sound in Ayano's ears. She sighed for the hundredth time "I'm sorry, but I must be going now" She stated, waiting for a few minutes before striding forward before Otohiko could utter something

"oh.." She barely heard the disappointed sigh from her kouhai as she kept walking, planning to grab her bag then go home.

Her feet takes her passing by Buraza town instead of the direction of her house. Her eyes looking over the pastries displayed that belonged to the Odayaka bakery

Replaying what Info-chan has sent. There's no doubt this is where the picture took place

Though, with her growling stomach, she just shook her hand and went it. She'll buy proper food tomorrow. But right now? It's bread time

"Welcome to the Odayaka bakery dear one." A sweet gentle woman greeted the moment she stepped in. Ayano exhaled as the sweet and buttery scent of pastries filled her senses

"Hello." She greeted back as police as she could. Her eyes looking over the display. Some were bread, some were desserts. She silently pointed at the croissant to eat today and pointed the Anpan on the corner to eat tomorrow "I'll take two each"

"Wonderful choice dear." The woman said as she cheerfully walked over to grab the breads with a small tong and shoving them into the paper bag

Ayano pulled out some cash that came from her fridge and counted it, not hearing the door bell ringing as she placed the money onto the counter.

"Enjoy~" the nice woman cooed out as she gently handed it to Ayano which she recieved a nod in return.

She turned then almost crashes into someone's chest, making her still for a moment as her eyes went up and her breath hitched

Oh God no

Taro Yamada blinked down at her, noticeably since it seems he got too close enough for her face and his chest to almost make contact if it wasn't for her instincts

"M-my apologies." He stuttered out awkwardly before stepping back. His voice sounds delicious to Ayano's ears as her heart began to beat in her chest

She thought she doesn't have these... These things towards him anymore. She even stared at the picture she stole of him! But- how-

Everything is starting to get hazy, blurry even as her breathing short like something is blocking her throat. Everything is fricking pink and her head is on cloud 9

She felt the same thing when they crashed into the corridor. The first time she laid eyes and fall in love.

"Are you okay?" In the outside world, Taro was concerned and have a slight panic when she suddenly froze. Had he given her PTSD from the rejection?? He doesn't know but the theory can be possible with how she seems to have a panic attack Her face was red and her mouth seemed to twitch like it wants to smile.

Taro looked over the counter as he called for the gentle woman from earlier "Excuse me!" He shouted, looking back down at Ayano who seemed to have an internal battle in there. Ayano heard his voice and that's where she knew she had to get out.

"I'm sorry-.."

"..i-i don't know-.."

"You."

"I'm sorry"

"Don't.. know-"

"You-"

She panted as she ran, turning to the corner as she faces the deep dark blue sight of the ocean as she get near. Those. Damn. Words.

She kept moving forward before Taro or the woman could shout out after her. She's not having a panic attack- this is pure sorcery. No wonder it's a bloodline curse

And she finally came to the conclusion that she hated it.

Thank God for Taro for these awakening feelings.

She finally regained her composure. The sight of the moon reflecting the ocean drawed her in as she took a few steps towards the railing. Leaning against it and resting her arms as she stared

Something was wrong with this curse. She finally realized as she reflected back in her early days. The sight of Ryoba, her mother, torture her father with that sweet wifely act she possessed.

She knew something was off but deep in her 5 years old chest, she couldn't pinpoint what it is. But she knew.. she knew that no matter how Ryoba says it

There is no love in this bloodline. There is no true 'love' no matter how you look at it.

She may be emotionless, apathetic, or a hallow moving doll. But she isn't stupid, no interest or fantasy clouded her logic to not figure that out

Her thoughts were cut off at the sound of her stomach, it begs to be fed. She pulled up the paper bag from the bakery to fish out a croissant. She knew it wouldn't be appetizing to eat pastries like croissant the next day after baked.

She took a bite of the flaky buttery goodness while staring at the evening sky. It's cold in the evening after the harsh winter season. She remembers her mother coddled up like a spoiled little brat against her father, complaining about the cold, even if the Aishi women were trained to have immunity as basic as winter cold.

She's getting bored at looking at the Moon's reflection in the water and turned when he heard the store just beside her and froze in place

Yellow eyes widened at the sight of her as well. Yellow eyes.. blond hair...

Ayano looked up and read the store's sign. "Women's Lingerie store"

She looked down at the guy again then back up at the store's sign then back at the blond delinquent, the leader at that, with a slight scrunched up look on her face

Umeji immediately notices it as he groaned and covered his face with his hand, an eye peeking out between fingers to glare at her "don't you dare tell anyone about this-"

"You expect me out of all people to talk?" Ayano sassed him out, she doesn't know why she felt this feeling of irritation bubbling up inside her. Taro striking her once again without even doing anything

Umeji just stared at her from the corner of her vision, he looked back at the door of the shop before letting out a defeated grunt and coming up to stand beside her. With some distance of course

"My mom works here. Don't get any ideas" he said in a slight hush tone. Ayano turned to look at him, raising a brow as she noticed her appearance. It wasn't what she was used to, he's wearing anything but something intimidating like the one he wore at school.

He wore a red baggy shirt with a checkered pattern on the middle, some lettering on the bag if she squinted enough. He's wearing a disgusting color of green baggy pants

Overall, instead of the intimidating delinquent you see at school, he looked approachable like this. Even with that same edgy look on his face

"I won't question it..." Ayano said hesitantly, taking another bite of her croissant. "Is your mom blond?" She recalled the only woman in the store having pink hair

Umeji's shoulders slumped as he lazily look at the scenery before them "nope. Pink haired. Mine is dyed"

Huh. Somehow she's more surprised that they're having a stable normal conversation than the fact he bleached his hair.

A sudden picture of Umeji with pink hair flashed into her mind before shaking it away "I see."

Silence washed over them as they stare at the moon, this is awfully romantic looking, Ayano made sure that there's a slight distance between them.

"...Correct me if I'm wrong. Are you Hikitsuri-san?" Ayano turned to Umeji curiously, she doesn't have the energy to pull her phone out to get help from info-chan

Definitely-not-Hikitsuri choked on his saliva as he bristled at Ayano with gritted teeth "it's Kizuguchi! That's literally Gaku!"

Ayano tilted her head in confusion "Gaku?" She mumbled stupidly. Making Umeji face palmed in disbelief

"Your classmate, Aishi, classmate" he emphasized strongly at the classmate part. She's not gonna question how he knows her name

Gaku Hikitsuri. Must be the red one then with a forehead scar "My apologies- I mixed up a lot of names" she said, dusting off croissant flakes from her fingers.

While she thought earlier that she wouldn't question it. The situation is making her curiosity parched somehow "what are you doing in there?" Obviously talking about the women's garment store- she always mistook that place as a lingerie store.

She stared as rose dusted Umeji's cheeks, causing him to grumble and look away "janitor..."

Ayano blinked "what?"

If possible, his face gotten redder "I work as a janitor- outdoors!" He quickly corrected while groaning in raw embarrassment "my mom is willing to pay me to clean that she couldn't..."

Make sense. As long he's not staring straight into women's undergarments. "That's nice. What do you need pocket money for?" She assumed the delinquents threaten people for money

...why is she interested in his business again

Before Ayano took back what she said, Umeji already beat her to it by answering. "When you have two parents working too much on their jobs, then you gotta feed your siblings somehow" he said gruffly "I honestly don't know why I'm telling you this.."

I'm not sure why either. Ayano thought, she just let out a hum as she looked down at the last croissant in the paper bag

"I have four little shits.. two boys and girls.." there was an odd softness in Umeji's tone that Ayano had to glance to check if this isn't a doppelganger or not

She doesn't have siblings on her own or to see anyone as siblings. Maybe Midori might be close but she's more like a babysitter than anything

She doesn't know the feeling but she could tell that Umeji is genuine..

She looked back at the bag before offering it to Umeji, making him look up and raised a brow out of suspicions "it's croissant." Ayano said, she doesn't know how to comfort but she read online that food makes people better. She mainly learned that to gain friendship from other students... Before the rejection

Umeji blinked at her, looking at the bread in the bag, perking slightly when he saw its from the Odayaka bakery before taking the pastry into his hand. "...thanks."

Silence washed over them again. Ayano soon reflected what the hell she got herself into. It's not unpleasant but definitely unusual

Plus this is the same delinquent at school who would push anyone who got too close...

Right now, he doesn't seemed to mind she's close, both on where she stands beside him and his life since he problem-dumped her with his life probably out of stress. Or maybe the fact they aren't in school, maybe she looked trustable enough

"Your life seems difficult Kizuguchi..." She trailed off with her eyes slightly narrowed in thought. What is his year?

"I'm a third year" the delinquent just muttered between chews, looking like he enjoyed the food. Ayano nodded at his answer "Kizuguchi-senpai.. if you don't mind me asking.."

Yellow eyes narrowed at her immediately, his body tensing up at the most obvious question anyone want to ask on a delinquent-

"Why blond?" Ayano asked bluntly as she turned to look at him, a stoic face with no sign that she's joking

Umeji's brain blanked at the question throw so casually and seriously. I mean- it isn't insulting or inappropriate, but out of all questions-

"Don't get me wrong." Ayano spoke as she leaned back slightly to fix her posture "it suits you but pink hair also fits."

She doesn't know what she's talking about herself but she could imagine it, all those manga she read with bad boys having vibrant colorful hair and piercings. As long you know how to fix yourself you can look good even without trying

Umeji is still in a state of disbelief before all tension sapped out from his form as he chuckled that turned into laughter "w-what???"

Ayano blinked at the sudden development but she couldn't help but feel... Is this what people call Prideful?

Suddenly, the feeling of irritation earlier wore off from her as well.

Notes:

Sorry for the slow update. I'm graduating soon and stuff has been hectic, I would've posted this earlier by now but I don't wanna post something so short.

Chapter 3: The Yandere and friends

Notes:

Hc added: there are more than 74 students in Akademi High. Why make it a prestigious school but have small amount of students with some aren't even qualified to be there is beyond me.

They're not gonna be as mentioned compared to the actual characters in game though. Just thought that they exist

Also I'm sorry this took way too long. I actually wrote something for chapter three but completely discard it, that was done on March and the remake also started in March.Once again, my apologies and enjoy this update! 🙇‍♀️🙇‍♀️

"A-Aishi-senpai." Ayano turned around as she was suddenly being approached by no other than the same guy who would trip trying to get to school.

She raised a brow at the sight of him, ah, she assumed he might've not approach her after that awkward encounter near the gardening club yesterday. "Do you need something?"

The salmon haired guy shook his head slightly, his timid nature radiating off him as he stood just a few steps from her "uhm.. if it's not too sudden. Can we have lunch together?"

Huh?

She blinked, looked up at the ceiling, before blinking back to her kouhai. This is new. What the hell- where's Midori when she needed her?!

She stared at his fidgeting figure, body pale but still has some color, he looks concerningly thing. But what really caught her eye is how sure he is at his request. Why? Why does this kouhai wants to eat with her?

She don't care, she shouldn't care, yet...

Just staring at those pink eyes, begging to have a companion. She knows a loner when she sees one. Ayano just sighed as she took her messenger bag from her shoulder and zipped it open to check if she bought lunch this time... The bread from last night and a Bento she managed to make in advance

She turned her attention back to Otohiko and gave him a wordless nod. Such a simple act yet the way his eyes lit up says how much of an impact it did

"Thank you Senpai! Oh- where would you like to eat?" Otohiko asked still having that beaming smile that somehow made her heart ache for some reason. Her thoughts went to her lifelong friend, she might need to inform her about this.

"I have a friend I eat with at the rooftop. If it's alright with you to have another person joining." She told him with the usual nonchalant blank tone, how does he still ever see her as a potential friend after their encounters and her attitude towards him is beyond her.

Otohiko shook his head with a smile, giving her a thumbs up "I don't mind at all!"

Then it's settled. Both of them parted ways with a plan to meet up

She was half way through the stairs when she stumbled almost bumping into someone descending down the stairs and turning a corner where she was coming up

"Oh? My apologies~" the person purred. Ayano felt a shiver down her spine and an urge to puke. Oh dear.

She lifted her head up and saw the new substitute teacher, Mido Rana. She sighed and took a small step back to bow "my apologies as well sensei"

Mido smirked at her behavior as he let out a sigh and waved his hand for her to straighten up, she noticed a small cut can be seen in his middle finger, "it's okay Aishi, it's my fault as well." He said in that sweet honey smooth tone "you better get to class before you're late again" he said with a wink before passing by her

That's odd. Though, Ayano is glad he doesn't have intentions hitting on her.

Minding her own business. She continued her merry way to her classroom, greeting anyone who greeted her.

"Hey Aishi-chan!" Ayano blinked when she heard that awful high pitched voice, she would've preferred if Osana could just use her normal tone. Her high pitched voice made her skin reasonably crawl.

"Najimi-san." She greeted the duo with a small bow the orange and the yellow always together, Osana stood there beside her desk, hands on her hips as she smiled at her brightly, her long hair now cut off short after getting with the upperclassman that Ayano had set her up with.

"None with the formalities! I told you last time to call me Osana right?" Ah yes. After finding her cat charm in that maze that was unnecessarily implemented on school grounds, they had become close friends.

Speaking of friends, Ayano's eyes turned to the blonde at Osana's side. Gray eyes inspected the former Martial Art club leader, she was just standing there, her eyes gentle and kind as usual

Both of them had this firm wall between them from the start, cautious of one and another. Raibaru had probably felt something off her, while Ayano knew the girl's capabilities to take her down without hesitation

Now both of them are simply.. tolerable acquaintances to each other, classmates who share a friend, no matter what Ayano said.

"Listen. I'd cool loooooooots of food that I have no idea what to do with it!" Osana started rambling, her body movements expressive as she moved around like there's a bug on her stockings. Ayano could just follow her figure with a blank look

"And Taro-senpai isn't here.. me and Raibaru couldn't finish it.." Ayano perked up at the mention of Taro, her eyes slightly sparkling and her heart beat quickening.

"I don't know you-" shut the fuck uuuuuuuup.

She just let out a small exasperated grunt at her own thoughts, sighing under her breath as she focused back on Osana. Why is love so complicated

"So yeah! We're inviting you to have a picnic with us!" Osana exclaimed with a toothy grin, the sun shining down on her as she made that offer

Ayano could only blink as Raibaru clapped at her friend's dramatic offer. Her mind went to Midori.. then to Otohiko.

Her mind stayed at Otohiko, the boy she happened to have encounters with and had somehow grown to like her to the point of inviting her to lunch. She knew he's a loner without having to sought out info-chan's abilities

She thought about his heaving breaths, the way he sweat when he ran or trip on the way to school. She thought about his skinny he is, how he looks like a single dirt on his shoe could bring him to sickness on the spot.

He probably have a Bento with him. Or maybe he forgot from rushing to school late? Then again he has parents... And even if he didn't have any lunch packed, she could offer hers even though the contents is smaller and not really nutritious.

Her mind halts for a moment, the rusty cogs in her head slowing down when realization dawn upon her. Why is she worried?

"Aishi?" Raibaru's concerned voice snap her out of her gaze, she looked up and almost winced at their concerned look "are you okay? You zoned out for like-" Osana checked her phone that was resting on Raibaru's desk "-6 minutes"

Was she?

"I was thinking of someone" she said honestly, peeking up at their expressions, Osana suddenly looked mischievous, like Ayano just told her crush from a 12 am truth or dare game at a slumber party

Thankfully Raibaru senses it as well as she smacked her friend lightly at the back of her head "owwww!!" Osana whined and pout as she scowled at Raibaru who's looking at a other direction with a unapologetic smile "unbelievable"

Ayano watched the scene with a bored look before speaking up once again "Najimi-san. If it's alright with the two of you, I would like to bring two people I already planned to have lunch with." Ayano said, not sure why she didn't thought too much about Osana's offer despite being a former rival to her

It's too late to take back when Osana's eyes as she nodded her head vigorously "of course they can!" Raibaru's smile seemed to widen as well

_______________________________

"Thank you for having us!" Otohiko said with a bright soft look on his face

By lunch time, everyone had met up near the Sakura tree, Osana was really considerate that she thought having a picnic down the hill is better instead of being surrounded by flowers as they ate. As pretty as the tree looks and feels like, they knew bugs are gonna come one way or another

Ayano had sat down beside Midori who's thanking the friend duo with the same enthusiasm as Osana's. She had to race down onto the lower floor just to tell the two that plans had been changed... She also had to tell Midori about his relation with Otohiko.

"Did you forgot you have a phone?" Midori had asked that time when Ayano was heaving in the middle of the hallway retrieving both underclassmen from their classroom.

Now all five of them are now sitting on a giant blanket they borrowed from the cooking club, Raibaru is already bringing out the containers from Osana's bag with Otohiko helping along. Midori and Osana on the other hand are talking about some novel

Ayano sat there watching the colorful heads enjoying their time. Her stomach waiting patiently for the food since all she got are some rice and tuna in her Bento.

Her mind slowly drifted from the memory of last night, an unexpected moment with the leader of the delinquents. She still doesn't know what to make of him. She saw him smile and laugh that made her feel a bit weird.. light somehow, and how she felt good about herself for making him feel that way

It's a weird thought, one she doesn't mind at all, nothing negative came out of it. She went to sleep that night with a strange but positive feeling

A plate of food was suddenly offered to her by Raibaru. Ayano looked at her with surprise but didn't reject the offer as she took it into her hands "you're zoning off again" she said with a soft voice

Ayano turned to her before looking back at the plate on her lap, there's a small amount of portions of everything. Small cuts of Katsu, sausages, sushi, salmon, and stirred veggies.

"Looks good" she commented about the food instead while taking the chopsticks from her own bento, Raibaru just simply shrug as she grabbed her own portion.

"Hey Aishi.." Raibaru whispered to her closely for Ayano to realize they're sitting together a bit too close "I.. I know we had something before Osana sees you as a friend"

Ah, so she did felt something about her

"But I want to trust you.. especially something that concerns about Osana" her honey voice lowered into something incoherent.

Ayano looked at her with the same blank look. A concern about Osana? Fat chance that she cares.

"Can we talk about it later?" Ayano flinched back when Raibaru got a bit too close and giving her those puppy eyes that made her heart skip a beat??

She blinked at the audacity for her space to be disregarded at that, clearing her throat, she gently pushed her away slowly by the girl's shoulder as her voice dropped into a nonchalant whisper "I'll think about it"

Raibaru's eyes lit up before backing away to give her space, her head slightly tilted to the side as she beamed at Ayano "thank you"

"What are ya two talking about?" A muffled voice came from their group, three pair of eyes looking at them like their watching a soap opera. Even Otohiko looked like he's enjoying the scene while munching on something. Ayano could just give them a stoic glare

"Don't talk with your mouth full Midori" Ayano scolded which made the green hair girl grin sheepishly before swallowing the food down.

Everyone eventually chatting with anyone about anything while eating. Ayano mostly kept to herself and answered anyone who would ask her a question or two. Otohiko seemed to be the one mostly including her in his conversations. To which she reached up to pet his hair, that got a blush from him as he started stuttering, Ayano pulled away and apologized for overstepping

She felt it was right to do that.

Ayano watches as Midori teased the living heck out of Osana's relationship as her eyes drifted over to the statue of the headmaster. She caught a small glimpse of pink and brown hair passing by... Both tall but doesn't look like students.

She squinted closer and saw that familiar blazer, but even with her sharp senses she couldn't confirm if that's the substitute teacher with someone. Hopefully it isn't a student.

_______________________________

"Thanks for inviting me senpai.." Ayano turned to her kouhai who's washing the dishes with her in the home economics room. Otohiko insisted on washing the plates and empty containers and Ayano joined to help, the other girls are at the cooking club to see if they can store the leftovers at the fridge.

She just look at him blankly before focusing back on rinsing the plates "you're the one who invited me to lunch.. it would be unfair if I didn't include you in the change of plans" plus she couldn't really reject Osana's offer for more food, her Bento was a pathetic sight and she thought that Otohiko need to eat more. She felt like it counted as a benefit

...for who though? She didn't really care if she eat something simple. Otohiko? Yeah, maybe it felt right that he gets to eat more

Once they were done, Ayano closed the economics room while the pink-haired Kouhai held the empty Bentos and plates.

He suddenly flinched when someone exit the male bathroom, his eyes widen at the sight of the open uniform blazer, revealing the red shirt underneath, a weapon bag on the back, blond hair, the scar...

"Otohiko-kun?" Ayano called out as she stepped away from the door, she found him clutching on the plates and containers with fidgety body

Her eyes looked over to what he was staring at and came face to face with a delinquent. She blinked, he blinked, both of them caught off guard before a scowl formed on his lips "what?"

Gray eyes narrowed at his rude remark, but before she could say anything, a flash of recognition flash his eyes, his scowl eventually faded but his tough facade is still there "ah, you're the girl I bumped into the other day"

"Huh?" Otohiko snapped his head towards his senpai in shock and disbelief, Ayano felt the same but her face remained stoic, she didn't remember bumping into someone

"Whatever." It's obvious he wants to say something more but brushed the thought of as he walked passed them, his shoulder slightly hitting with Ayano's which caused her to give him a blank glare

Otohiko watches his other senpai walk down the halls where the direction of the door outside behind the school, he turned to Ayano with a concern look, seeing her just standing there silently "are you okay Aishi-senpai?"

Ayano turned to look at him, a contemplated look on her face before it softens slightly "I'm alright, you should get those to Osana" she said, gently patting him on the shoulder. "I'll go first"

The boy was taken back slightly but nodded, respecting her decision. "I'll go first then senpai" Ayano just nodded at him and watches as he went to the direction of the club hall. She turned to the opposite direction and went upstairs

"U-uhm.. if you don't mind. I want to get to know you better Rana-san!" Ayano stopped in her tracks when she heard a soft tone just nearby the staircase to the second floor. Rana-san?

Her thoughts immediately went to the substitute teacher, carefully, she peeked over against the pillar of the stairway and low and behold. She saw Mido Rana-sensei and someone with pink hair that she doesn't recognized

But based on the uniform he's wearing, it must be a school staff.. or better assumption, a school nurse

Mido stood there with the guy beside the wall of 2-2 classroom, his arms crossed against his chest with a smirk on his face "I'm aware that I could lure a lot of people, but I didn't expect you to be charmed by me immediately Kina-san" he said, a teasing sound on his tone, with his half-lidded eyes staring down at the shorter man that made Ayano's body hair go up

But her eyes immediately darted towards the pinked hair man with a pink face from Mido-sensei's words. She doesn't recognized him at all, she remembered a female nurse in the infirmary but not a sign of this new man, though she never visited it often so maybe there's some changes

"Alright. I'll give in" Mido spoke with feigned exasperated sigh as he brushed his bangs back while flashing a smirk at the nurse "I hope it will be enjoyable. Kina-san~" once again, the pink haired man blushed red at his tone

Ayano could just blink as she watched something interesting.. hmm.. this reminds her of something Midori recently read online.

Once both men are out of her sight as they went to the hallway, Ayano stepped out of there and climbed her way up to the second floor, a thoughtful look on her face as she stared at the spot where the two men were earlier.

She suddenly felt like doing something.

Chapter Text

"Midori, I need a favor"

"Oh wow Yan-chan!... Are you Yan-chan?"

Ayano let out a huff of annoyance at Midori's skeptical tone. Though she can't blame the other for being cautious of the sudden uncharacteristic move "Midori Gurin"

"Okay okay! Gotcha" a nervous laughter came from the other side of the call before the underclassman companion chirped back into her excited self "what do you need my sweetie pie! The best friend of my life! The pepper to my salt!"

Ayano just raised an eyebrow at the nicknames the girl sputtered out, her back leaning against the wall in front of her classroom. The teachers had excused themselves in the middle of the day to have a meeting so every class has a free time.

"You have those... Novels, correct?" Ayano asked hesitantly, not knowing what's going on in her damn mind after witnessing something new

She knew there's something up between Mido-sensei and that school nurse from the other day. It has been bugging her since and she couldn't fathom why except that she felt the urge to do something

It was as if she's experiencing the life of an Aishi and had this murderous urge to strangle a rival with unanswered questions and willing to act upon it... Except she is an Aishi, and this urge doesn't include strangling anyone

"What novels?" After a few seconds of being silent as well, it seems Midori was stuck on what Ayano said "I read tons of genre Yan-chan! You should be more specific" Ayano grimace as she pulled her phone slightly away to not hear that high-pitched whine coming from her long time companion

"The one.." she hissed out, looking left to right to see if anyone is listening. After all, this kind of topic isn't exactly... Common

"The one with two males.. in a romantic sett-" a large ass squeal escaped her speaker making the usual composed girl jerk back in shock

Before she knew it, the call suddenly ended "what in the-"

Some students that were lingering in the hall as well jerked back as a human forced dashed through the walls from the direction of the other class. Ayano slowly turned her head in the direction

Her eyes widen in slight fear for the first time at the sight of Midori with a cat-grin look on her face. Oh no.

Everyone at class 2-1 jumped as a sound of a loud crash came outside the classroom. One went to check it out, only to see no one was there at all

Ayano Huff's as she dragged a rambling Midori by her uniform, throwing her inside the science lab and closing the door behind her "that's dangerous Midori!" She scolded with a finger pointing at the culprit that gave her hip pain from the crash earlier.

Midori raises her hands up in the air as she stood up with a bright grin on her face "I'm sorry~ got waaaaay too excited. So! You really want to borrow it?" She said with comical wide eyes while patting her bag she brought with her like it contains illegal powder in it.

Ayano just nodded to her question, her eyes trailing over to Midori's back as the latter went through it

"Behold..." Midori exclaimed in a serious tone that made Ayano surprised

She bowed in front of her and presented the book in her hands like she's offering her a business card "The forbidden knowledge."

"I will assign the stars for you" The label read with a Asian looking boy with short fluffy hair holding another boy's hand happily, blush dusting his cheeks; the other boy is looking at the audience instead, the boy was much shorter and tanner than the first one with having features that you would recognize in the US. He has a conflicted look on his face and looking at the audience rather than the other boy showing him affection.

Ayano hummed thoughtfully as she accepted the book into her hands, holding it gently but carefully since she knew how Midori gets when she unleashed her wrath. "Thank you Midori." She said with a bow

She looked down at the manga once again, the screaming neon violet of the word "BL" stamped on the bottoms corner of the book. Midori always rant about anything and everything, including all the new stuff she was recently introduced by one of her clubmates with long pink hair.

Ayano found it intriguing the first time she heard about it, it's possible for the same gender to love each other? Mother never told her that. Though she did teach little Ayano mostly how to be a clean up crew and that she'll meet her true love one day

"Oh! I gotta go Yan-chan!" Midori chirped up with a excited bright look on her face "Osu-san wanted to show me an anime and I totes want to watch it before her. See you Yan-chan!" She bowed before taking her leave, dashing out of the bathroom and second floor like how she came in

Ayano sighed with a hand on her head. How did the two of them managed to still be friends is beyond her.

"Good morning everyone! My name is Jeong-Ho" A boy introduced himself with a kind smile and gentle eyes, his hands clasped on his chest.

Murmurs gathered around as they took the foreigner with interest, however, the boy seemed to have his eyes set on someone else.

A tan boy with choppy hair that reminded him of a coconut or a bowl talking animatedly with another student sitting beside him, he looked grumpy at first glance. As Jeong-Ho looked closer, the guy looked like he's exhausted with life.

He smiled. Feeling excitement bubbling when his attention focused on the bowl-haired student more. His heart beating against his chest, the familiar warm feeling he felt like the first time he met up.

He finally found him, after 6 years.

"Oi Aishi" A rough voice interrupted her reading, annoyed she looked up at her right to see who dared disturb her

And of course the one who had balls to do it rudely is a delinquent.

She doesn't even have time to process or say anything before a chair was suddenly beside her table, the back of it resting against the edge with the guy sitting down on it, legs spread and all as he rested his arm on top of the head "I need your help"

Ayano could just blink at him, his lips forming in a frown as he cock her head to the side "in what?" She subtly placed a piece of paper between the page she was reading before hiding it away under her desk. Can't risk a guy finding out she read this stuff

Also why is he even approaching her?

"Hayanari. You interacted with him at least once right?" He said with a permanent scowl on his face. Ayano frowned at the name given as she thought about it... Hayanari.. Hayanari..

Oh it's that guy from the cherry tree

"The delinquent with a gray shirt?" She stated curiously as she stared at her classmate's ruby eyes

"Yeah him" Gaku, she realized is his name, Huff's out as he frowned while looking else where "... You're also mentioned a lot by Umeji"

"Huh?" She exclaimed dumbfounded, her usually emotionless eyes widened in shock before regaining her composure "um.. hope it's good stuff?" That's what people usually reply to that right?

"I don't know what's up with you or with our business, but you need to stop being buddy buddy just to get what you want" Ayano's mind reeled to a halt as she stared blankly at the delinquent who's eyes bore into her empty soul like he wants to rip it out "I mean it, whatever shit you're thinking about doing to them." He leaned forward with a dangerous look on his face "You'll have to get through the rest of us..."

Ayano's face darkens as well at the threat, he didn't made it slightly terrifying to make her piss herself. It's obvious what's going on here

If info-chan is correct about her information about Tsumeato and about the bullying. Then this is practically shovel talking... Or something.

Unbothered by his threat, Ayano leaned back with her arms crossed against his chest "I do not know how to prove to you that I have no intentions of doing any sort of assumption you have to your friends" Gaku narrowed his eyes at that, Ayano just kept talking "But believe me when I said, they are the ones who approached me first"

Both of them stared at each other in silence, Gray empty eyes met with skeptical ruby as Gaku stared at her real hard to see if she's telling the truth

Ayano could tell his character judgment skill is decent at best, it's a skill that let you see through any facade of anyone based on their major impact on the people around them or the tiniest little quirks that shows off a chip of their real personality

Sadly Ayano has none of those except for a fucked up family background.

Gaku finally gave up with a gruff sigh as he stood up, and dragged his chair back to his table but not without giving Ayano and warning glare.

What the fuck just happened

It's the end of the day as Ayano lazily mopped the floor in front of the classroom, her eyes gazing down at the soak floor as she brush... Brush... Brush...

Her thoughts went back to the novel she had Midori lend her. The start was fairly simple, an Asian Boy in non-asian country attending school.. only to realize his main purpose is to be closer to the ML, who unfortunately, does not recognize the guy at all no matter the Asian Boy said

It was...interesting. Her life has been nothing but white and black, her heart pounding to keep her body alive but not the soul

Her mother taught her many things, how to handle at the sight of weapons and blood, how to clean said weapons and blood, giving her extra training for 'self-defense', the isolation to be introduced to other stuff that doesn't require someone else's life

Bless her father for keeping up with them, a overwhelming wife and a soulless daughter. Ayano couldn't blame him if he wants to flee or die just to get away from the house. But Ayano isn't a fool to see that he truly does care for her despite the suffocating of a woman he married to.

There was a chapter in the Novel about Jeong-Ho's parents, it showed how the mother smiled at the sight of her son and gave him her handmade kimchi or something like that, how the boy's father would come home tired but still has enough energy to give his family a loving smile

One that isn't forced

One that doesn't need a look from his wife so he could remember his place

Jeong-Ho's parents made Ayano compare them to Midori's parents the times when she hang out at her house. How Mrs. Gurin is a busy woman yet she supports Midori's geeky personality, how Mr. Gurin, a very stoic man, somehow would still show affections towards both of his girls without a finger crooking at him to do so

That's what family should look like

Ayano looked down at the floor she's mopping, it's too wet. People would slip on this

She looked outside the window, a blank look on her face

...her family is truly, the type you wouldn't wish even on your worst enemy

The bell rung that signalled the end of cleaning time, Ayano barely did anything other than mop the same floor it's a wonder why no one stopped her. She took the bucket and mop and placed it back on the female bathroom near class 2-2

Her mind went back to the novel but was interrupted by the sound of students giggling. Curious, she peeked over to see Mido-sensei talking with some female students in front of the 2-2 classroom. It sounded like he's lecturing them about something with how firm his tone is despite the seductive flair he always seem to have

Ayano left, but not without bumping into someone's shoulder "my apolog-" her words caught on her throat as soft lilac eyes looked at her with slight panic, pastel pink hair with twin drills on either side of his face, he has a fair skin with flushed cheeks

And he's just a few inch taller than Ayano, which made her blink in slight confusion as the nurse- she finally remembered- bowed to her slightly "I did it again! I'm so sorry for bumping into you!"

Huh. What a soft nervous voice. Was her first impression of him as she reassured the young nurse who just kept bowing apologetically at her, she's getting deja vu all of the sudden

"Ah, Kina-san. There you are, were you looking for me?" A purr can be heard behind Ayano, making shiver violently at the sound as she backed away. Scandalous to think a grown ass man can do that behind her

Mujo seemed to be equally scandalous as he started to scold the substitute "don't do that to a student! Let alone a girl Mido-san!" Said the nurse while jabbing his finger over and over on Mido-sensei's exposed chest. The teacher just stood there with a tilt of his head and amused smirk at the lecture

Ayano would've felt ticked off the fact this substitute isn't taking the student-teacher appropriate relationship lecture seriously, if it weren't the fact she noticed something

It may not be her business but these two seemed close.. especially since neither of them are old news school employees. Perhaps they signed up to this school at the same time? Or maybe they're the only male employees in this Academy (not including the headmaster)

It really shouldn't be her business... It shouldn't... Yet... Her fingers twitched in need to grab hold of the novel she hid away, the concept of two guys falling mad in love... Still processing this new type of love, but Ayano could see that Mido-sensei and Muja-san might be in the same boat as the one she's reading

The bickering continues between two males as Ayano slipped away unnoticed, she hurried the fuck out of that school. Luckily not bumping into her green headed friend or the clumsy Otohiko or hell- any of the delinquents this time

She's going home and read... This new knowledge she obtained.

'Mother is wrong..' she thought while as she speed walking on the side walk

All her life, her mother. Ryoba Aishi, passed down the knowledge in this bloodline that there's only one love, and that is your senpai

The Aishi women will always have their plain, boring, senpais. To train their bodies to be strong and to sharpen their minds to outsmart anyone.

One thing for sure is that every lesson would give one result. Love and emotions that a senpai could give to you like drugs. They're the only one that could make Ayano feel things

She stopped in front of her house slightly breathless, her hand clutching her bag as it trembled in her grip. The book inside held a lot of things that are related to love, one that Ayano knew, the Aishis would never teach their daughters because it's not a priority

The main priority is getting that drug. To kill and climate those who stand in her way

But Ayano, can now confidently think, that even someone heartless like her, deserve something true. Genuine

She grabbed hold of the doorknob and twisted it as she let out a small huff of breath

The Aishi tradition will end with her.

Chapter 5: Announcement

Chapter Text

Hello everyone 👋👋

I don't know if this fic was even readable in the first place, but for those who enjoyed it. I'm sorry to say that I'm discontinuing it

I never intended to be serious about it in the first place, the urge to make a yansim content after my interest resurfaced was out of impulse. Meaning that there's no plan for this fic

But I do had an idea of what I want it to be, but I can't write it properly as a FanFiction

So here are some things about it:

-As you can see, the second victims of matchmaking (the first was Osama and her suitor) would be our two genderbent adult rivals (aka Mido and Muja). Since they're both males, they weren't really hitting on Taro, but I kept Mido's general flirty personality and Muja's clumsiness (even if I hadn't write much about it). So they would still be mistaken as hitting on Taro

After reading the Novel about BL, Ayano wouldn't care THAT much about their relationship until she saw each of them hitting on Taro (though it was misinterpretation on her part). Thats where she decided to use the matchmaking option of elimination again

The reason why she played matchmaker instead of bloodshed is because I already put it out there that Ayano doesn't liked the Aishi curse, realizing that obsession isn't love.

-Now here's where the other point of the story comes. The delinquents. This concept was inspired by that one fanfic on Wattpad (an Ayano x Delinquent thing). I planned them on being slow burn friends, having Ayano join them in the friend group but not part of the gang

I wanted to show the delinquents off. That they're more than just a rule breaker, who smokes and drinks. That they have family who aren't kind to them or family they needed to protect. I wanted more content of them that groomerdev wouldn't give us.

I wanted Ayano, a potential target for bullying and having a violent bloodline to join them. Because all six of them were the same (bullied and potentially dangerous) the delinquents can appreciate someone who'd vibe with them, and Ayano being appreciated without being judged.

I had Tsumeato and Umeji be the first delinquent's interacting with Ayano freely cause I feel like they're the ones who are more empathetic

Hayanari:

I feel like Tsumeato won't be that weary or guarded around Ayano due to her being emotionally detached. He saw her walking passed them, without a hint of disdain or fear of their presence

He's still guarded when they first interacted in this fic. But it's because he doesn't know how to be friendly anymore, especially when it comes to comforting someone usually so blanked-face having some sort of crisis. So he's awkward. Not relaxed, or casual. But stiff. Like he doesn't wanna be there but doesn't want to be a monster of leaving her there

Umeji

"Despite being a delinquent, he does not actually hurt other people. He will make a move if himself, his friends or anybody else (who isn't a bully) is at danger." (From yansim Wiki)

This is where I think Umeji has the most EQ out of all delinquents, making him merciful towards people with no malicious intentions. He kept a tough facade not only for his protection, but for others who would be a victim of bullies themselves. Even if it meant having a permanent scowl on his face

The scene in front of her mom's shop is something I thought long and hard for. Will it work? Will this make sense? And the answer was maybe.

when Ayano showed no signs of fear at the sight of him, or anything malicious in her eyes. He let his walls crumble slightly. She won't hurt him. He felt like she won't hurt him.

I planned to have Ayano to know about his family situation accidentally. So when she needed something from him, earning his trust for a matchmaking plan, she'll give him a lot of cash than he expected. Even if it benefits her, the additional cash came from the deepest part of her heart where she thought about his siblings.

So yeah. End of the rambling.

Here are the couples and friendships I planned for Ayano to involve in:

-Mido x Mujo (the genderbents)

-Osana x her suitor (as a couple counselor instead of matchmaker lol)

-Kizana x Asu (the explanation is too long for me to type-)

-Oka x Borupen (I have my reasons)

-Amai x Umeji. Yes you read that right

-Otohiko and Hazu (as friends. They both needed it)

-Megami and Kuroko (how did Ayano even came between them. Only my mind could tell)

Last but not the least:

-Uekiya and Kaga (gardening and Science club leader. I feel like their friendship is perfect as a duo who cares more about their passion than humans)

The Ayano/Osoro part is something I still kept in my drafts and would never see the day light ever. I'm afraid I'll ruin what I have in stored for them 😔😔😔

Anyways. That is all. I'm sorry if this fic couldn't have the shine it deserves. If anyone would want to write about it with this exact concept, it's fine by me without credit. (As long as I get to read it lmao)

If anyone has any questions. Comment away.
