[00:04] Nixon: “Hello, Mon. Did you hear about the sacking of the Jedi Temple the other night?”
[00:09] Mothma: “Senator Nixon? … I am surprised you’re calling me.”
[00:14] Nixon: “I’m calling because I think the Chancellor has lost it. Last night was quite a sight in the Senate, wasn’t it?”
[00:22] Mothma: “I’m surprised he faced so little opposition to the proclamation of the Empire.”
[00:28] Nixon: “And the Jedi coup d’état before,what the hell happened to them? And why was Anakin Skywalker involved? … Ron’s calling me now. I’ll put him on.”
[00:36] Reagan: “Hello! Dick, did you see that? What the hell was that? Palpatine proclaimed himself Emperor?”
[00:42] Nixon: “He’s nuts.”
[00:45] Reagan: “Does he even care about the galactic upheaval this will cause? And my god, they’re rushing the Temple, those poor Jedi.”
[00:53] Mothma: “From what I’ve seen and heard, it was the clones.”
[00:57] Reagan (bitter): “Those damn clones, mindless creatures trampling on the sacredness of life. They turned on the Jedi after fighting alongside them for years. Didn’t anyone notice?”
[01:08] Mothma: “Mind chips.”
[01:11] Reagan: “I’ve been warning them not to rely too heavily on clones. Now there’s definitely something wrong here.”
[01:18] Nixon: “Mind chips or not, the military is now subject to one man: the Supreme Commander. The Emperor. And he thinks this galaxy is his playground.”
[01:28] Mothma: “So what are you going to do about it?”

[09:28] Nixon: “Damn it, Mon, we must build a lasting peace across the whole galaxy.”
[09:34] Mothma: “That’s surprising coming from you. You always supported expanding the Clone War.”
[09:40] Nixon: “Peace through victory,that’s why I supported Palpatine. But after last night’s chaos, I think Sith ideology has fried his mind.”
[09:49] Reagan: “Look at his face. Has he been electrocuted or what? What the hell is wrong with him?”
[09:55] Mothma: “You should have known he was nuts.”
[09:58] Reagan: “The galaxy cannot be led by a Sith!”
[10:02] Mothma: “Now I’m afraid there’s nothing we can do in the Senate. Palpatine is handing out his newly created Moffs like candy. … Hold on, I have an emergency call too. Operator, patch her through. She says it’s urgent? Okay, put her in. Hello, Padmé!”
[10:18] Amidala: “Mon, I have to tell you—I might not join your endeavors in the future.”
[10:24] Mothma: “What has happened?”
[10:27] Amidala: “It’s Anakin! I have to help him!”

[14:06] Amidala: “I have to go.”
[14:09] Mothma: “Be safe.”
[14:12] Reagan: “The Chosen One … he must be torn apart now. I know he and the Chancellor were close.”
[14:20] Mothma: “Gentlemen, if we really want to do something outside the Senate, we might need his assistance .Anakin Skywalker is the most famous Jedi ， He has tremendous following. Making sure he is with us can greatly boost our quest,Amidala is going to get him.”
[14:31] Nixon: “Chosen Ones come and go. The galaxy remains. What we need is legitimacy. Without it, the Empire brands us as criminals and the galaxy believes it. With it, we can speak as the true heirs of the Republic. If Skywalker is confused, leave him out. He’s not who we need right now.”
[14:52] Reagan: “Dick, are you preparing to speak out later?”
[14:56] Nixon: “Not from the Senate. I have to speak directly to the public. Mon, do you have the platform?”

[17:45] Mothma: “May I ask what will be the main sentence? And if it’s not Skywalker, the Chosen One, then who do you think we need?”

After this Richard Nixon use the Alliance platform and delivered that famous address:

When we look back at these years,we see the state of galaxy is….ah… not good.
When the strongest arm forces in the galaxy can be tied down for four years in a war against the Separatists with no end in sight,
when the richest sectors of the galaxy can’t manage their economy or budgets,
when the HoloNet is heavily restricted that offers no alternative opinion,
when the Jedi Order, known for a century of peace, is torn by unprecedented violence,
when the Republic, with the greatest tradition of the rule of democracy, is plagued by unprecedented chaos ,
when the senate renowned for it check and balance can not contain the dictatorship of one man
and when the Supreme Chancellor actually went berserk and declares the formation of the Empire.
Then I say it is time for new leadership for this galaxy!
As we look across this galaxy, we see planets enveloped in smoke and flame, millions crying out in anguish. We see mindless clones or machines oppress our citizens.We see all the new Moffs and Imperial Navy threaten any voice of reason other than the emperor himself.
Did we come all this way for this? Did we fight years of the Clone Wars for this? Did we surrender and submit ourselves to this so called Empire just like this?
A new kind of Force is sweeping across the galaxy today. Oh no,It is not the Force of the so called Chosen one. It is not the Force of the Jedi or the Sith. It not the Force of those who are on the HoloNet everyday like Skywalker or Kenobi.
It is even not the Force of the highest priest or brightest individuals
It is the Force of the many citizens who’ve been forgotten.
And who are they?
Let me tell you who they are. They are hearing this board cast tonight ,They are the audience by the millions and billions . They are from the Inner Sectors and the Outer Rim. They did not feature on the HoloNet news everyday. They did not occupy or pursue any prominent positions. They are the ones who suffered most under this regime. They are the ones who have to work everyday to raise their family，They are ones who maintain the community ，the planet，the sector and the galaxy.
They are The Great Silent Majority.
And they have become angry，finally angry，not with hate nor fear , but angry, my friends, because they love this galaxy and they don’t accept what has happened to her over the past four years.
Let us understand: one Sith Lord cannot defeat or humiliate the galaxy, and one Jedi Knight cannot betray or destroy the galaxy. Only ourselves can do that!
So…..I say to you tonight,I say to you on this occasion,we must have a new feeling of responsibility, of self-discipline.We must do not fall into our fear of change.We must hold on,we must work to renew this form of galactic contract. We must complete a reform of the Republic government system .
Those of us in the Senate know that yes, we can achieve full prosperity in peacetime.
we can balance the galaxy budget.
we can restore the order to deserted systems.
we can find solutions to our differences.
we can unite and let a grand coalition together.
And yes, we can have a new Galactic Revolution!
I mean to tell one belief from where I came from:
When we join the galaxy community a couple thousand years ago, we all agreed and negotiated that the position of Supreme Chancellor is a temporary scared guardianship of the galaxy.
When the Supreme Chancellor doesn’t do his job ,then it’s our duty to make him.
I have met and directed special envoys to gather willing systems,to form a new initiative,to assist the solidarity alliance movement.Eventually,we will be able to roll back this Empire-Sith influence from the current system.
As the representative of the people,I can direct to you,for your support and assistance.
As long as we have that will and courage ,as long we have that belief and commitment.Then I can report to you:
The State of The Galaxy is strong!

Yoda did not receive this transmission as he went into hiding .
Obi-wan did receive this transmission thinking Nixon didn’t even said “May the force be with you “in the end.
Mon Mothma was ecstatic,“I know there are more of us.”
Amidala and Skywalker did not receive this message, after Mustafar confrontation , Skywalker delicate himself fully to his wife’s pregnancy and abandoned the Sith path and galaxy duty altogether.
