Therapy, Sponsored by the Clown Cafe

Summary:

Shouto and Touya learn how to get past their trauma and become a united front…courtesy of Art the Clown somehow???

Chapter 1

Summary:

Touya and Shouto end up on the alleyways of Miles County, New York. How they got there they weren't sure. But all they know is there is a clown in front of them, holding a hacksaw. They run away and meet Sienna Shaw, Jonathan Shaw, and Tara Hayes, three survivors of the clown's antics

Notes:

since this is one of the most unserious horror franchises ever (mainly because of art), I want this fic to replicate that pure unseriousness and gorey energy. So enjoy this gorey and goofy fic where Art accidentally gives therapy to Touya and Shouto while butchering Sienna's entire fucking family (besides Jonathan for reasons)

(See the end of the chapter for more notes.)

Chapter Text

Touya was the first to wake, his arm dislocated in an awful position. Shouto breathed heavily as he he sat up, looking at his brother as he shoved his arm back in place.

“Touya, you need to get that checked out.” Shouto said quietly.

“Its fine!” Touya snapped back, moving his arm to lessen the pain.

Shouto went to use his quirk to put ice on his arm, but nothing came out.

“Our quirks…are gone?”

A honk echoed in the alleyway. Touya perked up and grabbed a nearby plank of wood.

“What the hell was that?” Shouto asked, hiding behind Touya.

“Gee I dunno…why don't you go and find out for us?” Touya said sarcastically, readjusting his grip on the plank of wood.

A clown came out, wearing a sadistic smile and walking excitedly.

“What the fuck?” Touya said, looking at the clown.

The clown honked his horn and presented his hacksaw. Shouto hid behind Touya, whimpering and shaking.

“Oh my god, you are such a child.” Touya said, rolling his eyes. “Go give him a hug.”

“No way!” Shouto replied, his voice breaking from fear.

The clown's smile got wider as he approached Shouto. Touya lifted the plank of wood higher, ready to throw.

“NU UH! DONT GET ANY CLOSER!”

The clown got closer, almost grabbing Shouto before Touya bashed him with the plank of wood. Touya then instinctively yanked Shouto and ran off while the clown was dazed.

Shouto clung to Touya like his life depended on it, crying like he did when he was younger. Touya, with his big brother instincts kicking in after all these years, said nothing negative, just kept running and telling Shouto it would be okay.

The clown wasn't chasing them, but that didn't stop Touya from running. Eventually, they saw a pulled over Sedan that had a young adult on her phone. She looked at Touya and Shouto's panicked faces and opened her door.

“Get in.” She said, as Touya scrambled in.

Touya sat in the seat and panted while Shouto whimpered, still scared and confused.

“What were you two running from?” She asked, starting the car and driving to a local diner.

“A clown.” Touya said, speaking for himself and for Shouto. “Looked like a fucking mime.”

The young adult's eyes widened and she kept driving.

“Did he have a tiny top hat and a hacksaw?”

“Uh, yeah. Why?”

The young adult sighed and stopped at a red light.

“That was Art the Clown. He…I dunno what he is, but he has been tormenting this town for years.”

The young adult looked at the rear view mirror, her eyes full of sympathy.

“My name's Sienna. What are your names?”

“I'm Touya. This is…my little brother Shouto.”

Shouto tilted his head, finally calming down.

“...you called me your brother.”

“Oh shut up. It's not that deep.”

Shouto smiled quietly to himself, a feeling of protection building in his chest. Sienna kept driving and blasted some music.

“I was gonna meet my little brother and my friend at the diner for some food. You're welcome to join.”

“Sounds good.” Touya said as Shouto looked out the window.

Sienna pulled over at a parking spot and put the Sedan in park.

“Alright, cmon.” Sienna said, jingling her keys as she exited the Sedan.

Touya got out of the car and dragged Shouto into the diner. There, a young boy with glasses and a girl with dyed hair and a skeleton crop top were waiting. Sienna smiled and waved Touya and Shouto over.

“Tara, Jonathan. This is Touya and Shouto. I picked them up off the alleyway.”

Jonathan waved while he played his 3DS. Tara smiled and looked at Touya.

“Nice threads.” Tara said.

“Thanks. You too.” Touya replied flatly before sitting down.

Shouto sat down beside Touya, unsure of what to make of Sienna's friends.

“Did you guys order for me?” Sienna asked, opening her bag to pull her wallet out.

“Didnt know what you wanted, Sienna.” Jonathan said, not looking up from his game.

“Where…are we?”

“Miles County.” Tara said, puffing a vape in her mouth. “New York.”

“New York..? This isn't like how Izuku described it.” Shouto said.

“Not everything is how Izuku says it is, dumbass.”

“Ooh sibling tension. Finally some drama that doesn't involve that fuck ass clown.”

Sienna glared at Tara before looking at Shouto. “Where are you two from?”

“Japan.” Shouto said quietly, looking at the menu of American dishes he'd never even heard of.

“No wonder why this place looks so unfamiliar.” Touya said, trying to find a ‘normal’ dish on this menu.

“Oh, you guys have steak?” Touya asked

Sienna nodded. “We also have pizza.”

“Pizza?” Shouto asked, tilted his head in confusion.

“Yeah. Hold on lemme order it for you.”

Sienna waved down a server and ordered the steak and the pizza. Touya drummed his fingers on the table as he waited for his food.

Shouto looked at the door as a clown with a tiny top hat walked in and sat at the table right beside them. He was bloodied and covered with guts and organs, but still had that goddamn horn and that smile on his face.

The group stared at Art as he just sat there, miming what he wanted to eat, not giving two shits about the group of traumatized people sitting right beside him. Art drummed his fingers on the table before turning and waving.

“Is this fucker serious?” Sienna asked, looking completely done with Art.

Tara slammed her head on the table and sighed heavily. Jonathan was too immersed in his game to care, but Shouto was petrified. Art scooted his seat closer to Shouto. Touya started fidgeting in his seat as Art inched closer and closer to Shouto. Finally, when he was right in front of Shouto, Art honked his horn. Touya turned to Art and grabbed the horn away from him.

“The only person who gets to traumatize my brother is me damn it.”

Touya honked the horn, causing Shouto to jump. Art snatched the horn back and honked it right at Touya. Touya smirked.

“You think that's gonna scare me, clown guy?”

Art smiled sadistically and scooted back in his seat.

“Touya…why is he smiling like that?”

Touya shrugged. “I might've pissed him off.”

Notes:

Touya, honey. You did more than piss him off.

You gave Art a challenge. And Art does not back down from a challenge involving scaring someone
