Summary
Jayce Talis raises the Mercury Hammer at Viktor in the commune, yet does not pull the trigger. He gives up on saving the world, hiding from the inevitable for 12 years before taking his final stand at the Hexgates. Yet, instead of the relief of death, he is displaced into another timeline. He felt deep in his heart that his own timeline was already in ruins as he woke up in a dark alley of modern Zaun.
There, he sees his new objective, a young Viktor, rummaging through the dumpster of an electronics store, his green goggles pushed up in his messy hair. Jayce, unstable and determined, concerns himself with stopping this Prototype Viktor from becoming the Herald at all costs, even if that means being forceful. However, the biggest challenge is avoiding confrontation with his arrogant counterpart, Jayce Giopara, who has his own interesting timeline trespasser and determined to find Viktor after a year of separation due to brutal betrayal and spilled ink.(Note: the serious topics are not intended to be sexualized.)

Viktor doesn’t blush. That’s almost more damning than anything else. He simply tilts his head, assessing me with a predator’s stillness clothed in prey’s softness.
“And you do?” he asks.
