George nearly spat out his tea. “You’re joking.”
He tried to picture it—Bob standing in the doorway of his childhood terraced home in Speke. In a house that was too small to hold someone like him, with its cracking floral wallpaper and cramped porch. It stirred something unnameable in his chest—something unfamiliar, warm and blooming under his skin.

George didn’t know why Bob was in Liverpool—or why he’d gone to his childhood home. He didn’t know why no one else seemed to care.
And yet, he bought the paper. Booked a train. Went looking anyway.
He didn’t know what he was hoping to find. He almost gave up.

A young lad of 21, George Harrison, was set for his Beatles career and so were the other boys, Paul and John and Ringo. He had a wonderful model of a girlfriend of six months, Pattie Boyd, whom was a charmer herself, his best friend and ex-on-and-off boyfriend, Ringo (though that's stopped since George's blooming relationship with Pattie), and his good old guitar: a nice, awesome fireglo finish of a Rickenbacker 360-12 Electric 12-String guitar. However, things changed when he met his newfound bestie and more, Bob Dylan, in August of 1964.
