Summary
It is the year 2270: The Enterprise’s five-year mission is incrementally nearing its close, but while it still continues, there are quite a few adventures and calamities left in store for its crew. Meanwhile, Commander Spock and Lieutenant Teresa Juárez, the vessel's brilliant and kind-hearted chief exobiologist, have returned from an extraordinary adventure of their own: an accidental, wormhole-induced journey through time and space that landed them on the USS Voyager and which has impacted their lives more profoundly than either of them would have ever thought possible. As a result, they find themselves navigating their precious and cherishing relationship through the apparent chasm between profound emotion and Vulcan self-control and through the daily madness and wonder that is life in Starfleet.
To love Spock deeply and enduringly has come easily to Teresa. To the logical and reserved Spock (the Star Trek Continues version of him, wonderfully played by Todd Haberkorn), embracing emotion has long seemed inconceivable, and following his heart proves to be a challenge of exceptional magnitude. Fortunately, he does not have to meet this challenge alone.

Mr. Spock, simply stood for a moment, the entire group did, but when Leonard began to snap out of it, Spock only stood. Now that didn't mean that Leonard McCoy in all his snarky remarks knew what to say, but he was pressed to the glass, trying to find a weak spot desperately. Or maybe McCoy was trying to talk to The Captain. Spock couldn't tell, everyone's voices were muffled at best anyways, ringing in his own ears as he tried to keep some semblance of calm.
Now, Mr. Spock was correct, logically Jim wasn't talking. -

Summary
This is how it goes: they get on each other’s nerves, McCoy takes Spock for a spin in his quarters, and they return to business as usual on the Enterprise. McCoy keeps the med bay functioning, and Spock does—whatever it is that First Officers do. They don’t talk about work (or much of anything) much, once McCoy gets his hands on Spock behind closed doors.
The most important thing that McCoy tells himself, though, is that Spock isn’t his. He’s never been his—he’s Jim’s, at the end of the day. They’re the happy ending everyone’s rooting for. He’s just a bit selfish, reaping the benefits of their occasional break ups.
But that’s not really it, is it?
