Summary
The Infection has gone quiet in the tunnels of Hollownest and Little Ghost has vanished. Suspicious that something else lays on the horizon, Hornet searches for the small vessel in hopes for answers.
The Hollow Knight's chains have been broken at last, but they are far from free. Desperate to find the Pale King, they go off alone to rejoin their father's side.
Something dark lurks below the earth, something ancient that once lay waste to the land of Hollownest. Now awake, a new shadow risks consuming what remains of the ruined kingdom.
What lay dead so long ago rises up once more, now only the forgotten remain to stand against it.

However, even with her positions as one of the movers of society, there are many who wish to dispose of her in all senses of the word. She simply need extra hands to help her keep moving in the trenches, perhaps even something more than mere tools to soften her heart.
The Pale King, the desperate monarch of a dimming kingdom, one who realized his last hope, the Vessel, isn't empty. Thus, forced to look for more disruptive measures to save his kingdom, to items buried deep in the White Palace, that may be his only hope, his only hope to save his kingdom.

Summary
The Infection is now gone, and Quirrel is alive to know it. And yet he can't seem to get out of bed. The loss of his dear Knight is still too fresh in his memory, and it hurts.
Luckily, the princess (and NOT the queen) of Deepnest is there to get him out and on his feet again. A great journey awaits the two, as they travel through the whole kingdom to find out how people are fairing in a world that's only just getting back on it's feet.

Summary
The Pale King cannot bring himself to go through with the Pure Vessel plan. He choose to abandon it and raise his children normally instead of throwing them in the Abyss.
But to save his kingdom, he still needs a vessel. Perhaps, somewhere in time a space, a soulless being already exists. All he would have to do is bring it to Hallownest.
