She meant to type “I can't help it” but her phone gave her the message “I cant hoekstra it.” Sam and Dean did not know what this had meant, so they searched up the word. That is when their lives changed forever, as the horrifying sight of “Wopke Hoekstra” had shown up on their cellular communication devices.
