Summary
Saiki saw a bug and managed to transport himself to an American city. He was planning on just finding the nearest empty space (usually some wildlife reserve or something), but he gets distracted by a certain boy who the universe seems to have a vendetta against.
Good grief, it's not like he can just let this kid or the people around him die.
