"Is that what you like? Taming danger?" Minho asked, stepping closer. Felix's back pressed against the door behind him as Minho rested his hand on the door over Felix's shoulder, peering down at him.
"No, I prefer to be ensnared by it," Felix admitted, relishing the attention. "I love the thrill, the way goosebumps ripple across my skin because of it."
Minho glanced down at Felix's hands, seizing one and raising it, a smirk playing on his lips as he noticed the goosebumps forming on Felix's skin. "So, is there someone in your life, Felix? Someone who gives you such a thrill? Or raises those goosebumps, as you put it?"
"I'm beginning to think there might be," Felix confessed, locking his gaze with Minho's.

One day, Felix caught sight of Minho, cursing, kicking, and hexing out Felix's arch-nemesis, the Eagle Knocker—an inanimate object guarding the Ravenclaw entrance by posing riddles to each student—riddles that Felix can almost never answer despite being Ravenclaw himself. In the beginning, there was darkness; and from that darkness came light. You see, every single one of us, in every single realm must have a balance. In darkness came the demons; mythical beings of supernatural power that, contrary to popular belief, aren't all evil. Most are kind and live amongst humans in harmony; helping and assisting them with problems just out of their reach. Others, of course, aren't so harmonious, and would rather see people suffer and turn a blind eye to the mortal world.
And of course, in the light, came the mortals. Fragile, intimate beings who were to co-exist with the demons. Most of them do not see the demons, but are aware of their presence. Some have their own family demons! Demons sometimes stay with families, attaching themselves to a person, gracing the human with the ability to see them. There are times it seems more of a burden than a blessing.
This is what our story is about.
