San stared at the wing, his heart racing. His soulmate. His real soulmate. Not Wooyoung, but this man. This man that seemed to… care?
Seemed to care more than Wooyoung had when he saw they didn’t have the same mark, anyway.
San had truly believed that, same mark or not, Wooyoung and him were destined for each other.

Set in a world where alongside humans live wereanimals (a humanoid being that turns into a specific animal every full moon), shifters (a humanoid being that can turn into a specific animal at will), and hybrids (a humanoid being that constantly possesses physical traits of an animal such as ears, tails, horns, etc. depending on the species.) Shifters are more common as they were able to blend into human society before humans knew about their closely related humanoid neighbors the easiest and, therefore, bred with them more easily.
