Changbin hasn't been able to catch a break lately, everything keeps going wrong, and despite his pack's best efforts, he can't get rid of the stress, everything just keeps piling on. So much so that he or anyone else hasn't noticed that he's already in pre-heat again.
But with Changbin being the only omega in the pack, Chan has memorised when his heats come and go. Unfortunetly, there is nothing in the house to help Changbin during heats, and so Chan has to quickly arrange everything.

how about Changbin who used to work out but now he's so fat that he can barely walk or even stand up. His friends Chan and Jisung convince him to go to the gym with them (Changbin has to ride a mobility scooter instead of walking), knowing he's too fat for the equipment but thinking it'll be hot to see him try (especially with his huge belly hanging out of his gym clothes hehe).
Jeongin is a personal trainer at the gym who is secretly a feeder, and he gets really turned on trying (and failing) to help Changbin work out. Finally he rubs Changbin's belly and tells him fat piggies like him shouldn't exercise anyways, they should only relax and keep eating. Changbin gets turned on by that too.

Chan’s joy is cut short, however, when Changbin sneezes six times in succession, whining once he’s finally stopped. Chan goes to speak again when Changbin sneezes twice more, whining louder. Chan rushes forward, cupping Changbin’s red face in his hands. His eyes are glassy and he’s sniffling non-stop.
“You’re sick.” Chan says and Changbin tries to smirk, lips quirking only just slightly.
“Thank you.” Changbin responds, voice strained, and Chan lets out of a sigh of disappointment, shaking his head despite the wide smile splayed across his face.
