She cried, she wailed… she screamed. Her heart was beating so loud and there was some ringing in her ears, and an agonic pain piercing through her skull. People were grabbing her by the arms, trying to put some distance between her and the corpse that was on the other side of the door; but she kept squirming and kicking.
