Although they'd never spoken to one another before, Lily finds herself abruptly married to the Warlord Sir Crocodile. The daughter of a cobbler barely making ends meet, she can't imagine what his end game could possibly be, especially when he surely has better options. It's better than the alternative, at least - though Doflamingo has never been a gracious loser.
*Who doesn't love soft Crocodile? He's still who he is - a brilliant, manipulative, murderous warlord with a bad temper - but he gets humanized here, too, because I think it's more fun that way.
The OC here is kept generally vague in appearance so everyone can participate. Aside from being AFAB, the only physical description is that she is considerably smaller than Crocodile and sometimes has long hair. I want everyone to be able to enjoy an emotionally constipated sandman who just really likes his wife.
