Summary
Let's talk about that attempted murder that Ivanova got away with.
Yes, that one. Back on Io Station.
(Hint: She totally threatens to do the same thing to Harriman Gray in "Eyes" later on. And also orders her subordinates to fire up the station's defense grid and blow Bester's ship out of the sky. And that's just what we know about.)
Edit 6/25/22: This was an early essay discussing the incident in question and fleshing it out with a short fic. I have also written a longer fic from the point of view of the investigating Psi Cop, here.)

The Story of Lt. Andrew Denmark (1) by pallasite

Summary
Tim Dehass' “The Psi Corps and You!” (Babylon 5 #11), a semi-canon comic, tells us of Lt. Andrew Denmark, an unsung hero of the Earth-Minbari War - a fighter pilot whose identity was only declassified over a decade later.
This is his story.
-----
She waved an access card in front of black panel, and a set of large metal bay doors slid open with a hiss to reveal a cavernous hangar filled with… He couldn't believe it. Starfuries. Denmark’s breath caught in his throat. There were eighteen birds, all painted solid black, unmarked.
He whistled, and the sound echoed in the enormous room. “Sweet. I didn’t know the Corps had these.”
“You’re in good company,” said Alexander. “Neither does the Corps.”

On the Public - and Secret - Relationship Between Psi Corps and EarthForce by pallasite

Tags
Summary
A multi-part work detailing this relationship in different time periods. This material comes back throughout Behind the Gloves and the companion backstory novellas (in-progress).
1. Telepaths in EarthForce security, stopping terrorism (during both the MRA and the Corps, through the Vacit era)
2. Telepaths in "special ops" (also through the Vacit era) - not really EarthForce but needs to be discussed anyway
3. Director Johnston's backstory
4. Psi Corps secret cooperation with EarthGov in the Johnston era and beyond, e.g. at the joint base on Ganymede, before, during and after the Earth-Minbari War
Also, President Robinson knew all along that Karges was a telepath.

Summary
The second half of Deadly Relations told you part of the story. The Shadow Within told you part of the story. The Passing of the Technomages told you part of the story. Phoenix Rising told you part of the story. And part of the story was missing entirely.
Here is the ENTIRE story about what Bester, Byron, Donne and even Morden were doing in 2256, about a year before the show began - everything in one place and explained, with nothing omitted.
* What Bester did in the Earth-Minbari War
* Donne's backstory
* What Morden was up to before the Shadows got him
* Captain Hidalgo's backstory
* What really happened between Bester and ByronJMS definitely does not want you to read this book.
This work is rated M for mature/dark themes, grittiness, language, and because lots of characters die (but given the subject matter you probably knew that). No canon characters die in this work unless they also die here in canon (e.g. on the Icarus).
This work contains no smut or sexual interactions between characters, and the depictions of violence are no more graphic than in canon. There is mild nudity.
(I cannot stop the kudos bots.)

Summary
Until the fateful raid of 2222, it was rumored that Stephen Walters - the Black Fox - could not be killed. It was said he'd been shot dozens of times, and always got back up.
Long before he became the most notorious telepath outlaw in the Earth Alliance, he was a decorated EarthForce soldier.
But then something happened.
He turned evil and became a mercenary. He killed for money, he killed for fun.
He developed telepathy and joined the Corps.
He was recruited by Psi Corps director Kevin Vacit to act as a spy in the Underground.
He defected, and took command of the terrorist network after the Dexters killed themselves.
The Corps hunted him for decades. Vacit's men couldn't kill him. Johnston's men couldn't kill him.
Bester finally killed him in 2222.
Who was this biggest fish of all the big fish? And what gave him such powers?
