Summary
Instead of hiding, Jack gets injured by Foyet and is hospitalised. Hotch never got the chance to finish the man off and now the unsub is in custody. The results of that day leave Hotch spiralling in guilt and he’s consumed by a desire for revenge. He isolates himself from his team as his morals begin to darken, and prepares for the worst.
Spencer realises just how dangerously close Hotch is to the edge, and the stubborn genius decides to insert himself into the middle of this broken family before Hotch does something he will regret.
