Nothing could have possibly prepared Suguru to see his first love again, let alone learn that said first love is now his daughter's physics teacher.
He could do or say a variety of things now, option A being: "Hello Satoru, it's been a long time. Are Mimiko's and Nanako's grades alright?" while acting normal, or an equally normal other option: option B, "Hello Gojo-san, is there anything about my daughter's grades I should be concerned about?".
Or act on pure instinct and throw every single alphabet option away, and fuck him raw after one too many strawberry mojitos.

Summary
As he makes his way back to his friends, he notices Satoru—or well, his back. It’s hard not to notice him when he’s the tallest in every room he enters. It’s also why he can’t see the look of absolute shock on Shoko’s face, blocked by Satoru’s wide frame.
It’s also why Suguru couldn’t protect himself from getting his heart shattered into a million pieces on his birthday, of all days.
“Satoru?” Suguru calls out, barely able to disguise the happiness in his voice after seeing his favourite person on his special day.
Satoru turns around and pulls him into a hug, with Suguru only barely managing to get the tray on the table before Satoru sends it crashing to the ground. He lets Satoru hug him tight before finally letting go, shaking him as he wishes him a ‘happy birthday’ with the widest grin.
“Wait, there’s one more person here to wish you!” Satoru says and before Suguru can open his mouth to voice his curiosity, Satoru moves to reveal one of the most beautiful girls he has ever seen.

Summary
In hindsight, Suguru should have known that trying to hide his pregnancy from his own mate was a bit of a lost cause.
Finding out he was pregnant when he was already 15 weeks along after virtually no symptoms – perhaps some tiredness, but not the morning sickness he’d experienced with Mimiko and Nanako – meant he was due to start showing soon. That, combined with the inane cravings he was starting to get, was bound to catch Satoru’s attention at some point.
Or: Suguru finds out he’s pregnant and, not knowing what to do, decides to hide it from Satoru. It goes about as well as you might expect.
