Summary
Five years after the Liberation War, a mission to extract a mole in the ADVENT Remnants goes horribly wrong. With the threat of traitors amongst XCOM's ranks, former operative William Mackenzie is pulled out of retirement. William enters into a world alien to the one he left behind, a world trying to rebuild from the destruction of the Liberation War and wipe away the taint of the Elders. He soon finds himself falling down a rabbit hole of terrorist plots, schemes and conspiracies in a secret war that could end XCOM itself.
And leading him into a new world is the only survivor of the failed extraction: a jaded, chubby, French-accented viper.

Summary
When Advent invades Remnant, Ozpin resurfaces in Atlas early. When it becomes clear that Remnant is doomed to fall, a daring plan to relocate to a place under the aliens control, but where they could find allies and be free of the Grimm is formed. Now, a year after the aliens first invaded Remnant, the survivors work with XCOM and the Resistance to make them pay for all they have lost, and ensure their own survival.
Takes place during the time skip between RWBY and JNR getting their licenses and the election for RWBY, and XCOM 2: War of the Chosen after all three Resistance factions are working with XCOM, and after the reveal about the gene clinics true purpose.

In our world, XCOM is just a turn-based strategic game where you lead humanity into survival against an overpowering alien force. But when you, the Player, gets the isekai treatment, the last thing you expect is to be transmigrated into the body of an atrophied man that was supposed to represent the Commander. It didn't matter that you had the power of save files and save-scumming on your side. The only thing that matters to ADVENT is your recapture. And the only thing that should matter to you, is surviving, and definitely not harassing your 2IC with your roaming eyes.

SG-1 is preparing to recon and if need to meet a new threat head on.
Meanwhile in another universe Advent lost war and run to their last stronghold where they prepare ther alternative a device capable of universal travel. Adopted from device they found on distant planet.
