The day had only just begun but Alex felt like he’s lived it a million times before.
When he woke up in the morning and saw the date, April 1st, pop up on his phone it suddenly felt like he saw a vision into the future. An entire day’s worth of the future at least. When he went to have breakfast, he saw Charles and Albert in the kitchen. The both of them gave him a normal smile, or at least what he guessed that they thought was a normal smile.
Albert greeted him in a very normal tone, “Alex! Good Morning!”. Charles followed suit, “Hey dude! Had a good sleep?”
Alex smiled back but mentally sighed, this kind of prank again huh?
