Logan knows he was made for nothing but war. He never went to school. He never even took care of many children. Not even his own children. He certainly isn't qualified to teach anything that didn't involve the shedding of blood.
Xavier saved him. The X-men saved him. Not only from himself but in so many ways than he can explain.
Taking care of these kids is not going to fix anything. Or clean his hands, not even a bit, he's aware of that. But if there's a chance that he can do something right, better than anything he ever did, to help these kids have a better chance than he did. Then he's going for it.

Summary
In a world devastated by a climate catastrophe, deadly plagues, and resource wars, a majority of the Earth's population is wiped out during the global crisis. The aftermath, however, is what finally brought society to its knees, the death of the human psyche. With each person slowly losing a piece of their psyche year by year, they would ultimately transform into grotesque monsters. Humanity slowly descends into madness, as those who are immune to this insanity are mutants. And for this immunity, mutants are targeted for their blood, as their blood is believed to be the miracle cure.
Living in this broken world, Billy and Tommy Kaplan are twin brothers who have relied on each other to evade the Blood Trackers and Purifiers. However, when a special unit of Blood Trackers takes Tommy, Billy ventures on a dangerous and harrowing quest to save his brother from a horrific fate.

Lauren had always had this, not really voice exactly, but this will in her mind that didn’t belong to her. A sort of impression that urged her to do, or not do things. Something that pushed her to put more effort into school then she cared too.
It wanted her to pay attention, to think, always. She’d tried to tell her parents, her friends, but they just explained it away as her own thoughts, her own instincts, but it wasn’t that. It was foreign. Distinctly other.
Always in the back of her mind, always imposing its own will on hers. Lauren could fight back, and ignore it, but whenever she did, it was a pressure trying to cave in. As time went by, she stopped asking about it, and learned to ignore it.
Though it was always looming in the background. A whisper of danger.

Summary
Sequel to 'Human', which was the story of Logan, Maia, and their daughter, Laura.
Laura Kinney Howlett and John Proudstar meet in a bar. John is supposed to be saving the world, but the dark-haired beauty ignites parts of him he'd thought he'd buried a long time ago. Laura has always struggled with control, with being human, but she's come a long way in the quarter century she's been home. Once thrust into his world, there is nothing Laura wants to do but help him, make him happy, make him stronger, but those desires just might undo every bit of progress she's worked so hard for. The world as they know it is falling apart, but maybe it needs to?

Monsters aren’t born, they are created. Surrounded by darkness leaves you creating a way to protect yourself from that void, but how long before it fills you. How long can you walk a tightrope before you fall off.
The Mutant Underground liked to believe that there was a better tomorrow to come, that the future could be kinder than the past. Taylor Nobel, the Python, doesn’t know how much she agrees with that, especially when her family turns up in need of help. Her family that once abandoned her to the darkest part of the world where mutants are little more that lab rats for hungry scientists.
