“What of the Ghostbloods?” Y/n asked.

    Jasnah raised an eyebrow.

“I’ve been researching them for some time,” Y/n said. “I haven’t discovered much, besides the fact that I suspect their leader may have a similar condition to mine. He’s called ‘Lord of the Mists’ by some, and I’ve heard him described as a ghost, though I’m not sure what’s metaphorical and what’s not.”

"I've conducted similar research," Jasnah said. “I don’t think that his names are merely metaphorical. He’s also been called ‘immortal’ by some. While I doubt this is true, it does imply that there is probably something else much deeper going on.”

    “You think…?”

“Making the conclusion that his situation is the same as yours would be hasty,” Jasnah said.

She met Y/n's eyes. “But yes. I do believe that there are some similarities between you two."

Y/n nodded, the task at hand clear. Research the Ghostbloods. Find more information on Thaidakar.

And in doing so, hopefully find the cure to her...condition.

    Summary

Each writer had her own theories on why the Parshendi killed Gavilar. Some claimed he must have insulted them at the feast that night. Others said that the entire treaty was a ruse, intended to get the Parshendi close to him. But that makes little sense, as they had much better opportunities earlier.

Then there was the Assassin in White—the true anomaly. Why would the Parshendi hire an outside assassin? Did they fear they could not accomplish the job themselves? Or perhaps they didn’t hire him, and were framed. Many thought that was unlikely, though, considering that the Parshendi took credit for the murder.

But the murder had happened six years ago. Why was Jasnah having her study it now? Surely she wouldn’t make Shallan study something if there was no point to it, right?

Y/n couldn’t waste time with idle speculation. She needed to get close to Jasnah—see what she was researching.

For if anyone could find where Urithiru was, it would be Jasnah Kholin.

    Summary

Kaladin was too late to save Tien.
    So he tries again.
    And again.
    And again.
However, the Cosmere in general and its various secret societies in particular are not known for patience. A convergence is building, in no small part owing to the very obvious and oblivious Radiant in Amaram’s army.

Shallan's fine. It's not like she's forced to live in a tower with her cuckoo (but scary) dad who runs off to do mysterious jobs. And it's not like the guy (who also happened to be a Radiant) who stumbled into said tower was handsome, smouldering and gentle....

    Absolutely not.

    Shallan's totally fine.
