Curt’s in absolutely no mood to deal with whatever’s currently happening out in the hall, and has already picked his phone back up to call 911 when he realizes that whoever’s at the door has a key, from the sound of it. They’re not exactly doing a good job of using it, he thinks as he peers out of the bedroom, missing the lock several times and probably scratching up the damn paint while they’re at it.
Then there’s a thump, as if someone’s slumped against the door, followed by a muffled groan, and—
“Fuckin’—Christ, Red, jus’ hold on for a goddamn second.”
Curt rubs a hand over his face.

“You have that look on your face again.” Foggy sighed looking into his friend’s eyes.
“What look? The… devil look?” Matt asked in almost a whisper.
“No, man… the look that you do when you want to say something. I don’t need special abilities to know that!” He sat at his desk crossing his arms defensively. “Spill it out, Murdock!”
“You don’t think it’s weird one of our classmates, one of the best Columbia students, ends up as an assistant at Landman and Zack?” Matt asks his partner adjusting his glasses.
“Maybe she’s on an internship?” Foggy shrugs.
“After almost 10 years? This isn’t right, I can feel it.” His tone was sharp.
“It still scares me till this day your hottie’s ability” Foggy puts his head on his hands.
“Don’t call it like that… don’t you think it’s weird?” The blind man asks.
“Well… it is a bit weird, yeah. Are you gonna do something about it?”
“I’m gonna investigate…” Matt leaves the room sure that he’s going to do everything in his power to help. Whether is within the law or not.

Summary
They barely make it inside Matt’s apartment before they’re both on each other, Foggy stumbling backwards down the hall as he presses kisses to Matt’s neck, his collarbone. This is a bad idea, he thinks, but then he’s turned and got Matt pressed against the wall, Matt moaning appreciatively while they both fumble to unbutton his shirt. They should stop, really. Talk about this. Talk about what they like, what everyone’s comfortable with. Matt had said he’s not easy to date, which could be because of the Daredevil stuff but seemed to be a reference to something else that predated his costumed antics.
They should, they should. There’s all kinds of things they should do.
Summary: Matt and Foggy finally get together after a decade of flirting. But Matt's senses? Combined with sex? A recipe for disaster, at least from Matt's perspective.

Matt hears a clink on the floor, probably Frank setting the glass down. He feels Frank’s hand slowly rest in Matt’s hair before lightly stroking back and forth.
Matt lets out another sigh of relief. The warmth surrounds him again. The feeling of Frank’s chest cushioning him and the gentle stroking of Frank’s hands settling him.
If Matt had the ability to purr he would be. His nose is still blocked, his ears still feel like they’re filled with cotton, his limbs feel like they could snap at any moment. But Frank’s all-consuming warmth washes it all away. It’s so much. So, so much, it’s completely addicting.

"So? How did Maggie find out, anyway?" Foggy asks, and the smile drops from Matt's face.
"Well..."
Foggy sucks in a sharp breath. "Oh, fuck. Oh no. No, no, no. Don't tell me—oh, for fuck's sake!"
"No, Foggy, she didn't walk in on anything!" Matt's quick to assure him, and yeah, thank God for that, because that would've been even more awkward and terrible than it already is. "She found condom wrappers. And possibly, the used ones in the trashcan," Matt mutters the last part under his breath, not that it does him much good, because Foggy still hears.
"That's it. I'm done." Foggy sounds like he's about to throw his phone across the room and Matt can hear him shifting, likely about to get off the bed and start pacing the length of his apartment.
(Or, Maggie thinks Matt has a girlfriend. Who happens to be his... casual sex Frank Castle. Somehow, she becomes the last push they both needed.)
