Phainon was the opposite of Mydei, Mydei was the golden boy he came from a wealthy family, he was a top student at the Okehma school for the gifted, the highly esteemed private school his family had run. Mydei truly had it all. Unlike Phainon despite even having the opportunity to get into the school, he’s among the group of poor outcasts who only got in for scoring an above average score on the entry exam allowing them to receive scholarships. Phainon comes from a struggling family, his family were barely able to make ends meet, and Phainon was determined to change things. He had devoted his time to his studies and able to get a scholarship, little did he know how much he would regret this. The constant mistreatment towards the scholarship students was not something he was expecting, he worked his ass off to change things for his family’s sake just to see these rich brats buy their way into the place. However little did he know, that one of these rich brats had a crush on him? And that was none other than the golden boy himself, Mydei He himself didn’t know why he liked Phainon, but there was no way he would tell anyone, he would be a disgrace to his family’s name, liking with a boy. What was he supposed to do

Doctoral candidate Phainon walks into the special collections in search of a rare book and finds a rare librarian. Mydei is not impressed.

Screams began filling his ears, golden blood running freely between his fingers, his gaze now locked to the ground as he could feel tears streaking his own face, an abysmal horror consuming him from his very core.
Only for a sudden sound to tear through the barrier of despair impairing him.

He was out of his bed in a matter of seconds, wobbling in a frenzy all the way to his window, feeling downright hysteric as he wrenched it open.
What greeted him was the thunderous sky in all of its glory, ironically reflecting his mental state, no stars to alight the dark night.
But even so, he felt as if he had never seen it more clearly, a silent prayer blooming unknowingly in his heart, as he could still hear the echo of the sentence that would probably haunt him for years to come.
