Summary

The Yeerks had no idea that there was a war being waged across their dimension and another. But the temptation of new technology and brand new host bodies was impossible to resist. Even the hosts in question were unconventional.
The Animorphs had no idea that what they thought was a group of human hockey players with a bird gimmick was real. But once they learned of potential threat they had to step in.
In a single day, the entire war would take a turn. Friends would become enemies. One team would shatter, while another grew stronger. Old foes would have no choice but to aid those they once tried to oppress. A tyrant would fall. An empire would rise. Not even the great powers of the galaxy could predict where this turn would lead.
