Starts with Sam at 14/Dean at 18 and goes on for years as the relationships develop and grow.
Please heed the warnings they are not a joke. I hadn't written anything like this before this one, not only for the amount of porn or the non con there is some violence herein. Before this I had barely even read John/Dean let alone thought of writing it and a major chunk of this fic is them. But this thing grabbed me tight and sucked me down to perdition. But even with that said I still think of it as a romance and hope it reads that way.

To be in love?”

The bunker door slams behind him and he finally lets his walls drop. Three sobs burst from his chest in quick succession. That is all he allows himself. Anything else would be excessive.
“We are.” He had said to Dean. And at the time he’d believed it… because he couldn’t bear not to.
Dean had realised though; they weren’t real.
He stops.
Soft chirping comes from a nearby bush. Inside a small nest is a lone dove, it’s wing is broken. Castiel can relate. He strokes the bird’s head tenderly and it nuzzles at him with its beak. “You’ll be okay.” He assures, taking a moment to appreciate the plushness of its feathers. He releases a small trickle of grace, instantly mending the bird’s wing. It chirps again, happily and burrows into his hand in thanks.
There was once a time when the bird’s aura would be enough to indicate it’s feelings but with his powers failing steadily, even that is no longer available to him. Even Dean’s soul… he would have liked to see it one last time… even that simple pleasure had been revoked.
So Castiel made his way towards his new life completely unaware that something sinister was watching him and to the pile of rotting flesh that lay just a few yards away.

Dark Winchesters who don't care about society's rules and have no qualms at all about the incest. They even get off on it and like surprising their victims with how depraved their sex lives are. Sam and John are both fucking Dean but he's not treated like a sex!toy or a slave. He is perfectly willing and as deadly as the rest of them. Bonus point if outsiders tend to assume he is a victim who can't help but go along with the demands of his family and want to rescue him only to end up regretting misjudging him because of his pretty face. Or maybe making strangers sympathetic to Dean is just another game the family likes to play before the killing starts. Also love for sadistic!Dean who is a skilled torturer as well as manipulator.
