Now that Cesar Torres is finally back in town, somehow alive with quite a few broken bones, Mark is happy. Happy that his friend is back. Happy that he has someone in his life now. Thus begs the question: Why does he still feel like shit?
(the fic where cesar lives and now stays with thatcher and mark. just give him some time to get back on his feet. oh, and mark is still struggling with his mental illness. give him some time too. it'll work out eventually.)
