As it turns out, the second-born royals aren't actually thrilled with being put in a dangerous society where they work invisibly for the benefit of their pretentious older siblings, under the tutelage of someone who is constantly disparaging them. After all, what's the point of being a teenager with superpowers if you can't use them to stick it to The Man? Specifically, stick it to The Man who is going to give you a mind-wipe and take away your powers if you're not a good little pawn?
