Summary
A Post-Season 2 Fix-It: Gabriel, seeking advice, takes a trip to Earth and encounters Crowley, who initially wants nothing to do with him. Still, they end up talking and agree to go to Heaven to save Earth and rescue Aziraphale together. However, when they find the new Supreme Archangel, he surprises them with plans he’s already put into place. This is mostly an Aziraphale/Crowley story, featuring Aziraphale as the major hero, but Gabriel plays an important role in helping the pair get their happy ending.

His hands would ache from being raised for too long, and his knees hardly seemed real, and then he would blink and suddenly he was no longer there. If it weren’t for the bruising on his knees, he would question whether it had ever happened, or if he’d made it up.He did that a lot these days.

Summary
It hurt seeing how easily Beelzebub and Gabriel agreed to run off into the stars together, how easy it was for the two to say they loved each other. That moment was something Crowley had been longing for since he hung the stars in the sky. Every time he asks Aziraphale to leave with him, to forget the only life they had known to start a new one with him, his heart would ache so familiarly every time his angel looked at him as if he was speaking Tongues. Not this time though, oh no, Crowley was going to make it clear how he felt, what he wanted. No more side comments and ignoring his fluttering heart.
A rewrite of the end of season 2 with more angst and an Indepth view of Crowley's feelings throughout the whole exchange in the bookshop.
