Summary
There is nothing more that Castiel wants than to take Dean as his mate, to cement their bond forever, in the eyes of Heaven, Hell. and earth. He wants Dean forever and in every way. He knows Dean feels the same, but could the bonding ritual be trickier to complete with a human in Heaven while it is currently being invaded by the Nephilim?

I really liked how caring Cas was in this fic - Dean has been through so much in his life, so it was refreshing to finally see him happy and have someone else taking care of him for a change. The dominant/submissive aspects work well within the story compared to how some fics take "mating" wayyyy too far and turn it creepy - there's true, geniuine love involved here and that's what makes it special. On top of all this, there's a lot of BAMF moments and the smut is good too.

One of my favorite fic writers!
This was EXCELLENT - I love how Dean and Cas instantly gravitated towards each other and how it didn't feel to me like there were any awkward "personal space" moments because they both were so OK with being close. Dean actually dealing with feelings for the most part and then Cas' emotion hurt/comfort when it's too much made any angst actually draw me in more because their love was so meaningful (and the resulting cuddles were so sweet). The angels were actually really cool too and it was refreshing seeing an AU where they were actually really supportive of Cas becoming so attached to Dean (like holy crap, I actually liked Naomi). And then Michael and Lucifer not being interested in an Apocalypse? Yes! Our boys also end up being total BAMFs and the "Happily Ever After" that we're left with made me want to read so much more about their happy future together because they really, really were incredibly cute together.
