A girl with red eyes and hair thick and snowy. A girl in a red coat and no shoes, her little hand swallowed by a robot’s massive one, a girl who looks at him with such unflinching curiosity that for a moment it spins his head ‘round and spits him head-first into the past.
Boothill knows this girl.
