Summary
Helena opened her eyes again, the world still warbling, still untrustworthy… but the world, all the same. It was only her that was changing. Gemma was changing too, shifting her weight to lean against Helly on the couch. Helena’s head quirked, blinking, looking inside. She turned to Gemma and Gemma looked back at her, her eyes a little more doe-like, becoming larger and smaller in illusory waves.
“I think… she’s awake,” Helena said, softly, the nausea still there, laboring her breath… but she smiled as Gemma took in her meaning, smiling back.
“Yeah,” she whispered, “Me too.”

Summary
The signs were subtle but undeniable. Helena knew Helly R. and Mark S. had been intimate on the severed floor that day. But that's not the reason Helena decides to follow Mark to the Chinese restaurant. At least, that's what she tells herself.
When Mark Scout is approached by Helena Eagan in Zufu, he doesn't know what to think. A split-second decision at the end of his meal changes everything.

Summary
“Mark?” Helena tries again, squinting to get a better read of the situation. There’s a glimmer of something in Mark’s expression, perhaps a hint of rage tinged with hesitation. It’s a wonder that the same face was able to drink her in so lovingly some nights ago, to laugh at her jokes, to bury itself between her legs.
Mark responds with movement, stalking in her direction, his strides cautious yet determined. Instinctively, Helena takes a step backward. This is not Mark S.___
Driven by desperation, his missing wife, and alcohol-fuelled insanity, Mark Scout kidnaps Helena Eagan.

HFC Inc.! The greatest company in the world! The work is mysterious and important; you don't even need to remember it.
Marc Spector has been a severed employee for the past four years. Being scouted specifically for his status as a veteran, he couldn't not take the job. A chance to forget? Yes, please.
Steven G. has worked in the MDR department for nearly two years. He can't remember anything besides these white walls, but as this existence is all he's ever known, he does what he can to make the most of it, no matter what that grumpy James H. says.
After an accident, Marc's experimental chip goes awry, blending together all parts of his consciousness in unexpected ways. Marc and Steven work to discover the secrets of HFC, meeting mysterious ex-employees and learning what Steven's work actually entails.
My take on an MCU Severance AU! The secrets of HFC are NOT the same as things revealed about Lumon, but a general understanding of the overall plot of Severance seasons 1 and 2 is generally expected!
This is my "in-between" projects project! Expect slow-ish updates, but I'm hoping it'ss be worth it :)

Summary
The morning had started quiet and reserved, like it was every Tuesday. They all knew what was coming. They ate and dressed, or, in Helena’s case, was dressed, in silence. Gemma and Helly sat in the back, their hands tightly intertwined.
“Almost there, guys.” Mark flicked on his blinker and saw Helly tense in the rearview mirror. Gemma brought a hand up to her shoulder. She kept her eyes on the car's floor.

I decided to insert the Arcane characters into the Severance universe, because I have seen many fanart and crossovers between the two, and I have decided to finally take matters into my own hands and write the fanfiction myself. -

In which Mark S. has a workplace accident that causes his outie to be stuck in his head. Oops.
This is not an OSHA approved fanfiction.

There’s an equilibrium being reached- his hands recall the shape of her- and his memory sharpens, tugs low and high and pulls thin at the aching chest cavity; the other half of his existence.
He speaks through barely more than a whisper, the words tumbling out. “I can feel it.”

He came to at his counter, butter knife in hand. His outie must have fronted for a couple of minutes. A half- mayonnaise’d slice of bread sat before him, next to a plain one, ingredients spread around them. He’d been making a sandwich, he realized, despite never having seen one before. He couldn’t remember why, though.

Summary
A year after the fall of Lumon, Mark Scout and Helena Eagan, now a couple, decide to reintegrate.
Part 1, Helly POV: When she wakes up with the other Mark, he always seems startled, like he doesn’t quite know what to do with her. He doesn’t say hello, just starts telling her where she is, what she’s doing. He’s distant, but he’s also…sweet. He often asks her how she’s feeling, asks her if she’s hot or cold or hungry or thirsty.
He always looks at her out of the corner of his eye. But he’s always looking, always watching, like if he looks away, she’ll be gone.
--
Part 2, Helena POV: He doesn’t want her; he wants Helly. And she doesn’t want him; she wants Mark S., the one who looked at her like he loved her. But only, she knows, because he loved Helly. Still, she remembers how it felt, being her, being someone who hadn’t been born into her family’s legacy, who could laugh at their stupid origin stories and make uncouth jokes and be loved by people who didn’t fear her.
She knows that both Marks belong to Helly, and she starts to think that maybe she does, too.
