Hopeviewer has never truly fit in with the rest of the NightWings. After his egg was sold to the murderous Queen Scarlet, he grew up fearful of the day she would make him fight; and kill. Queen Greatness has decided to host a view-in session and tour of the NightWing Parliament, with all tribes invited to attend! Unfortunately, the Nationalist deputies have gotten a bit out of hand, and have introduced a bill to deport the SandWing and IceWing minority communities...right in front of the IceWing and SandWing delegations...and the visiting JMA students...

Summary
A WAR WILL RAGE, LEAVING NOTHING BUT FIRE.
Six thousand years have passed since the fires of the Scorching blazed across Pyrrhia. Wars were fought, peace was won, and all was well. Perhaps the peace came when the last of the scavengers had gone into hiding, no longer daring to steal dragon eggs. Perhaps peace came when Darkstalker was trapped. Perhaps peace came when the SandWing war ended, or the Lost Continent returned, or when the first symbols of unity emerged. Perhaps peace never came.
The hope that the dragon world had finally found peace had been utterly destroyed when Queen Lacewing of the BeetleWings declared war. Her main goals were to sever the unity between the tribes, believing them all to be bloodthirsty and cruel deep down, and to put an end to the rise in hybrids, believing them to be impure and defective. Some of the queens agreed with Lacewing, some did not. Thus began the great Continental War, one that would shake the world for centuries to come. -

They didn't know what these dark, misty creatures were, but they needed a new home, so they settled down and tried to rebuild.
It wasn't easy, living in a whole new place. Many were used the their old homes and refused to believe that Pyrrhia and Pantala were actually lost. Others were mystified by the new continent, and ready to explore. But one question hung above every single one of these dragons, and that was what Shadow Dragons were.
Who wouldn't want to know why dead dragons are roaming this hidden place?
