It may have been the sincerity he heard in Bishamon's words, the same woman who once sought so desperately to kill him out of a misplaced vengeance. Or perhaps it was because it happened while they were both seated beneath Suzuha's blossoming cherry tree.
Or maybe he was just drunk...
