Shigaraki Hisashi liked using his mother's surname, Midoriya, as alias. He even married and had a son, Izuku, under it. Unfortunately, Quirks were ultimately rooted in genetics - and Izuku had half of his genes.
No matter, Hisashi will make sure his son will not have a Quirk - even if that decision comes to bite him in the ass and sentences Izuku to 10 years of torment of being Quirkless before suddenly saddling him with two complimentary, but ultimately clashing Quirks.
Aizawa Shouta asked for none of this goddamn family drama, but he has to suffer because Midoriya is his problem child.
